Canadian player here. I've never had an issue with leovegas. I don't always win, nor should anyone expect too. Play to have fun, and if you win congrats. Payout to my bank used to take 3 days and now it comes the next day (based on my last 2 withdraws). Not sure what all these bad reviews are about but leovegas is my number 1 when it comes to online casinos. Hands down.

I have never had a problem with this casino …. I see alot of people complaining about withdrawals I've never had a problem and I only withdrew £3400 yesterday … I'm not the biggest gambler .. and if you listened to the bad reviews you wouldn't think your see your money till 2021 … every site has got tighter restrictions due to the law … end off … I bet everyone who was on tilt to write a bad review has there money … I will continue to use leo vegas and hope other people do so to .. cheers

I started betting months ago, my account was charged £ 1500 and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called ity_tipsterr, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! .. I have won more than £ 75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what ?, he does not charge a penny for his game, you only pay him after you win!

DO NOT play at LeoVegas. This casino is run by very dishonest people who in the end will steal every dollar you play. Daylight robbery at BlackJack and Texas Holdem poker is absolutely incredible. At BlackJack, the dealer got either blackjack, 21 or 20 for 24 out of 27 consecutive games, then 11 out of 13, then 18 out of 23, then 27 out of 31. This was filmed and analysed by 2 statisticians who confirmed that such results for one player on 4 consecutive days are extremely unlikely to occur by chance. Other games are made to trick you in injecting more money and then they will suck every dollar. Trust me, AVOID this casino. This is based on my 3 months experience in 2020.

When you sign up you recieve notification that you are 'fully verified' and therefore think that all is good. I deposited and lost £540 and eventually won £150 followed by £900.
I first withdrew the £150 and around an hour later the £900. The £150 was approved quckly, however when it came to the £900 I have had nothing but issues to where I have now given up.
I deposited and withdrew via trustly, I sent copies of bank statement and screenshot of online banking, however this was not good enough!
The problem with these casinos is they will happily take hundreds of pounds in deposits from you without any proof of ID or payment ownership, but make it exceptionally difficult to withdraw.
How I was able to withdraw £150 with no hassle and then total dramas for £900 requested 60 mins later is beyond me.
Its totally disgraceful and a scam. My account is blocked and I never get direct responses to questions asked in my emails. Just crap generic copy and paste answers. After 6 weeks I give up! The casino always wins! Frankly they should all be shut down!
I have even asked where the £900 winnings go if I'm not going to get them? No answer of course!

I decided to give Leo one last chance and deposited $20, book of dead was supposedly hot. Bet was .40, biggest win was a 4x. Lost all my money in less than 5 min but had a deposit bonus and won $6 in bonus funds. Went back to book and won $15 in bonus money so I played punk rocker and lost the bonus money just as fast. I redeposited another 20 and played wild swarm. Had 2 wins of .08c and one of .80c. Was out of funds in 5 min. Talked to support and they copy and paste the rng. Leo is responsible for their own rng which seems to be the tightest on the market. I’ve been playing her for a few years now and it was great when I first joined, had good wins and could play for the day. Seems to be for the last few months that wins are few and far between. As I’ve deposited thousands and done nothing but lost, I highly recommend avoiding this site as they just scam their players, unless they’re sponsored by LeoVegas and posting videos online to lure people to play. I highly recommend trying Rizk casino as they have fun hourly tournaments and an amazing no wager bonuses. Caxino is also another fair casino that has a better odd of winning. I guarantee they copy and past the same msg on this review as they have on other reviews. LeoVegas was once a leader of the online gaming but has took a turn for the worst over the last few years. I will never play this site again and will share my negative outcome to my friends and family.

I can not understand that when you ask for your winnings out of payment, 3-4 days go by even if it is with trustly. in commercials with it takes 5 minutes then money should be in the account. I love your casino. but continue in this way, I probably will not play at your casino anymore. please and make your player a little happier at your casino.

After reading all the negative reviews about Leo Casino I felt quite uncomfortable and tried to withdraw my money. Somewhere in one of the reviews on this site, I read the advice to contact a help desk representative in the live chat to speed up the process. Which is true, it worked very well indeed.

What did I do: first uploaded all necessary documents (ID, proof of address, bank statement), then withdrew the money and contacted the helpdesk immediately afterwards. Within 5 minutes my account was verified and I received a confirmation by email. All while being in the live chat with the agent. 30 minutes later the money was in my bank account. I used Trustly for the deposit and pay out.

In the chat I indicated that I wanted to withdraw my money because of the bad reviews on this site and that I first wanted to see if they actually pay. No doubt this helped to speed it up. It's not a big withdrawel (€ 500), but because the first payment is always the hardest part – after that you're in the system and they don't have to verify anything – I feel reassured enough to make deposits again.

The casino will not be happy with the advice to contact an employee as this is quite an extra burden. But it works extremely well. Use it to your advantage.

I made a bet on tenis game and one player had medical problems so game stoped on second set (retired) and when this situation hapend for 4 times in my life with different bet companys they just returned money back, but this scamer company just sucked my money and told that i lost. avoid!!!! If you do win, they will do everything to stop you withdrawing. My account has been locked for a long time, had to send over multiple bank letters, other letters, ID. Then upon withdrawal (not my first) ive had to send bank statements too. Been told my withdrawal was approved and will go into my bank in 2-5 days to get an email the next day saying my details were incorrect (they were not) and my account was locked AGAIN. For no reason it seems as this time it was simply unlocked upon request…. only for all withdrawal attempts to decline until more time was wasted with live support. Its currently pending, however I expect it will be cancelled again for another reason shortly.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO KEEP YOUR WINNINGS. I assume so you can gamble more, however you would truly have to be stupid to continue giving such a scam your money.

Hi there I opened an account with leovagas deposited using paysafe card probably deposited around £200 then I won £8000 as you can tell I was so excited about the win ….. Anyway they then ask me to send over my documents which I did and received email confirmation say all my documents have been approved …… While I was waiting for my withdrawal I the accidentally used my partner's PayPal account to credit my account which I stated in my email s I sent …. So then I get asked to send my partner's documents which I did …… Then I receive an email saying iv breach terms and conditions so my winnings have now been revoked. Not sure what has happened it the past 4 months but its gone downhill. I use to love playing here. Now ever since they changed the Jackpots that are so low now. They also apparently had maintence of 5 of my favourite games and since that day. You can play hundreds and never get a bonus to just have fun going up and down even if you loose … it would still be fun. NOT here anymore. Not sure if they got new owners but they surely contacted the games they rent to pull them back from any wins or any bonus. Hopefully they change soon becasue Im not playing as much here anymore . Very very bad returns. I play with a few sites. This site is the worst for returns. Over a period of four months, I have put in around 600. I have deposited 10, 20, 50, 90 etc… So many times. I can't even get up to 100 on this site, even from 50. It's lose lose lose. Very bad. Avoid.

I originally chose the wrong sign up offer. I then contacted live chat in which I was told my offer was now changed to the correct one. When I placed my bet the offer was not applied. I then contacted live support again in which it was confirmed the offer hadn't been applied. I was told to contact support via email for a potential "goodwill" offer but when I did I was instead called a liar despite screenshotting the whole conversation I had with their live chat team members. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like trash.

I have been playing on Leovegas for over a year, I won't lie like these other reviews and pretend it's all bad because it's not. I will however say their new craps game mode is entirely a scam I have lost 3000 euro over the span of a few days whilst playing the best possible return to player strategy, now I understand variance in gambling but what has happened to me is next to statistically impossible. Do yourself a favour NEVER play their craps game mode.

I've made many deposits with this site (over 1200eu) and never even made my RTP on the games thati normally play on other sites even by the laws of gambling i should't be on a net loss of 1200 eu over many deposits and playing many games, the games have low volatility during bonus, never received more than 20x on any bonus over 1000s of spins on more than 50 different games. The games tend to stutter (as if refreshing to put you onto a different machine) thus avoiding giving you the RTP at an absolute minimum. This website is DEFINETALY a scam! dont even bother telling me the RTP is set by the providor, casinos have the power to choose their RTP and they are not as advertised. The site uses a convoluted process whereby you can only withdraw principal/winnings to the method used to deposit.

Only they have no way within your account to keep track of which balances need to be withdrawn to which method. If you have used, say PayPal for some and a card for some other deposits, it all gets lost in the wash.

This invariably leads to a support and lockout procedure where they tell you which methods to withdraw to.

Only sometimes they get this wrong themselves and the process repeats itself.

It's just horribly implemented and the staff, while polite, are clueless about this silly mechanism that no other site uses.

Stick to one funding source or move on and save a lot of wasted time.

Don’t be Scammed.
I’ve been part of this casino for months, started off generous. Went to cash out and waited for a week and a half without an approval, so I reversed withdrawal and lost it all. After depositing a few thousand dollars (25-50$ at a time) the site just took it very fast with little to no wins. Talked to support and they sent me $30 free (lost that In 20 min). I feel this site is the worst of them all. I went to Caxino and won $2000 in the firsts month. Had a total cash out of $3500 and received that within 24hrs. I have given LeoVegas many chances but no more. I highly recommend Caxino or Rizk.

This site has turn from great to horrible. I have withdrawn money before and no problems. But as a Canadian player and using your debt card is the worst. I have been told I need to prove that the card is mine. So I have uploaded numerous documents showing that the debt card is mine. I was told they want to see all of the information on one page. But I told the customer service person that I was at the bank and they gave me these to prove my account. We are in a age were we could live chat and show them this is my account. I play on other regulated site(MGA) and never have this much problems.
