I have been playing for a while on this site but tonight I made a deposit and they stole it from me. Huge scam, total ripoff, fraud. Don’t put your money in there, you won’t get it back.

Also, “BONUS”, my girlfriend won 100$ and they never allowed her to withdraw her winnings. Even after weeks of talking with support.

There was an Esports match which had a technical problem and cancelled. Then officially played again. All bet sites like Bet356, Betsson Group has fixed the market as NIP has won but only Leovegas does not accept official results. They claim that they got every right to settle bets because they can get more profit by standing 1.17 odd match. This is not acceptable. They can't even provide me that my team has lost. Stay away from those thieves. They settle the bets wrongly and you can't do anything because they point out they they got every rights. I was losing hundreds of euros every month to them but they didn't even looked at my bet. Only copy pasting the rules that they are the gods there.

Leo Vegas you win some you loose some, so I haven't won big yet lol, but withdrawals are instant, credit cards are safe on your profile to make easy deposits and withdrawals. I am very disappointed about your service. I made my withdrawal on 17th March 2021 but I did not receive the money. I uploaded my bank statement so many times as your staffs asked me to upload my bank statement because they could not help me to check their bank transaction. Besides, I raised my issue to your staff via live chat so many times and they would follow up my case. Unfortunately, no one was replying or solving my issue.
I emailed them couple of times as well but nothing from you guys. I took some pictures as your reference, even the seniors decided to ignore my issue. This is how you treated your customer. They simply promise me to follow up but nothing.

I have used Leovegas a lot, however, lately I have a sour taste in my mouth. I withdrew $1000 of winningd nearly a month ago and have yet to see that money that I am legally entitled to. I have verified my identity per their request but they have since ghosted me (as in stopped responding my inquiries as to the status). I will report back if this gets rectified.

Less than 1star but makes you give it that there straight up scam and gonna rip you off usually win first few times after spending lots but then they won't let you cash out. They'll cause you to flip or mouth them off just to lock down your account. They keep pushing you to get so mad you need to tell them to go fu€k themselves so the little beotch behind computer can close it up. Extreme volatility on the majority of there slots, outright bad payouts i.e. (you lose Far, Far more than what you put in comparably to real life slots). They claim there rtp ratios and games are fair but it is obvious they are not. I have seen over 300$ get lost in less than 20 minutes on just 40 and 80 cent bets (Cad) I would highly not recommend This website Unless you are willing to play for a long long time before seeing any of your money back at all.

Good day, after 3 days trying to get in touch via live chat but Leobot is telling every day same response! That no SUPPORT LIONS are available! Writting emails to support does not matter as they do not respond. Have requested a withdrawl but then they need ID and adress details. And if you send them they say that this is not correct while it is! Really unbelievable that nodovy response and live chat is not working! I can't actually comment on the quality of the offerings of Leo Vegas as I never actually got a chance to play. I signed up, deposited £10, the money never showed. Waited a couple of days in case there was a delay.. Still nothing. I contacted customer services and sent them my bank statement to prove I'd deposited, they reassured me it would be dealt with but after over a week, nothing. Contacted them again, nothing. And again, nothing. It's now been 3 months and I've yet to hear back from my last enquiry.
Avoid at all costs.

First of all, I have played on a lot of online casino's, and this site is the only site that you should NEVER play on and i truly believe is a scam! I chatted with their customer service because i wanted to know how it is posibble that i lost 6.5K EURO over the course of a couple months, without having won a single penny. When i asked that in the chat at their customer service they immediately closed my account and now i lost 6500 euros on the website, and my account is blocked because i asked questions about my losses. They literally closed my account immediately when i asked questions about my huge losses. The site is a scam.

You know i read some reviews on trust pilot and it disturbs me how little respect is given in respect to the the law and leovegass responsibility within that law. They process withdrawals based on making sure that player is legitimate and verified and with me that process took a few days and i was eventually paid and all was good. Speaking to customer service they were very helpful with one or two hickups with communication with the different departments but all resolved. This is a good legitimate company working within the bounds of the UKGC. My experience wasnt good to start with but the reason they get 5 stars is not the situation i was in but how it was respectfully and in heindsight on my part responsibly dealt with me and the issue i had. Very good company with respect to the player and to the laws that govern them.

Have enjoyed this site for a long time, but this site changed after their last "maintenance" after years they have now asked for verification and withheld funds while rejecting the verification they asked for. I wouldnt recommend anyone use it as I feel they can no longer be trusted. Here`s another thought. They say they use RNG (random number generator) and thats ever so fair, well here`s how it`s not! I think if my random number generated machine didn`t spin a jackpot in 6 million spins I`d wonder if it was broke …. unless it`s not broke but fixed? i entered the sports predictions for football (leo king)
as i recall i made almost 10/12 predictions correct.
10 of my predictions were marked with a – and the last two games were not which both lost?
i contacted the team the same day and the chat told me it was the marketing team who would publish these results
1st chat mod successfully located my account with the info given? and told me to wait.
2nd chat mod could not find my account with the info given????

LeoVegas is a scam. They will allow you to deposit funds without any verification but they will never let you withdraw your winning fund. All they give you is a date of 4-5 working days and harass you by asking this-that documents but never pay you. I'm still waiting to get my 70,000 inr since 2nd Jan, 2021 and loosing hope.

Leovegas is complete your fraud website I have contacted the customer support team several times regarding my withdrawal and the same has been denied on unjustifiable grounds despite providing all the relevant documents pertaining to the KYC but they manage to block my account irrelevantly . No Resolution has been initiated .They are scamsters. Of they will gona not solve pr refund my money as being warned by me i am going to file. Legal lawsuit against them charging of the mental agony and harassment and wasting the time.
