Abysmally low limits. First bet was looking for £100 on a first touchdown scorer market in Monday Night Football (probably one of the most liquid markets in the world) and was offered £6. What’s the point of setting up a bookie if you don’t take a bet?

Where do I start, I’m a compulsive gambler and I’m with Gamstop and moses and yet this site let me sign up with them and deposit without any problem, it shows to me that they are in it for the money and not the safety of people that play these sites. Joined the site 1year ago, started well, done review and bonuses and seemed fair. But it’s a downward spiral now. Cash out is non existent, squads promotion is 95% defenders, daily game is a waste of time and staff are now as bad as most other sites. It’s a shame as the had promise at the start. I’ll be going back to other sites, can’t get an honest site online.

Where do I start. Made a withdrawal thought it would be ok. After the 24 hours passed still Sat pending contacted them they said problem was with my bank contacted bank no problem there end. Contacted them again to ask for evidence then all of a sudden problem is there end. Asked them to reverse withdraw said they can’t do that. OK where do I start. The company used to be second to none. But sadly things gave changed. Firstly and most important to myself. Like all Sportsbook the give you kickback each month for being a middle to high stakes player. Bonuses was fantastic. Great for 4 years them boom. Cut to around 33% of what I used to receive, this has happened for the last 5 months. Squads game getting players who couldn’t score in a brothel. Daily game cut right back. I know these bonuses work on play levels. But one of the staff, and he has been there a long time tried to tell me it’s random. Insulting my intelligence. OK I get protect the company. But 4 of your other advisors agreed it goes off algarhytms. Next it used to be withdraw straight into my account within 1 minute. Now 3 days wait. Never in 5 years got a bet refused. Well what can I say in order to verify yourself you need to take a selfie with 1 hand, hold your Id with the other and then find a third hand to hold a hand written piece of paper with the date on. Never known anything like it, there are a million better sites to use with auto verification, I would suggest using a reputable sports betting site instead

Offered various free spins and invite promotions but they were mostly 5 spins at like 10p. Anyway deposit/withdrawal process is annoying. Couldn’t deposit using Paypal so used my debit card. Withdrew using Paypal, how can I if i haven’t deposited with Paypal? Just says pending and chat is all virtual with a bot as on most sites.

This site is a scam. They will let you deposit, but as soon as you deposit, they will freeze the account and lock the money. I blame the gambling commission for letting scam sites like, virgin bet and, Livescore bet, for ripping people off.

Absolute garbage site and companyAbsolute garbage site and company. The betting slips are SO easy to make a mistake on, as it’s just not clear at all, and especially if you’re trying to.put a multiple bet on, unless you’ve spent half an hour going through it with a fine tooth comb, it will put bets on that you’re not even trying to place. I tried to put my usual football bet on last night, and having hit ‘multiples’, the stupid site took two identical £10 accumulators, and immediately offered £5 to cash in/cancel them! This was an hour before the kick offs. Straight away I went onto chat, explained clearly what had happened, and whilst on there, used the pc to place my normal bets (always amounting to £14.5.) They refused to refund because the odds had changed on one match! I argued (truthfully) that I couldn’t have been aware of this, going straight onto the rubbish chat part of their ‘Help'(sic). In the end I was given a patronising £10 free bet! It certainly isn’t the money involved, it’s the whole way this crap company dealt with what was OBVIOUSLY something that had come from the site being difficult to work, and the cheeky sod cash out offer. Avoid them at all costs. The chat is the same on every site-operated by congenital fools on behalf of rip off merchants, but if you insist on using a betting site, whatever you do, swerve liveScore!

Opened account yesterday. Unlike other companies, they did their verification before letting me play which is as it should be. Had to upload my driving licence and do a video to prove it was me! Then deposited £2k via PayPal. Played for an hour on their live casino and won £9k. Withdrew it back to my PayPal account. Was expecting the usual issues where they then want about a million docs and your inside leg measurement but no. Took 8 hours to process but was overnight, so no problem. I wish more companies would do their verification before letting you play as they seem to forget that getting paid is kind of a big deal. 10/10 for these guys.

Im almost entirely a football bettor, occasionally golf and NFL, but 95% footie. The site is easy to use, deposits and withdrawals easy to make and there are two regular promotions that I really like – they do a weekend brt £5 on a bet builder get a fiver free bet and the Squads promotion where Mon – Fri you get a random Prem player and if they score in their fixture you win an amount dictated by a spin of a roulette style wheel. There are fewer ad hoc promos than there might be but overall its a solid site I have had no issues with in the negative at all

It has been over 4 days, and my withdrawal still pending. I only opened the account try deposit, betting, and withdrawal speed. It seems there’s no issue with deposit or betting. The issue is when you want your money faster. Why does the withdrawal money has to be pending for 4 days? Someone is lazy to do their job or just stupidity? Asked customer services for help on 3 different occasions and they said it was my device so I tired on my laptop and pc and there said the same about that…. I signed up to take part in the welcome bonus but i left my account for a week due to not liking any bets. I then placed my first this week which won, but after logging in my account it had been closed! They wanted a plethora of documents from me. They could of asked way sooner (the week beforehand where i hadn’t placed a bet). Just a massive headache and red flag. Any company that keeps the funds for 3-5 days after withdrawal, just AVOID. Every other company has instant withdrawal maximum of 24hrs. It has been over 3 days waiting for my funds. Unnecessary. Disgusting company, deposit of £500 in one night hit bonus on £2, £5 spins, paid £8.20 on a £2 bonus on a high Violity slot @ 96% RTP it paid £8.20! Looks like my old muckers at livescore need a few positives as reviews on here the last few months are horrendous. Firstly the staff are second to none. That’s why I’m scoring a 4. The bonus structure isn’t what it was but that’s cool, I now split my play between 2 company’s. Other company gives far better bonuses considering my play level. Slot. Steer clear. Not just this company that’s any company. They are cash cows for the corporates. Apart from that had a few slight issues with bets not getting placed but neither here nor there.
