I’m sorry team but there have been a few times where I have been on the wrong end of technological glitches. Earlier this week I deposited and was successful from my skrill wallet end but showed as cancelled on leovegas end. It seems when this happens neither party takes any responsibility and the customer becomes the victim. It’s not really a nice feeling when this happens.

I’m trying to not drag this for to long with this case. Prior to this event i had my Leovegas account verified for about 4 years. I won a large amount of money and processed with my withdrawal. After a bit more then a day i’ve seen that my withdrawal wasn’t approved so went to live support and found out that i would need to upload some additional documents, all this in their terms and conditions. I was asked to upload a passport picture in addition to my previous national ID picture for proof of identity. I don’t have a passport. Forward on been contacted by VIP Team in an email congratulating me on my winnings and if there are any issues to contact her. I did and explained the situation and the fact that it will be hard for me to get a passport in the next period of time due to working in a different country. 1 hour later they have dropped additional verifications and withdrawal was accepted. Absolutely amazing communication and understanding from them.

Worst gambling site. I withdrew $9999 (an agent confirmed). Apparently they canceled it on their end. But never got it to my account balance or my bank. They will do anything for you not to get your winnings! They are telling me I wagered it which I never did. Totally disgusted how they treat customers.Allowed me to deposit before a pop up then came up, stating my account was needing further verification. I would not be able to deposit, withdraw or wager during the verification process ….so why did they allow me to deposit, before notifying me of this process. I now cannot withdraw the money I just paid in…feel cheated and appalled how they tricked me into depositing first. There are issues with game play on this site. The customer support will just tie you up in a frustrating & neverending circle of cut & paste fob off responses, but never provide a solution.Make no mistake that long term casinos by their very nature are designed to take your money. WORST GAMBLING SITE!!!!! USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!! Is it legit? Yes. Will they hassle you for 100 different document uploads? YES!. This is beyond the initial verification process. My account was verified, did all of that, fine. But recently they asked me to re-upload an already approved document, verified it, sent me confirmation, and hours later requested ANOTHER re upload of the SAME document. It’s extremely annoying and NO OTHER gambling site has been so tedious! They claim to do it routinely for security, but if your security was SO good you shouldn’t need 100 re-uploads in the first place. You come off Gamstop only to be told by LeoVegas group that you need to email Gamstop and CC’ LeoVegas into it to then wait for GamStop to confirm you are no longer on the register. The funny part in all this, is every UKGC licensed casino has full access to the register which can be checked automatically or manually and takes 30 seconds. Not only this but players also have access to the official PDF document also. LeoVegas however choose to not only waste their own resources, but the players time messing around emailing but also the precious resources of GamStoop who quite frankly could be dealing with problem gamblers. I have used Leo Vegas for a while and been lucky to have won about £2000 and was able to withdraw it successfully.I wasn’t asked for any verification on becoming a member or when receiving my winnings.But nearly a month ago I had a good win and withdrew my winnings but didn’t realise that a block had been put on my account. So two years to the day almost I wrote my last review, funny thing is I closed my account on the 29th December being 6 months next week. Reason for that decision was pure customer service, the platform I liked, bonuses have reasonable wagers etc. I was subject to proof of wealth verification which paused my account for a period of 3 months. The whole process was very off putting at the time but was resolved. It’s what the 3 month pause made me realise. Other casions actually also had great platforms, games and offers & great customer services. The final straw for me was a deposit I made with paysafe vouchers, next transaction was via my standard visa debt card. When I went to withdraw at the end of the session my withdrawal needed to be via paysafe. But the last method of deposit was $2000 on debit card I believe terms and conditions stipulate last deposit method. However it was an accumulation of almost 9 months of just pure frustration. I have had some good really great experiences with other casions as you can see at SirSlotselot on YT. I am going to give Leovegas another shot so I hope its an improved experience than before although I expect I will need to go through verification again. After trying to withdraw I had a request for verification documents. They wanted a photo of my card and address details. I sent both then after emailing them for an update was informed the card photo I sent wasn’t accepted. Even though it was the card I’d deposited from.they wanted a photo of an old card I no longer had. They also told me not to cover the security number ( most sites ask this) as they’d do it themselves! I told them I no longer have it and they’re insisting I get the details from my bank! How dare they! I’ll keep you updated on any progress. It all seems very suspicious so far though!

Legit company in terms of getting money in and out, they are owned now by MGM. The problem with them is the RTP is brutal compared to other sites even though they offer the same games as most other sites. Far more value on other sites that have better RTP combined with much better player offers
