Becoming disappointed.. I have rated LuckyLand with 5 stars in the past as they are my favorite online casino, but the last couple of weeks have been very disappointing. I used to win but lately it’s like they have done something to the games.. I have spent thousands of dollars and I can’t even get a bonus round anymore on any of the games.. I don’t know what is going on but I’m about to give up on LuckyLand and go elsewhere with my money..

As I have attached all the screenshots from the chat.after being with them for nearly 2 years now. I deposited the money in my account had winnings from the game. Went on to withdraw didn’t let me. 15 times I went to cash out same msg. When went to chat and explained I had my real money and real winnings which was nearly 5k.i was not using no bonus and my bonus balance was 0.why they didn’t let me withdraw my money. She said I was wagering for a bonus with my real money. bonus which I received 7 months ago and expired after 24hrs then. Wow. I requested them for the refund of my winnings first she said no they can’t then after explaining she said she will put a request but can’t promise as they were in the right for converting my real money and real winnings into wagering for a bonus which was expired 7 months ago. After that I went back to the chat and sent a screenshot of UKGC laws and told her everything she explained regarding wagering was completely different from the law. She said we will look in to it and now blocked my account. What seriously what do I do

Invasive ads that pop up when you least expect and I don’t even have the Lucky Land app I don’t gamble but these pop-ups never stop on my phone incredibly annoying and invasive. This type of thing should be illegal.

I played a game called pots of gold 20p spins the bonus was ready to pop and about $1000 in and still a nuke would probably not set it off, I documented the weeks off the thing and the site did f all.. and the live betti g is a joke the minutes would jump from 9 mind to 3 minutes and the score would change so much after the bet… other site do so much better.. worst ever site… not fun.. then when I tried to get it looked into the cut my account haha.. – 5 stars….

Awful games. Return To Player RTP does not seem to exist and they have some games set at 50 pence without the ability to change bet level. Same game played on another site with the ability to change bet level and a better RTP.AVOID LUCKLAND AT ALL COST!

Took my £10 deposit money. System error stated I was under 18 (I am 43). Then I was told to deposit another £10 to de activate restrictions. Or I could withdraw my original deposit minus their fees (so i would not get the full £10 back). I wonder how many other people have fallen for this scam. Be very wary

Last time I played this casino, I was going to give five star rating. Once deposit went into my bank. I recently played again and won Off of little money. I can honestly say that this is one of the best casinos at the moment out there. I don’t have a lot wrong two say about it, you do you have to wait a few days for your money doesn’t deserve a poor rating.

Denied a $2500 withdrawal because of a unclear bet restriction. On their bonus T&C says no bets equal to or greater than $4 and one may not bet over 15% of remaining balance whilst wagering. What is that. No bets equal to or greater than $4? 15%? Meant to be confusing . Not to mention most reputable casinos just log you out of the game if you overbet by mistake, and the bet is canceled. Absolute worst casino no question. A little late with this review but I have been recently bombarded by this casinos sister sites for sign up.

Scam stay away. There no chance you win in that site , I have deposited more that 6k and never had a winning greater than 100£. Customer service is ridiculous , they are threatening you with your account being closed if they don’t like what you tell them. I hope UK gambling audits investigate them and shut them down as they seem to be a group of mobs stealing away your money with no chance of winning. Satay away.

Another annoying online (scam) casino that bombards you with spam e-mails (unwanted, not signed up for) with their ‘promotions’ and ‘special deals’. I’m unable to unsubscribe and they send out multiple e-mails per day. Extremely annoying.

So this website is 100% running some sort of algorithm to scam customers out if really any chance of winning anything.Like others have said, i have been on 100+ sites and basically know how most of the games work. So basically I joined and deposited around 120 pound not at once but in the same day and basically won 20 pound with the last 10 pound so I withdrew the 20 pound and was asked for a bank account statement as I’d. . They never asked why I was depositing no but asked when I withdrew. My belief is they should ask first before depositing not the other way around.. its definitely a scam site today 13th December 2022 I was on live chat to them and was telling them this and they just logged me out and have closed my account . That not a way to run a buisness . Just look at the other comments to.know they are scamming people. I have had to close my bank account for security reasons And you still owe me 20 pound. 7months since last used it, Loads of issues. Keeps logging me off every 15 mins, Live stream taking up the whole page and can’t remove it, Overound on bets is around 180% terrible,everytime click a bet, it don’t accept as price change, Don’t put Greyhounds in Trap order,infact they have named dogs with wrong trap numbers. SCAM Website, they limit your betting if you win too much, and they charge a fee for both depositing and withdrawing, this is a clean theft and Gambling Commission has been already notified about this behaviour.NEVER bet on Luckland, Bet Britain and Mr Play, these are all SCAM websites under the same company

Luckland.com daylight robbery, I put in over a 1000 on 5pound a spin on sugar rush to finally hit a bonus and I get a whopping 6 pound back!!!! The games play so much different to say the likes of play ojo or 10bet. And these people come out with all this legal jargon to try and prove that they are not rigged.
