I opened an account with livescorebet yesterday. Unusually I won my first bet and then afew more. I tried to withdraw 50 but it was rejected. I contacted livescorebet who said it was my bank blocking the payment so I phoned my bank who say there is no restrictions and to contact livescorebet again so yeah its been fun. I was so happy to win but that was short lived. I feel like I’ve been conned but sure thats always the feeling when things arent going right. On the plus side their customer service guys are great and do try to help but there’s only so much they can do. Fed up with it.Update- I originally gave 1 star. They are now going to transfer the funds manually so fair play to them. Customer services have been fantastic I’d give them 10/10 if I could. will update my review accordingly.

Absolute joke of a company. Got a ban 6 months ago purely cause they made me out to be in a situation I was not in. They said call in 6 months and we will look at re opening it. I have called back 6 months later and they ask me questions and purely cause I’m not happy with the way they dealt with my bank in the first place they have told me I can not reopen my account. Told them I can send monthly of bank statements showing no gambling or financial hardships and they still wouldn’t allow it. Again been made to feel like I’m in a position I’m not in. The call handler I have spoken to both times had a sly attitude, the kind of bullied at school wouldn’t say this to your face attitude. Disgraceful customer service to make me feel like this twice when I have no issues at all with finances or gambling. Said it’s a further 6 months ban and I said I will ring back in 6 months and his response basically said you can do but it’s not getting re opened. Customer service reps are a joke and make it clear if they don’t like you. Wouldn’t even give one star if I could but I have to give something.

I have finally figured out the games on this site. First of all, it’s a computer running an algorithm on YOU. It knows your betting style and like most if you are on a “winning streak” and STUPIDLY up your ante, it will kill you. Whether its roulette or card games, it’s all the same, it does NOT run a random number generator… its a program on an algorithm…its taken a lot of money to figure it out but now I’ve tested it over and over…dont play it at all, but if you do, play steady and NEVER increase or blast your bets…and don’t get annoyed at it as you will bet lots…just ĺog out if you fell hard done….you are welcome…

Unbelievable, LiveScore Bet UK. I Registered then deposited £20, played a few slots ended up with £46.02 in my account before logging off. Went back to log on the next day to be asked to verify my age/address (Driving Licence/Live Video) which I completed. Then received an email stating my account had been permanently closed due to my documents not passing their security checks. I asked what was wrong with the security checks and can I have my account balance please. They replied “Your account has been closed without the option to reactivate as well as any funds contained in it will be void as per our terms and conditions”. Surely they cannot do this???

Been a member of livescore for years. Use them now and again but their odds are the worst out there so they aren’t my first choice.However offer was offered for money back as a free bet if horse finishes 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I decided to throw money on an outsider. My horse came 3rd and they refused to honor the offer and provide my stake back in a free bet. The person on chat said I’m banned from promotions, and I would of had an email.Never received an email regarding that but received the email of promotion. Told me decision Is final. Happy to take your money but not honour the offers. Worst betting site out there. App deleted and won’t use again.

Shocking company. Opened an account, half way through the day was asked to verify my account by two separate methods, which I did. I promptly lost a few quid. Tried to log in later to be told my account was suspended as I purposely changed my personal details in order to open an Acc as I had previously closed my virgin bet Acc. I had no idea they were the same company and to be accused of committing fraud is appalling I have obviously kept the email thread and will proceed it further up the chain. Company said in an email to me that the bets I had placed are deemed void ( their own words) but are refusing to refund my losses. Dreadful way to treat a customer to be accused of fraud is absolutely unbelievable. They said if I had given them my correct details originally ( which I did ! ) then I would not have been able to open an account but I filled in their online form and then provided TWO additional proofs of ID that they requested 🤷🏼‍♂️

Again, this website shouldn’t be allowed to be open! You will NEVER get a bonus feature, today I played the same again and won quite a few times in other websites. On here I have to spend at least £50 to get 1 bonus. You can tell how manipulated the slots are! Awful company to deal with who exclude customers from promotions randomly and don’t advise them of this until they query not receiving a promotional free bet that they’ve qualified for. I would avoid this company at all costs and use other reputable betting companies in future. Absolutely awful company. I made a mistake on my part by placing a a player to have a SOT before the line up was announced. I contacted them asking to change it as the player wasn’t starting and they told me I can’t do that and the bet would stand even if the player comes on for a minute. The player came on last 10 mins and for that I lost my bet. Most sites allow you to void the bet so you can change it. Just robbing little rats. Please stay away from this site at all costs

Best site out there in my opinion and I’ve used lots. Easy interface, generous bonuses and generally hassle free. I also played the squads game and it was £50 per goal and luckily the Sheffield United striker got two so I got £100. Admittedly I don’t usually win on it but who can complain at that for free.

Signed up from an ad in the LiveScore app for enhanced 50/1 odds on the Man Utd vs Brentford match, exact £1 stake required and enhanced winnings paid as free bets. Once I’d created my account, the offer disappeared. The odds showed as normal on that game and the promotion wasn’t listed in the promotions section on their website. I therefore contacted support to close my account. First, they gave me a link to the promotion which did allow me to add it to my betslip. However, on attempting to place the bet it gave an error that maximum stake had been exceeded (I staked exactly £1.00 per the terms). At that point I concluded that they are so incompetent that they can’t even test that a welcome offer works before advertising it, and therefore I don’t trust them. Complete shambles, avoid.

Getting worse this site, when putting a bet on in play the site must make sure the minutes in the game are correct because twice it has happened to me where the time as been 5 minutes behind, i put a bet on on the 25th of march and only needed 1goal to be up thinking there was 5 minutes left i didnt cashout then suddenly the game finished now today i have put another bet on thinking there was 10 minutes left in the 1st half but like as before there was only 5 minutes left you are pinching money by putting false information on football matches get it sorted outThanks for the explanation but that doesn’t help me when i am placing bets inplay and the information you are supplying is wrong

Livescorebet have my money held because I don’t want to go through their biometric verification step, which requires me sending a video of my face. Absolutely unnecessary. And no chance they’ll send me my money so have to go through ukgc which could take months. Bet anywhere else that doesn’t have bio metrics in their verification process. Madness. Roulette can be fun and appears to be fair apart from when video jumps each time from one video to another, ball slowing down then jump and its fast, makes me a bit weary, but no too bad don’t bet big. Reason for 1 star is blackjack, it will give you a run but if you up your bet, you will get broke within a few hands, and lose 8 of every 10 hands. Keep bets the same and don’t double or split, you will lose!!

Unfortunately, there are no accumulator boosts like Bet365 have which get automatically applied to the bets on their site. This leaves potential payouts for accumulators with Livescore Bet UK way lower than Bet365.Also, you need to take a look at the age verification process that you have. It may tick all the legal boxes, but is it morally correct. You have no problem taking one deposit after another without any checks whatsoever whilst someone is not trying to withdraw the funds, but as soon as you try to make a withdrawal, you are faced with an age verification process. This to me basically says that you have no problem whatsoever taking underage players money as long as they are losing, but you don’t want to give it back to them if they win. What should happen is, if someone creates an account and makes a deposit, then you should check the account holders age there and then before any bets are taken. If they fail the verification process, then the funds should be returned immediately to their source and the account suspended or closed. If you are going to do age verification then do it properly, don’t just do it when it benefits your bank balance.The verification process was relatively straight forward, but you will have to take photos of your driving license or passport, record a video of yourself and also speak at the same time. Once they have verified you, you are then allowed to request the withdrawal again. All quite long and drawn out.Beware. I have also just noticed that the withdrawal into my bank account has been post dated. This means that the money is now showing in my bank account but I cannot actually use it because the status is ‘Pending’. This apparently happens when someone puts money into your bank account but then delays the payment date so the funds do not release immediately. So to summarise, they may well state that once a withdrawal is processed the funds will appear in your account within a certain amount of hours, but when you will actually be able to use the funds is a whole different time scale depending on the release date they apply. Overall. I would seriously think about avoiding this company.
