I have been a very old time user of Leovegas but everything has become outdated now. There are no more updates and withdraw has become almost inexistent. I don’t know why we have to wait for days on simple draw outs. I am done wasting money here and going to be focused on my Solic Acccount for their fast withdrawal and peace of mind

Horable customer service Deposit money and they lock your account untill they verify your income after already playing with them for 6 months Every other casino while your account is locked you can always withdraw your fund because it’s YOURS not at leovegas, they lock your fund in their account untill they preform their checks over 48 hrs to tell me they need more information and it will take another 3 to 5 says to sort. Absolutely useless I’d recommend sky Vegas, betvictor, bet 365, lad brooks all better casinos

Really not happy with my recent play at LeoVegas , was playing on a game monopoly live and everything going ok and when placed at bet the site randomly logs me out of the game and removedMy bet (this was also on a bonus round ) only time it happened funny enough when I was going to win something customer service at evolution said they found irregularities and forward a case to Leo Vegas customer service ,but they not much help just said they rejected the bet seems unfair to me ,this also isn’t the first time.

Used to be good and reliable customer service and good bonuses. Now these features have been removed.. when making withdrawal they ask several documents including old credit cards. Of course purpose of this is keep gambler on table. They use to have instant transactions both ways. Vip services wrecked and customer service gives vague bs answers off point, propably AI all the way. Also Leo exclusive games are hard to win.. propably greed destroyed this casino.

4-5 levels of verification, which was annoying but fine. Provided. No problem. Payouts limit was higher, now they are down to 4K in single withdrawal. Fine.
