Never had any issues until now. Butmade a $2100 and $950 withdrawal yesterday on the 4th sept and normally they would be in my account by 10.30am the nect day (conformation of funds on way email recieved on the night of the 4th). Have rung the bank and they are saying they cant see any trace of it. But leovegas chat service lady says its been sent. Wheres my money???

absolutely appalling , take forever to verify, but this only is asked after withdrawal. it clearly stated it was fully verified , so I continued to use website. that was obviously false. then I supply documents, approved… account still closed. even though on my emails it Cleary states I can “it back and relax and enjoy” more lies. also stated on my account I can ” enjoy any winnings”. now I’m just getting fobbed off that my documents are being verified. 5 days on, still same rubbish

By far the worst online casino company.Had my account nearly 2 years and in that time I don’t think I’ve won more than 10 pounds. I know nothing is guaranteed when it comes to gambling I am a regular gambler but this site gives you nothing in return. Bonuses are few and far then when one does eventually land it’s very little pay outs. My advice to others is avoid and use a more up to date company.

Stay away from them. I opened an account on Sunday and it was shadow banned by Tuesday (capped at $2 per sport bet). Placed less than 20 bets al under $100 with them before doing that. However, 70% of them hit and that trigger them. Usually I am a losing player, finally getting some games right (luck mostly) and they couldn’t have it. They also make your withdrawals difficult and you have to engage them to speed up the process. In fact , they just want to convince you not to withdraw. A true bucket shop that wants just full suckers and not semi-suckers like myself. I am actually thinking to address this with the local MP since I don’t think they should be allowed to operate in Canada.

I’ve always had a good experience with the chat support but over the last month it’s been really bad. Ever since you guys moved to the new chat support platform the wait time has drastically increased I am currently waiting on a response it’s been almost an hour and no one has responded. This is so bad, refine the process, get more people or roll back to the old support platform if it’s not working.

Made a withdrawal of $3000 got a confirmation email on July 12 saying the withdrawal is processed, the money never made it to my bank account. Asked for help from customer service, I was asked to submit my bank statement showing all the transactions starting from July 12 till date. I had to wait a month to get my bank statement since it’s auto generated every month. When I finally got my bank statement and uploaded for them, I was told it isn’t acceptable since it’s not showing transaction of July 11 even though the withdrawal was processed on July 12. I uploaded my bank statement from the previous month showing all transactions till July 11. In short I provided them with 2 bank statements from June 12 till Aug 12, despite that nothing was done and the funds are still missing, customer service agents are clueless they ask for information in bits and pieces, I have kept all the emails stating that the documentation was accepted and verified and next day they were rejected.

Paysafe was forced as a withdraw but there is no way to do a bank deposit and that would be my preffered deposit method too. There needs to be a review into feasibility of certain withdraw methods, and or add the option to deposit with a bank so I can withdraw that way

It was all fine and dandy until I hit a decent win. Then they restricted my ability to withdraw funds unless i could provide the account verification AGAIN .. i had already done this on opening the account. There have been numerous transactions back and forth since. Today’s win was over 7k though. They picked a transaction from a month ago and want the email i received from interac confirming the deposit. Who keeps emails over a month esp once the money has been played with? Interac won’t help, gigadat or wyzia won’t help, my bank says to contact them etc etc … LEO VEGAS is doing this to stall me or prevent paying out.

I would not recommend using LeoVegas. After a few months of using the site, I deposited £100 and my account was blocked and I was required to provide verification of my address, identification, 3 months bank statements (from 2 different banks I have) and 3 months of payslips. Until I did this I was unable to withdraw the £100 I had deposited, why not stop my deposit before requesting all this. Address, ID and payslips, fine, I understand that due to regulatory factors income must be provided. However, 3 months bank statements from 2 to of my banks is excessive and intrusive. Do LeoVegas not understand that my bank has to follow strict regulatory guidelines!? If I had money coming in and out of my bank from illegal sources the bank would report this. Why is a gambling company having to look through my bank account!?! What are they trying to prove!?! I have written to the gambling commission regarding this issue also. The fact that they can hold my £100 until all the documentation is provided is basically theft. I’ve actually provided all the documentation as I want my £100 back. The whole process has taken a week so far and they’re still reviewing my documentation.
