Really don’t know how this scammers got license to operate in UK, recently played and wanted to withdraw 50£ after 5 days still pending contacted support just to be told that payment failed to the same card that was used to deposit and asked me to send copy of the card for confirmation and to choose another payment method even my profile was fully verified. They just wait for people to cancel the withdrawal and play again. Can’t believe how much is corrupted the gambling industry, and how greedy those people are. That will put me off gambling for life, will never play again. Just to let you know there is life out there and you’re not collecting just money but curses as well, one day you will pay but not with money.

Just joined this site and wish I'd looked at the reviews before I did which I usually do when buying something/joining something. I joined this site and managed to play a couple of slots on my mobile phone. I was getting a few small wins and went on to play some more earlier today. I logged into my account on my laptop and for some reason when I log into play games its asking me to log in to play specific games but instead of taking you to the game you get taken back to the homepage. Contacted Chat service twice and the first time the adviser I spoke to told me to clear browsing history etc to see if that would help which I did but still didn't work and went back to Chat service and the 2nd adviser told me they were having `technical difficulties` . I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is a technical fault at their end but I have funds of £12 or £13 in my account. I just wonder if most of the rest of you are saying here that they block your account when you start accumulating winnings and then when you do eventually get into your account to play games and your money goes and you have nothing left you can log into your account with no problems because you need to deposit funds again.

I had played won 100,000 on the games and I had managed to get a few Payments of $4000 from them and then they blocked my account as I send them an email asking for a lump sum coz of work commitments. However, they were supposed to refund the rest of my balance which is $80000 but I still haven’t got it. Please, everyone, do not trust them. They are definitely not liable and it took weeks to ask them for a $4000 payment. I will continue to let people know about their untrusted organisation. And don't ask me to send you any verification coz I had sent you plenty of them. And your customer services are bunch of jerks, they are just as fake as the organisation. I made the mistake to apply for one of their jobs. I had one initial interview -which was successful- and a test -which was also pretty successful. One might expect that after an interview and a test, a company knows if an applicant is to be hired, and the purpose of any interview afterwards is to make clear which team or available position is more suitable for the applicant. These guys wasted my time with two further interviews (as if they were to hire a high-ranking manager) before informing me that the "proceeded with other applicants". If another applicant seems more suitable than the others after the first interview and the test, just hire him. The research indicates that a CV and a ten minute discussion are way more than enough to know for sure if someone is suitable for a workplace. You don't have to waste our time with tests and extra interviews to seem more "professional". A real professional knows when to hire someone without having to put that many work-hours in the process. You are not professionals. You are time wasters.

I read a lot of negative reviews after I had already joined Leovegas so was worried and did a cash withdrawal at the earliest opportunity. the money was processed quickly (within 48hrs) Im assuming alot of these complaints are people not reading the terms and conditions REF bonuses and the wagering commitment for them. the site is great loads of game choice I like the fact you can scroll down and see the RTP for every slot you play.

This Casino is a FRAUD, they advertise offers and none are delivered. I was suppose to get 50 percent bonus on what I deposited to a max of $50. They’re saying my bank account details aren’t right which is a lie because I’ve had money withdrawn into my bank and I’ve never changed it. I message them I get no reply I put the money back in again to be withdrawn they don’t approve it then 7 days later it’s credited to my account again. I'm not one to write reviews but currently looking at a few different gambling websites to see if it's worth having a crack with their welcome bonuses. I really like Leo Vegas and if i wasn't so greedy looking for deposit match bonuses i[['d never look anywhere else. I regularly put in $100-$500 and get it way into the $1000's. Unfortunately don't take it out as often as i should but that's my fault. 3 weeks ago i got really lucky and ended up with $94k. Withdrawing was nowhere near as bad as i thought it would be. I never before had a problem with LeoVegas concerning my withdraws, up until March 31, 2020, with a $150 and $200 withdraw, as well as another one for $100 on April 8, 2020, all together it comes to $450 i have e-mailed them, they said it was sent they gave me some number i called my RBCBank here in Canada Ontario explained to them what s going on and gave them the numbers, they looked into my account said they could not see anything, I then explained that LeoVegas said that if my Bank could not find it i would need a letter from them with all the info of my account not receiving any money with the numbers they sent as well, now this next part it in there words "A stamp or a signature from a bank man " LO L sorry but not to professionle ,It was at this point they trancfered my to someone that taskes care of all internaionl banking after i explained it all they went looking she came back and said nothing at all had been sent and that LeoVegas could trake it no problum that they would be the ones that would have to trace it and it makes no sence for them to ask for a papper saying it was not sent when they would know that because they would have been informed of it ,so there for ether thay are not really sending the money and hopping with Ontario Canada being under State Of Emergacy from the COVID-19 Virus and LeoVegas it useing it as a tool for not paying out members winnings , Now with everyone under quarantine nothing is open but food store Banks drug stores , so im sure most people would understand when i say funds are getting low ,so to take my money no problum but not give me my winnings at this time when we are all going through so much is extremely heartless and inhumaine .Now i have no choise but to write as many messges as this untill i get my money .Deirdre McMonagle

It's a scam. My uncles tried this site and can't get their money after a few big wins. Site claims there are all these ridiculous safety protocols and you must set up several different accounts and give out more private info in order to receive your money. After 7 days if you have not done this, they happily cancel your withdrawal request. They're banking on people having such a tough time setting up these bogus accounts that they'll just give up. Forget about customer service or help with this...it doesn't exist. Save your money. Fyi, on Facebook, where you see their ad, when you try to post a review, you can't. They only have 6 reviews and all of them are fake and the people do not exist. I tried looking them up to save you all the trouble.

Approximately 4 years ago, I visited Trustpilot and gave LeoVegas a 5 star review after really enjoying my initial play there. I've played on and off over the years, with no complaints, win or lose. After encountering a minor, yet very unnecessary issue with a withdrawal request this past weekend, I was surprised and yet upon reflection, not so surprised to see their once high rating here, had plummeted over the years to 1.5 stars. Yikes! I wish I had of checked before depositing. Take a moment to learn from my mistake. I deposited from my bank account through Interac Online. I've used the same bank account since initial verification. I ended up winning a few hundred, actually just a little over a thousand. Cool. I make a withdrawal request to be sent back to the same bank account I made the deposit from. Easy. The next day, I receive an email from LeoVegas, stating that in order to release my funds, I must first log into two completely unrelated payment platforms, (neither of which were used to make my deposit, nor were they requested as withdrawal methods), take screenshots of these accounts and upload them to LeoVegas as a "security measure". That if I do not do this, they will cancel the withdrawal request in 7 days. So, the math: verified bank deposit + verified bank withdrawal request = please go open two separate and irrelevant payment processing accounts you did not use, log in, send us proof and then we will release funds back to an entirely different bank account. Both accounts mentioned deactivate after a certain period of non use. So in essence, to comply with this ridiculous request, I will need to re-open two different third-party payment processing accounts, which I have no intention of using, have these companies somehow link them to my old accounts (I've since spoken to reps from each company, and they have explained there is no other way to do this). All so that LeoVegas can feel some type of "security" measure has been reached. Note: these accounts were "abandoned" in good standing (I just don't play online that frequently), meaning, there were no amounts owing and the initial verification processes to open them originally had been met successfully. As they have been deactivated, I will need to begin the entire verification process from scratch and ideally get this all done in 7 days, so Leo can send funds to my personal bank account... which has no connection to either company. It's odd that I was not asked for bank verification, identity verification or anything that would seemingly relate to my LeoVegas account or my play this past weekend. Just this non-sensical goose chase, which I'm guessing is purposed to intentionally delay the process, in the hopes that I will just cancel the request or the 7 days will run out and they can then happily cancel it for me. I have nothing but time and a healthy internet connection. Moral of this story: Don't take the risk with LeoVegas, if they resort to these tactics over a few hundred dollars, just imagine what lengths they will go to retain significant winnings.

Having played numerous online casinos as well as Leo Vegas for a few years where I reached level 43 I took a break for a few months.Went back playing recently and first game I played was Jekyll and hide.Was down about 140e before I got 3 scatters.Won about 40e.Next game I was about 100e down before I won anything worth talking about.Decided to play rainbow riches pick and mix.Played 10e big bet which has a jackpot of 300e.Was down approximately 700e when I finally won 200e.Normally what goes round comes round so following day decided to play and was down 1300e approximately and when I won was a few euro here and there.Next day was down about 250e when I decided to call it a day.No wins to talk about.Down over 2000e with one big win,no jackpot win and most wins a few euro now and again.Never did I ever have a worst experience than this.To put it into perspective I would have to win the jackpot 7 times just to break even.I don’t consider I lost the money as I would use a different word for it.On live chat I asked for the exact amount that I was down and was told 400e.When I corrected this I then got a politicians answer.Wrote two messages but they did not reply.I wonder why.???Game name rainbow riches,pick and mix,road to riches.Leo Vegas should change the name to,ROAD TO BANKRUPTCY.All you want is a level playing pitch from any casino.On this occasion I don’t think I got that.I have now closed my Leo Vegas account.

i am still awaiting a wire transfer as iv had a massive win iv been waiting for a month now My bank has informed me that the money hasnt reached an international account and has told me to inform the remitter that they need to get their financial team to carryout out a track and trace with their financial provider, but all im getting from leo vegas is abunch of lies and excuses as they cant even inform me where my money is after 1 whole month im being told just wait itll be in your account on such and such dates but i already know leo vegas is lying because my bank would atleaste see it pending in a international holding account which they cannot see anything and beleive the payment has not even been made on leovegases behalf i am now becoming impatient and very fed up as they locked my account keep telling me that they cannot locate my accound with all my accurate details and im just finding them to be very untrustworthy misleading and im still suprised that they have a gaming licence i can see that they have more bad reviews then good and yet they are still in denial full of pitiful excuses I rate this online casino the worste in the world
