Livescore Bet  Review

I’ve only used this betting company for about three weeks but I’m loving it so far. The site is well laid out and simple to use and you can bet on extensive markets. I find the odds competitive, they regularly have price boosters to make things more interesting and winnings goes immediately into your betting account. So far I have found nothing that I am not happy with. I haven’t made any withdrawals as yet so cannot comment on that side of things but do not anticipate any problems as it is very well run in general. Would recommend to others based on my own experience.

Username – Jayc945Probably up there with the worst I’ve been on. If you want to have a bet on sports it’s absolutely fine but the casino and customer service staff are terrible. I joined as a new player and have deposited a total of £2900 and withdrawing £700 ish I lost £1200 on Friday and since joining I’ve had no bonuses, no free spins or cashback which is unbelievable. I go to the live chat to try and see what I’m eligible for but absolutely nothing apparently and the “promotions” team are reviewing my account. I play on many different sites and this is the first time I’ve I’ve had nothing, most casinos would give me £200 cashback no strings for that level of play. Unbelievable if you want a bet on sports then it’s fine but if you play the casino and slots stay well well clear.

Some withdrawals are not made timeously. Yesterday I requested £350 withdrawal still waiting yet won smaller bets and withdrawals made instantly today . Can guess that anything over £100 is held back as they lose the interest on bigger withdrawals. Not on to be fair

Do yourself a favour and stay clear. Will close your account for “breaching terms and conditions” and won’t return your deposit! It’s what you get for using a company like this I guess. Do yourself a favour and just use a proper bookMaker, this is a scam.

This is the worst site ive ever been on for casino slots,it actully annoyed me as there is no winnings comming across i played £70 one day and did not even get a bonus and that was the same day i joined,so few days later and i played another £60 and i got 1 bonus round were i win £3.24 and continued to get beat after that,i dont mind getting beat but that is not fair play someone has to look into that,so i heve now left there site and my advice is to stay clear of the casino slots, thats my experience of it and it made me feel a bit sick of it in the end,and what all this when you chat to someone the talk about generated wins,who whats to play a fortune waiting on some generator to give you a win,fair play is needed here,definetely the worst slots i have came across yet.

LiveScore is shocking. In the last 2 tournaments I’ve entered, 500 spins each, 25p spins on blockbusters, no bonus. Biggest win £1.98. Just played another 500 spins on dyna miners. 3 bonuses, 1x , 4x and 30x. I had a run of just short of 1500 spins without a bonus on a double chance game there last week. Odds on sports are terrible. Following bets live there is terrible because they take ages to update stats. Only half decent promo they have is squads. I’ve used about 10 online casinos, it’s by far the worst one of the lot

Generally satisfied but very few outright free bets offered apart from the bet match (wager £5 on bet builder ….). The terms for free bet use isn’t always clear and the need to visit the promotions page to read the small print is a hindrance.

The site used to be great, but now very very slow bet settlements, site always breaks down and shuts so you can’t log in, also the promos used to be brilliant but now they have completely killed them.

Inplay markets are good. Small withdrawals very quick. Anything over a 100 tends to sit waiting for a day. Good site overall. But live chat is terrible. Dont even bother contacting for help on Anything. There dismissive of any problem then just end the chat with no resolution. Everytime.

In 2 days I’ve had a winning bet classed as a loser and another winning bet cancelled after the race. Had to sort it out through the chat where I encountered a member who closed my chat before I finished talking to him. Which was rude.

Great website and choice of betting and games, they used to have customer care where you could call check your account and see if you can get a free bet which I was very happy with but it has now gone and I can’t remember the last they offered me a free bet considering I deposit and play almost every day.

The only thing I can compare with other sites is if I put on a bet the night before as I am busy the next day I lose out on the price even if you offer best prices the next day on that race. For example Iplaced a bet on a horse at 13/2 it won at 9/1 and you offered best price on the day of the race , I only got paid out at 13/2 .

Generally okay to bet with. App is easy to use and navigate. I have had issues with incorrect settlement and delayed results but these were rectified by support. Weekly offers for free bets also.

Used to be great for promotions. At least £15-£20 per month. Same with squads used to get £10+ regularly. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a “valued customer” and not a new customer anymore but I’ll be lucky to get 5 10p spins a week and £2 on 4 defenders on squads. Slots are slots fairly good payout for what they are but sports page is not easy to use unless your betting on the match result.

Showed them evidence a child had used my account to deposit. They had birth certificate, bank details they obviously don’t follow UKGC rules and refused to refund the child’s account. Uk legislation law SECTION 58 states its illegal for the gambling company not to as you are profiting from a minor!! Will be reporting this to UKGC now and putting this on twitter. Won a betbuilder but they didnt pay out on ‘hitting the crossbar or post’ due to the ball going in the goal after. Resorted to smallprint to avoid paying out. Really poor and disappointing. Do not recommend using.

The worst customer service I ever have experienced. After signing to this site and depositing via trustly method I was very happy to have won 100 pound I choose to withdraw this and the option I was giving was the way I paid via trustly withdrawal I thought brilliant … until I didn’t receive the withdrawal I questioned this upon the live chat and email .. only to discover my winnings was pending yes ok fine it takes upto 24 hours I thought yes ok but I did question why as it was a trustly method withdrawal and the site states its almost instant payment… just like wjen you deposit via trustly. I was then shocked and very disappointed and hurt to have received just awful customer service . After enquiries into why I had a pending withdrawal after it was a method withdrawal via trustly.. These guys are scam. They shut down my account because i was in a self exclusion they took £300 off me they did let me take deposit and withdrawal and after winning they blocked my account. I have proof and everything you guys are thieves! Customer service email are unhelpful. They won’t help you when it comes to money this betting site only wants you to lose money or steal your money. They accused me too of altering my details when i signed up a new account. These guys are bunch of scams avoid them to everyone who wants to download this app delete it. I joined over a year ago and all was good.Good looking website, friendly customer service, good rewards for loyal customers and usual bonuses and free games.Then they decided to change the bonus/loyalty scheme 4 or 5 months ago plus they closed the phone lines so everything was done via livechat. Extremely poor.. joined because of the welcome offer of 150 free spins on slots and I followed all the requirements to claim them within the time frame. I never received them so when I contacted customer service about it they said I didn’t complete the full journey which didn’t make any sense as I did everything they had in there terms. And every time the customer service replayed back it was a different person who hadn’t a clue and was saying something different each time because they are obviously made to do that to avoid giving out the free spins at all costs .. Its a total con stay clear. I would also like to add that they don’t abide by the gambling commission rule’s. Is there anyway I can give an extreme negative feedback as they’re absolutely fraud. If you don’t like it how they do business they will shut you down with their meaningless t&c. It’s such a vile way to cover your doggy business. I can’t wait until there will be regulations where they will have to wait for weeks to get their money, same as the costumers. Just put a £10 bet on and it lost. No sign of the £20 Welcome bonus like they promise. Most sites I have been on you receive the free bets almost instantly. Very weary of this site now and won’t be using the site again.

1 star is too much! They are the biggest scam out there! Odds are always 1/3 off any other betting company, apart from an opening 10 pounds bonus they give you- nothing, nada, zilch, they set your limit to 1500 but not deposited – 1500 lost money, BUT!!! when you are up 3900 and play all of them no issue – once you lost almost all of them the lost limit of 1500 is an issue even if I deposited 200!!! WITHDRAWALS TAKE TOO LONG. Joining was no problem , depositing was no problem , using site was no problem. When it came to paying me out it seems there is a problem. Other sites are almost instant withdraw. This site states most withdrawals tale 2 -3 hours. I have made my first withdrawal and nothing in 24 hours , they are not inline with other sites , maybe short of money or short of staff , either way the problem should not be passed on to the customer. Also a very difficult company to contact , all virtual assistants !

Avoid. Games have extremely low pay out rate and take money very fast, spend loads of money to get onto the bonus for it to give you a pathetic pay out. AVOID! Site repeatedly crashes aswel.
