Offer markets other firms do not,but the reverse is also true, so a useful back up account. Withdrawals are virtually instant.Unfortunately system was down at a vital stage during weekend.

It wasn’t until I reached out to them via live chat that the process was initiated after further delay. The app itself is good, and the company seems reliable, but there’s room for improvement in adhering to their own policies. It would be beneficial for LiveScoreBet to consider compensating users with goodwill tokens when such lapses occur.

Hello,I put a bet and due to a technical issue from your side I wasn’t able to cash out the money when my team was wining so you blocked the app and website for 2h and i lost 30£ because of your technical issue. I contacted one of your agent and he was super rude with me and ended the chat window on my face he is not professional this is ridiculous i am disappointed i will never use this service i will go for other providers such us sky or paddy etc.. see attached all evidence.This is a scam you block all accounts and we couldn’t cash out which caused losses after 90min.

I have read a fair few reviews about the slots and bad experiences and well what can I say. Steer clear. They are without doubt terribly bad. £100 in on 50p a spin. Not even a sniff of a bonus. I have played a few before and a similar experience. Get a bonus get maybe £5. The absolute worst online casino ever. The betting site is ok, but this is bad beyond belief. You will walk away feeling like you have been mugged. No doubt this review will get a copy and paste response from some underpaid bod with we are regulated blah blah. There are lots of better sites where you stand a chance of winning a worthwhile amount. Avoid this one because it is going to cost you if you don’t.

I think it’s crazy as a new customer I withdrawn £30 ( I was a little in profit so took out my original deposit )was in my bank within minutes and processed straight away.An hour later I got lucky on a casino game and withdrawn £500. I guess it’s because I’ll be in lifetime profit on the site which is why they are taking the p*ss to process it. My account is fully verified and had no issues with withdrawals before. Played a tournament with live score bet spend a good bit of money after the tournament finished got a pop up saying congratulations you have won £100 pound should be credited to you shortly did not receive it then went onto live chat explained the situation to them and was told that I would be credited within 30 min then went into my account and it was still not credited so back onto live chat and this time they said that I need to be referred to promation team and the will email me the outcome so received a email and there outcome was that from May 22 that I don’t qualify for promations which I find very strange because I have been going in most days and doing the promations when it comes to paying out for the tournament basically not getting it but the account is not long in letting me deposit think am going to take this further as it is clearly unfair.

On the face of it their promotions are good however some of them are very misleading. Money back specials are cancelled if there are none runners and the response you get is crazy you shouldn’t bet just for promotions… so why offer them? The site is also quite poor it has significant problems with logging in on occasions and games loading. Stick to the mainstream sites I have now closed my account.

God only knows why the negative reviews. Been with them years never an issue. I even have a monthly call to see how I’m doing. I used to be years ago area manager for hills and I would employ any one of the guys I spk to. Bradley, jack, Reece, Tim, lawrence, just to name a few. Always brilliant. Only downside is the daily and monthly games do not pay out aswell as previous but I think this has been mentioned below by other customers. Anyway don’t hesitate to join. Worst site I’ve ever played at may as well just send your money straight to them , tournaments are pointless unless you can play for 3 days straight and have endless funds , 10p roulette 114 still not landed on 0 funny that being my jackpot number , European roulette the same . You can easily go 20 spins without a win betting on red or black and you will not get more than 4 winning spins in a row covering 19 numbers each time . Any thing you win on squads just goes straight back without a single win .and on the house roulette is pointless again instant loss . So many bad reviews on this company is obviously a place to steer clear . Nearly £3000 down on deposit limit of £20 pretty much says It all , there games are regulated by the ukgc that’s why games take 500x -1000x till you win over 50x . Unsure about all the negative reviews for the site, the customer service I have received has been nothing short of first class the customer relations team are helpful in anyway they can be. The only reason for the drop in a star is that over the past few months the bonuses/monthly cashback are not as good as previously while I am gambling similar amounts but still easily one of the best sites I’ve used, when you win larger amounts withdraw in parts ie £50s and will hit your account in 10 minutes

Stay well clear of these people they are horrible and are scammers. I went onto livechat to ask about a bet that wasn’t settled right. Wouldn’t answer my question. But all he did was close my account down with my money and I’ve no access or nothing to it. They are Scammers beware. I’ve been robbed by them it’s horrible how this happens todsy but I will be taking legal action against these. Much better bookies out there.

Don’t use livescore bet for your bet builders as every other bookmaker uses opta data which a way better trusted live match stat service. However livescorebet use statsbomb and twice once last season and once this season they have put my bet as a loser eventhough opta data put that the player had 2 shots in the match on both occasions so if I put my bet on with Skybet/paddypower/betvictor etc that all use optadata for the live match stats I would of won so never use bet builders on livescorebet or virgin bet

Don’t use, first time over ever had a bet, won £95 but can’t withdraw because I can’t verify. Keep fobbing me off sending me round in circles. Sent photo of passport , driving licence but still waiting… Customer service web chat are so rude, even emailed transcript to the complaints department but they just don’t care. You can add money to your account but can’t collect your winnings. Disgusting really. Email the CEO to give feedback on poor service. Wouldn’t risk using them. Trust me from a 1st time betting site user. Had the account 2 years too but just to watch football

UPDATED: In response to LIVESCORE:Time is ticking again – there is no reason why my money has not been refunded. If Livescore are to be believed. they tried to refund it but were unable to? If this is true, then you would be trying to do it another way with immediate effect. This does not seem true if you are saying you are now waiting for another department. This would seem like Livescore are being disingenuous to say the least, so I will issue legal papers to try and recover my money which you are illegally withholding at present. All legal costs incurred in trying to recover my stolen money will be charged to Livescore as there is absolutely no reason to try and steal my money. All information on charges and other costs will be reported to the UKGC in addition to other authorities, and I will be asking for a suspension of your licence as you are in direct contravention of the UKGC guidelines in dealing with withdrawals. I will hold any charges until 2pm today which has given you over 36 hours to deal with this in an appropriate and timely manner and is in excess of your own stated timescales.Where do you start with this company? Takes money from your card but refuses to pay back winnings to that card!! Surely this is in breach of all the UKGC rules. Of course then it blocks your account and just states it is now with the compliance team. Now could this be because I have won some money from them. They verified my account and took my money but now do not want to pay back the winnings. This company should have its gambling licence rescinded with immediate effect and the UKGC should start to protect punters from scam gambling companies. Livescore has a lot of great offers, especially when you first join up. There is also a great selection of table games and you have the opportunity to play a lot of games you don’t generally find in physical casinos in the uk, such as craps. Generally, the withdrawal times are very fast as well. Within 1-3 hours if you use PayPal. However, my last few withdrawals took around 17-20 hours to reach paypal. It was during a bank holiday weekend but even so. Its something they could improve on. Apart from that, everything else is excellent, it’s one of my favourite gambling sites
