LeoVegas makes it extremely difficult for players to cash out. I’ve had 0 problems in the past after verifying my I.d , my proof of address , bank statements , my power bill. I put in money and won $600 in profit . I had no problems depositing my hard earned money , only problem was with withdrawing. After I won I pressed withdrawal and I noticed it was pending . So I thought to myself “why would it be pending if I’ve verified my whole life “? They than proceeded to tell me that they can’t process it until I verify my “interac” email with an email that’s not once so ever connected to my bank account . I said there must of been a mistake that’s not my banking email and they said nope it has to be that one . The thing is , it would be near impossible to prove that my banking email is not that one because they were so hell bent that it is . I said I can offer to show bank statements of my deposit going to leovegas and they said that’s not enough. MY BANK STATEMENTS (are not enough?) I literally sent my I.d and my proof that I am who I am ? Than they sent me a bunch of excuses as why they can’t . They will do everything in there power to make it difficult for you to get your money . There’s no reason that they should need more than your I.d and proof of address and a bank statement. Stay far away from this casino use things like roobet where they treat there players with respect and easy withdrawals . I played on this site for 4 years and after this i advise people to never use them there disgusting

Thousands of dollars spent at this casino and the games r totally rigged!! Spins dont spin properly or they spin out of sink when you have 2 out of 3 bonus symbols and never get anything!!! This site is so bad. Been gaming here for 10 years. Withdrawals use to take weeks but they fixed that so now it only takes up to an hour but that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a win. The last 4 months I’ve deposited thousands and within minutes I’m reloading. If you play pragmatic don’t expect to get decent free spins if you do get them. I’ve bought the bonus thousands of times and the majority of the time I get 10-15 times my bet back. The deposit bonuses are garbage as you end up depositing a hundred bucks to get 25 spins and win .44c? Most of the time you win pennies off the free spins. Their RTP seems like it’s way lower than what they advertise. I’ve spent 500 in the last week testing slots. In my recent example of depositing 50 euro, spent 1 euro each spin, out of 50 spins the most I won was double my bet, 2 euro back. Needless to say I dropped another 50 in case it was bad luck, nope, same thing again, only won double my bed twice out of 50 spins, every other spin was total loss or only 30-40cent back. This is the same experience across 500 euro worth of deposits across 6 different slots. Absolutely avoid them, their deposit bonuses are terrible compared to other casinos, on paper it may look good to be rewarded with 20 spins at 1€ each but you won’t have any opportunity to take profit at all.

I opened an account over a year ago and was verified and used to receive money then suddenly out of nowhere when I deposited money few days ago and tried to withdraw they said they want me to verify my identity.. Well I don’t have a valid passport or a driving licence as they both expired so I won’t be sending applications for new documents because of them, they can’t come up suddenly and withhold withdrawals because of additional information, this is against the UK Gambling Commission recommendations that clearly state that players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time.They kept me depositing without any issues about verification but when you try to withdraw they start the obstructive tactics.This business must be struggling financially to revert to these nasty tactics and violations of their licence.I realised they are based in Malta and not the UK, after looking but just to say don’t trust them because some of those know nothing bookmakers and casinos are registered outside the UK but try to get a UK domain name and some numbers to boost the trustability factor of the local conusmers, always try to look where that business is based before dealing with them.On top of that nothing really impressive about them, the bettings odds are much lower than the market range anyway, so you might be better off with other bookmakers.I complained and waiting for the complaint to conclude before taking it forward to the Gambling Commission

After losing $80 and only getting one bonus on an $0.80 bet that gave me $12 back, I can tell that this website is stingy. The line pays are so rare and bonuses even more so. The sign up bonus is a scam, I only got 11% of the way to claiming my bonus after losing $80, so it would take $800 to actually get the sign up bonus and at that point its not even remotely worth it. Edit: No need to clarify I understand that It says I have to wager my deposit amount 35x which would take $1400 worth of wagering to achieve. When the RTP is as low as yours is then I cannot wager the same amount over and over and instead would have to deposit at least $800 of my own money and lose it all.

Just avoid this webpage. No substance just take the money. You never get ahead and it slow wipes out the credit. We play from Spain and it’s common here to have bad online casino but Leo Vegas is by far the worst. No bonus play on slots maybe 1 or 2 every 30 euros paying a couple of euros from a double feature. Please DON’T PLAY HERE.Don’t even try to register with them. They are bunch of crappy casino with disrespectful customer care agents. I remember a name NADYI , this person is a trouble person to deal with.It was extremely difficult to get verified and then came with many ridiculous questions.At the end I deposited €20 and started playing on €0.20 . I got a bonus spin of 15 rounds . Only won €3 and then my account immediately logged out of nowhere.I managed to chat with JASPER who helped me get my balance out of €19 .Jasper also talking to me like a kind of a hero , I just had to be calm to get my balance out.The worst casino and customer care agents I have encountered anywhere.Lesson learnt. Leovegas absolutely sucks! They have 0 loyalty program and all they care about is taking your money. Live customer takes 30min plus to reply 9/10 times. Game selection is very minimal. Time and time again LeoVegas provides everything someone like me has for casino or betting needs. Been on Leo Vegas for years now, never had an issue with withdrawals and the customer service has been alright, can be a pain at times. I just find I’m sinking thousands these days, especially since the new app came out. It takes forever to hit a bonus, and when you do it’s between 10-50x bet. Being a UK player it sucks enough that we can’t just pay for the bonus, instead we waste more money on spins just for nothing.

I have been depositing off my fiances Apple Pay as we both share the same and customer service told me to keep that card on every single withdrawal has gone through I win £2.2k and they’ve closed my account and give me £196 and apparently forfeited the 2 grand I have proof of customer services telling me to use said card and even withdrew after the 2k and the money went in as soon as it came to the 2k you decide to close my account and not pay me at all. Customer service told me to add on my partners card when I was having issues then when I win 2200 pounds they tell me that card is against terms and conditions take my money and delete my account and ban me. Don’t trust this site!!!I play across most popular gaming sites and when they are successful and in profit they play fair. LEO VEGAS are not in profit don’t play fair and like most scam sights lose slowly. And in the process make minimal profit but survive in the market. Played three times after bonus welcome and lost all deposit totalling 100 euros. They can’t afford sponsorship in premier league football and dupe customers in playing a winless webpage. Lots of bells and whistles but no substance. In comparison to the market leader Luckia (with all its graces) this site is a 1 out of five if lower.
