BS Rules about having all of your documentation on one page when it’s literally impossible for my bank here in Canada. First time I tried to cash out my 2000$ it took TWO WHOLE YEARS! Verified my account twice in November, now asking for different documents once again. I deposited then got a message to say my account was in review and I could not play with the deposited funds nor could I withdraw my funds to my bank account until the review was complete. This was over a week ago and I have emailed them numerous times but just get the exact copy and paste reply from them. I have also closed my account and requested a return of my funds but they have refused stating until the review is complete they will not refund anything owed. I have stated that I have closed my account but they will not listen.This is a disgusting company that in my view are illegally withholding my own cash from me. Have a complaint on another website. Yes I luckily won 2k from a small deposit. The next day it was letting me deposit well over 1k a day? I thought they have to check income before they accept such deposits.I was thinking they would play to a decent RTP as they did the previous few days. deposited 1,200. I have never had a worst experience. Comparing to other sites, LEO’s app and website is a lot more tough to use. The green screen flashes a few times for me and the game locked me out of a few big wins, ‘ contact support ‘ when I hit the multiplier but the next bet went pass no problem. My luck has also been poor with this site, just kept losing losing losing.

Was good, but then the bonuses turned insane. Just to get 10/20/30 free spins you are being asked to play through a deposit 10 or 20 times. That is insane. But then you get an occasional good offer of x free spins, play through 2 times. A few weeks ago, such an offer came along.
