I was doing 10 pounds bet! In a minute 800 pounds magically disappeared from my account and it’s showing I done a 882 pound bet which is obviously impossible ! I then contacted live who also said it doesn’t add up and will get looked into however 20 days!!!! They said it can take up to which is disgusting as I made a deposit of 1k so they didn’t steal winnings they actually stole money I made a deposit with! And if they don’t pay me back my money I wil do everything in my power to take this casino down !!

Absolutely rigged. Deposited £300 over 2 days. Didn’t get a single bonus or free spins, despite changing game and bet level. Didn’t ever hit more than 3 x my bet. Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of legit casinos out there.

Don’t use this website. Another website that let’s you deposur and play and then requires verification to withdraw. I am 21, and they are so slow at verification I won over 2 weeks ago now, and my withdrawal hasn’t been approved. Support is just copy paste, nothing to do with individual experience. Useless site, I feel like I’ve lost even though I’ve won money. I’d forfeit the wins to get the time I spent trying to get my winnings back.Steer clear.

Again it’s the same old same old regarding when you get a big win (£3000) and they hold on to your withdrawal longer than necessary. Two days now I’ve been waiting. And it supposed be a fast bank transfer. They will most likely close my account once I get my money. That’s what many others do. Because they do NOT like it when you win. Most of them shouldn’t even be allowed a license.

Won £320.00 from 2 bets, stated they have wired the money to my account. I’m now 6 weeks down the line and provided statements from my bank to prove it’s now arrived. I have had no choice but to refer the company to the UK Gambling Commission asking for a s116 licence review and suspension for breaching the LCCP.Company has for over a 9 days claimed problem with payment processor and not releasing funds that are withdrawal.They have deprived me of over £6,700 of withdrawals from winnings gained without any form of bonus won fairly. I’ve videoed all my winning spins that were significant, I’ve built a case portfolio to go the UKGC at least if their licence suspended in the UK it protects other customers.At the time of writing they have taken down the terms clause that says withdrawals processed via bank transfer in 2-6 days The chat agents are dishonest they won’t define terms like shortly and soon as there is no factual basis to their comments they can’t give timeframe when withdrawals will be released yet throughout the casino allows more customers to deposit and play advertising their so called wins to induce more customers to bet.I’m actually reporting this company to Action Fraud as I believe it’s a systematic pattern to delay withdrawals and cause uk customers to bet on the site without the assurance if they win they can can access their winnings.Way to force this issue is to judicially review the commission to compel immediate suspension of their licence I imagine the funds they thought they would save by not paying my winnings of £6,700 will be pennies compared to the legal bills and the value of the loss of their UK licence.I am relentless. Happy to take your deposit and then take days and weeks to process any withdrawal. I deposited via trustly and now they are unable to withdraw that way and are asking for IBAN and BIC which I dont have so I am currently in a stand off to get my money back.

Terrible experience for me1. Let me deposit from my debit card but wouldn’t return winnings that way2. Had to upload my bank details for payment.3. Used NatWests bank app ‘share my bank details’ tool to copy/paste them and upload them4. Their verification team said not official and didn’t show bank logo. They refer to some document that may be used in continental Europe but not in UK.5. Logged onto desktop version of NatWest site and took screenshot of my details including logo. Still not good enough.6. While this was going on, I complained to online support and the advisor said it was because their system was down for paying back to debit card hence I had to do this but then their online FAQs explains this is how they return money for security so totally mixed message (also contradicts other more famous online bookmakers that say they only return to original payment card for security purposes, a return loop policy).7. Was able to download an interest statement for the financial year from NatWest and that had my details and they finally accepted this8. During process, they listed lots of banks they couldn’t pay too in their emails to me. Luckily for me, NatWest wasn’t on there but lots were like Monzo and Virgin Money. What do those people do??Also they take a £1 fee for putting you through this stinker of a withdrawal process.If they’d simply stated when signing up that you can only withdraw this way, I would never have signed up. Feels like a total cowboy operation designed to keep you from your winnings.I recommended a wide berth if you’re thinking of trying this site or at least be aware how faffy it all is and not sure what you do if you’re with a bank they can’t/won’t return money too.

This site is disgusting especially the live chat member that goes by the name olivia.
