We’re not stupidI got restricted after a handful of bets and had to send in ridiculous amount of identification in just to get my money back after being restrictedBefore this I kept getting calls trying to get me to bet with them. Calling me to let know the football season was starting etc. Cold calling from bookies is a new lowThe prices are poor as well check oddschecker and rarely make the top section of odds.This is all factual so no reason why this should be removed though no doubt they’ll lodge a complaint. Warning – Do not bet on their website using a mobile device. Cash out option is shown as a big icon which can accidentally be triggered when scrolling on your phone. Any decent Bookmaker would give you a second option to confirm your decision but not these guys. Hit the option once and you’ve cashed out as per their terms and conditions so give them a swerve.

Wow another company that restricted me after 5 bets with a great rating Please don’t tell me that’s it’s an anomaly as you have all these 5* ratings. I would advise people NOT to deposit until you are fully verified. I have sent them everything but my kitchen sink and they are still not letting me withdraw my funds. Now they want a selfie of me holding my ID which I supplied TWICE but all I get back is an automatic response saying it isnt clear enough. Absolutely ridiculous company. Decent with quick pay outs and odds but they need to wait till 3pm every day before they process your withdrawal. The worst thing is how tight they are with free bets, 3 grand I bet this month and they think it’s acceptable to offer me a £5 free bet .

Stay far away from 12BET they will not let you cash out , unless you have a useless Skrill or Neteller , I believe they comunicate with low level sports criminals and fix matches like women’s tennis in Singapore , I put money on player I have watched before and she dominated the match, she was up 3 games to nothing in first set , as soon as I placed a large wager the game just went the other way instantly like I have never seen before .i lost .the odds went from 1.36 to 10.75 in 5 minutes . I had a very bad experience a Betclic. After winning £174 and trying to access my winnings they would not let me withdraw as my provisional driving licence wasn’t sufficient enough as proof of identity, i don’t own a passport so i couldn’t access my winnings. If you win here they will try their hardest not to pay you!

Tried to create an account but when I clicked confirm after entering my details, I got an error message saying registration failed. I then went onto the customer support live chat only to be told that my account had been closed following a business decision! What sort of business are these jokers running, closing a new customers account before they have even managed to login to the site! Beyond belief. A business decision based on what exactly? A business decision surely has to be based on something, account activity, betting patterns etc. Oh and then about an hour or so later I receive an email from them saying that my registration was a success. Tried to login – access denied!

Received an offer via email to place a £20 bet on the champions league matches on Tuesday and receive a free £10 bet. I only had £10 in my account so made a deposit of £10 and placed my bet. The bet lost, but at least I had the free £10 bet. At least thats what I thought, until I tried to log in and found my account had been suspended. When I queried with customer support I was told that my account had been closed due to a business decision and that I would not receive my free bet. When I requested the balance of my account to be returned, they said I needed to provide my bank details in order to get my £0.50 returned by bank transfer. I told them to keep it. Totally unacceptable to make an offer, accept the bet and then not honor the offer.

After reading the review here, I was a little skeptical with 12BET. But because 12BET offers Asian odds, I tried to create an account with the smallest deposit (IDR 100,000). During this time, there were no problems with bets or Withdrawals. Turnover Bonuses are also the lowest compared to other bookies.

Didn’t receive my free bet and was fobbed off by a rude and abrupt customer services rep called ‘Callum’ who clearly doesn’t understand the phrase ‘the customer is always right’ and needs to work on his people skills. Only used TitanBet for a short period of time as I put a time out on my regular site after a string of bad losses. Turned out I won quick big on TitanBet and withdrew in excess of 3500 profit, upon reading reviews was very nervous they were dodgy. As everyone stated they asked for verification docs, I provided immediately and the account was approved same day, withdrawal again processed same day. Funds were in my account within 72 hours of requesting withdrawal – I might just be a lucky one. Their customer service was also pretty helpful when I called – live chat a bit hit and miss

DISGUSTING. I had a run of winning accumulator bets so they cancelled my account without letting me know. I only found out when I tried to login and place a new bet. The Chat did not work so I had to call. I was told that they have indeed closed my acc but could not tell me why. I also had to chase email communication about all this. In order to retrieve my money, I must send them some documents. Funny that they did not ask about any of this when I was placing deposits, or losing bets. They never had a competitive price on events I was backing, but ongoing refund offers made it worth a risk. I reckon that this is why they shut me down.Be aware of this. They put up interesting offers to attract punters, but if punters take them and happen to win… well they are always other bookies out there and tons of free websites where you can compare and shop around. Titanbet will probably be out of the business eventually. In this competitive business environment, there can not be any tolerance for dirty tricks. It is a shame and I have no other choice but to file a complaint with IBAS.
