Been a member of this site for years, my account was fully verified many years ago.Upon logging on today, I was greeted to a “verify my account” pop up…even though as I said its been verified in the past.So, sent my passport picture in, along with a PFD of my bank account to verify my address.Received an email back claiming as well as these, I need a vbdeo to ID myself…Woah, sorry, I dont do videos to ID a bookies account thats been open and ID’ed for years. I dotn even use a mobile phone or a web cam, so its impossible anyway.So I asked them to return my £22 to my bank, this money has been in there LONG before they decided Video ID was needed….I was refused, they are actually refusing to give me MY money back if I dont send video ID in…Lets see what the gambling commission and IBAS say about this one then…

Livescore is an app I’ve been following and using for a long time, and I want to thank the company once again for their service. LivescoreBet, however, is new—an online casino I’ve been trying out for a while. The variety and number of games, as well as the Jackpot games, are nice. Compared to other places I’ve experienced, the RTP rate is a bit better, but there’s one really bad feature. I’ve made 20 deposits so far, all for the same amount. Without losing the same amount—look, this happened with all 20 deposits, so you can’t call it luck—the games never let you win. The system is set up. Also, after 2 stakes, the RTP rate becomes very, very poor. With much smaller companies, I’ve caught rounds multiple times with 4-6-8 stakes, but in 1 month here, I haven’t caught a single round. Also, the winnings at the end of Free Spins are very low! When I was at -150, I got free spins 3 times in a row with a 1.6 stake, and they gave me 11.20, 14.10, and 7.20. I’ve never seen anything like it. Play small and make some bet, but I don’t recommend getting too involved with the casino side here.

I was up £150 in a day, but when I tried to log in the next morning, my account was disabled. There were no emails or messages explaining why. After contacting customer support, I found out the account had been permanently closed, but they couldn’t provide a reason. They should at least have the decency to inform me of the reason—was it because I was winning?

Horrendous site. Overal 2.7k down with these. There casino is the absolute worst out there nothing pays at all played around 15 slots in one session didn’t hit one bonus was playing 50p/£1 stakes. Customer service is dodgy I had a problem with my phone so it tried depositing numerous times failing so they decided to lock em out for 6 months when complaining how bad the site is. Sportsbook shows cashout feature before the games and then during just decides to suspend play. The daily free game gives you the odd £5 weekly here and there but for just under 3k losses it is extremely poor. Do not go anywhere near this site. I have put a complaint in over a week ago, no acknowledgement at all, they say protection of players but will let me spend 2.7k without asking if I am in control etc and then when you approach close your account for 6 months. Absolute criminals.

Terrible win rate.. Terrible customer service. ignoring customers online chat not replying to simple questions extremely ignorant. Servers crashing having to restart games being logged out all of a sudden for no particular reason. I was frustrated and annoyed with server problems so I asked via online chat for my account to be deleted. They did not even reply to my message explaining the situation totally ignore me dropped me out of online chat and deleted my account which actually had accumulators and some funds still on there ..when I had to contact them again advised through an email from them how to go about it. I was harassed and asked questions or put to me suggesting I had a gambling problem.. a bunch of frauds!!! their games were glitchy and continuing to roll in game with full 5G Vodafone coverage this happend on the same day around the same time with 3 of their games “server issues” having to restart over and over. Their deposit system is laughable and where is the law here it is absolutely no problem for you to make a deposit with a debit card but when you eventually do get a win you cannot withdraw back to this same card 🤣 where is quality control here?? Fairness equality “The Law” what law? 🤣 surely if you can deposit you should be able to withdraw right?? a total rip off I wouldn’t mind if they had a decent customer service.. Advice avoid.

Changed tennis retirement rules after years. Customer service agent unable to tell me when it was changed.Consistency in rules important for gamblers; can’t be expected to check to see if you’ve changed your settlement rules before placing every bet. Very poor.If you’re going to bet here, be aware that they might suddenly change rules that you’re used to.

UTTER SHAMBLES! My account was hacked and 350.00 deposited over night. After contacting the bank and they refunded after they discovered fraud. I spoke to LiveScore who said I had to admit liability for others using my account before they spoke to me. This is after I’ve gone through 3 security questions LMAO. I pointed out that fraud is a crime and they are asking me to admit to a crime I haven’t committed. So i had a £5 free bet so i had a inplay 4fold 3 games over 2.5 goals in the 1st half and 1 game over 1.5 goals in the 1st half the 3 games over 2.5 goals won and i was waiting for my last game which was 1-0 after 24 mins but then the game got suspended for about a hour and then it came up the bet had lost but when i checked the result it said they had played 4 x30 minutes instead of 2×45 minutes which i thought was strange so i went on live chat because it never said anything on the game when i placed the bet so livescore said they would investigate it,then today(10/7/24) i got a reply saying the result stood after the investigation because that is what i signed up for in the t&c and they wouldnt be doing anything about it,WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE YOU ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES,the id bet is 7557736464 so you can check it

My experience is bad with this company. Gamblers are told to gamble responsibly and I always do, changing my settings to a 30p bet only being responsible and winning small amounts. I found the settings were reset to default £10 bet around 5-@0 times in one daily session as well as cash out values reset to favour the bookie. There was £2 taken from my account instead of using free casion chips, two times £1 was taken from me without being refunded or even told where the pound had gone? Identical bets were taken twice in one shot within seconds by technical error without refund, blaming me. All happened after I was a few pounds in profit betting low amounts. I will be reporting the incidents to the gambling authorities as I was blatantly ripped off and my utilisation of safer gambling was continually breached resulting in irresponsible bets.

Don’t deposit if you use Natwest, RBS or Ulster! They take your money but won’t let you withdraw on those cards unless you talk to customer support and provide a bank statement. This will happen every time you try to withdraw.They will bombard you with emails advertising their promotions and free-to-play games, then ban you from using them after a few weeks with no explanation offered. I can only assume it’s because I’m up a huge £3 overall!Do not use unless you plan on consistently losing money and like a hassle when you want to withdraw. Joke company.

Dead spin dead bonus rounds. lose enough maybe a max 200x but more than likely you will lose twice that or more to gain that hit.Not entertaining here feels like there is a control mechanism on the slots and that you are fighting for the smallest of wins.Reels do not spin natural. So trying to block casino 2 agents cut the conversation have no interest in allowing you to block it the payouts are none existent stay well clear. Then they disabled my account with funds in it rols me that unless I have casino on it we can’t let you access it a Dan f will be getting reported for breaking the guidelines. If someone wants to exclude from casino they put pressure on you to keep it or you lose the account essentially stealing money when there’s active bets. If you want a bet on sports this site is really good but anything casino related stay well clear. Been with these 4 months now and I am £2,331.38 down. Occasional £50 deposit here and there. No issue signing up, accepting my deposits and letting me bet. Requested ID which I provided in the past. Now theyve added a new requirement to submit a live video.. I don’t want to do this due to AI deep fake concerns but they wont let me withdraw any of my money without it despite my account having been fully verified before! I did not agree to any video verifications and would not have signed up for the account had it been an original requirement. I did originally give livescore a 4 star rating I have now reduced this to 2, the site itself is ok, the payouts are fast and the withdrawals, but they have put ridiculous spend controls on my account that I never asked for and for this reason I won’t be using them again.

Previously reviewed at 5 stars. But oh boy. That’s tumbling down. Seen a few about daily game on here and yes I can concurr its nosedived in last 6 months. Havnt had a freebet in 2 years. The site has gone downhill. Previously the daily and monthly game was worth playing, the rewards were decent. For the past year or so they’ve been so dire literally 1 monthly free spin. Same old excuses, its not us its an external provider who deals with these games. My account was dealt with the players relation team, after I got fed up of the site and rarely used it they stopped dealing with my account. Not a great way to treat a customer who’s been on the books for 2/3 years.

Only gave a one because I could not give zero. Opened an account, was verified, deposited cash, played slots, won money, went to withdraw and suddenly I was no longer age verified!!
