I would not recommend using LeoVegas. After a few months of using the site, I deposited £100 and my account was blocked and I was required to provide verification of my address, identification, 3 months bank statements (from 2 different banks I have) and 3 months of payslips. Until I did this I was unable to withdraw the £100 I had deposited, why not stop my deposit before requesting all this. Address, ID and payslips, fine, I understand that due to regulatory factors income must be provided. However, 3 months bank statements from 2 to of my banks is excessive and intrusive. Do LeoVegas not understand that my bank has to follow strict regulatory guidelines!? If I had money coming in and out of my bank from illegal sources the bank would report this. Why is a gambling company having to look through my bank account!?! What are they trying to prove!?! I have written to the gambling commission regarding this issue also. The fact that they can hold my £100 until all the documentation is provided is basically theft. I’ve actually provided all the documentation as I want my £100 back. The whole process has taken a week so far and they’re still reviewing my documentation.

Scam promos, you can win thousands with your own+bonus money and they take them away. Had 3700e+ The turnover was done the balance was changed to 75e. Scam scam scam. Never again. Previously noticed that the quality has gone down but this is already too much. Finally win bigger from this casino and they take it away.

You’re website sucks and so does your customer service I have been an avid user for years and accidentally clicked the wrong card to withdraw too and got my withdrawal declined and my account closed and subsequently lost £350 after the thousands I have deposited over the years. No loyalty to repeat customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS

I absolutely have selfishly enjoyed this website above all others. You win some and you loose some but that is life just as it is gambling. Favourite game provider would have to be play n go and my top 3 favourite games would have to be legacy of dead, banquet of dead and pilgrim of the dead. I signed up for Leo Vegas for their bet 25 dollars get 50 dollars in bonus bets. I placed a 25 dollar bet at 1.95 odds. After my bet settled I did not see my bonus bet anywhere. When I built a bet builder I did not have the option to use my bonus bets. Even my balance did not show my bonus bets. When I contacted support and explained the situation they were unable to help me. I have emailed LEO VEGAS a screenshot of me building a bet builder and not seeing the option to use a bonus bet and they have not answered. Use Draftkings or FanDuel they never have these issues.

I wish I had read the reviews before I thought I would receive Adequate help for my issue…, my problem is that I’m unable to play the free spins which were issued to my account yesterday…. I went on to live chat & even though the lady was pleasant she wasn’t helpful at all.., I kept repeating myself, explaining I had done all the necessary options before I entered into a conversation with them…, but what frustrates me the most is that I’m able to get access to any other game on the site…, very convenient if you ask me…! I then tried all the relevant problem solutions & still the same, so I entered into yet another live chat conversation with a different agent, only to be cut off & had to start again…! Also I provided screenshots etc… but it seems they will fob you off & still the same issue is happening today..! I would expect them to value their customers & rectify the problem with another solution, not telling me to try everything I already said I’d done..

I've used this company for a few years now and I've not cause for complaint....I receive my winnings usually within an hour and deposits are quick....LOADS of various games are on the website....and new ones are added regularly....They've just released a new UK app which is very laggy and i can't play some games but hopefully they will look into this....?Only downside for me is that there's no membership loyalty and the bonuses are abismissal....!

Very Bad experience and just steal my money. Leovegas closed my account while im chatting with the customer service. Now i have still 540kr in my account that im not even able to widraw since they close my account and asking for alot of documents. Like to take a picture og my credit card front and back. I dont think its safe todo that since they will have access to my bank account!! And the customer service here really sucks you will never get help and sending you wrong link. NEVER PLAY in LEOVEGAS they will steal your MONEY its easy to put money but you will never get your MONEY OUT. Never play in this Online casino Website.. !!!

Leo is a tough casino with brutal RTP:s in many slots, but attractive jackpots and good selection of slots. And everything works usually fine. I miss more surprises with the bonuses because the wagering etc usually goes by the same formula and not many positive outcomes there. Deposits after deposits, not so nice and surprising!

Many small payouts, between 2-6c per 40c bet. Often takes over 250+ spins to get a bonus feature. Some games don’t have sound. Games crash often when playing online (not in the app). Bigger payouts and more often when you are NOT verified. Since being verified I have had one large payout which would easily only be a quarter of what I’ve spent. Positives: graphics are good & many popular games with a minimum 20c bet

I’ve tried different online casino’s so far and I have to say that LeoVegas is one of the best. The winnings and losses really are in balance so you can play for a long time. I’m not a “big player” but I like it when I’m not out of money in 15 minutes. At LeoVegas I can play for like 2 hours with only €60,- and a bet of €1,-. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose but I still made some profit at LeoVegas. Also the costumer service is really great they are fast to respond whenever you have a problem or question. On top of that the whitdrawals and deposits are quick, never had a problem with that either. I’ve got an limit on my account balance so whenever I go over that LeoVegas makes sure it wil be send to my bank automatically.

There have been numerous transactions back and forth since. Today's win was over 7k though. They picked a transaction from a month ago and want the email i received from interac confirming the deposit. Who keeps emails over a month esp once the money has been played with? Interac won't help, gigadat or wyzia won't help, my bank says to contact them etc etc ... LEO VEGAS is doing this to stall me or prevent paying out.
