I agree with a lot of the other comments. This is a disingenuous company with some sharp practices. The only betting company that I have felt the need to close my account. I haven’t used this account for over 2 years. I just found out the sports betting wing has closed. None of the contact addresses work and I can’t see any way of contacting them now.its not a great deal of money but it is mine!Do I have to go to the Gambling Commission to follow this up?

I won but it won’t allow witdral, I submitted documents but not verified it says region not allowed.But it verified my account on signup.I didn’t settle for it I filed a dispute, filled the form with MILNE CAPITAL .IO.2 days my held funds released to my account.

Absolute Trash, I won $1400, took a week to get it…. then I go back to finish my bonuses…. and keep playing… they took my bonus promotions away, from all the casino sites that this company owns.Basically…. you are not aloud to win and get the bonus money, if you do win they take away from you…. I have now recieved the £40.00 which was in my account from Mansionbet.I got a text on my phone last night about 10.00pm saying I had to send more proof off and I thought here we go again.But on checking my bank account as they have said the £40.00 is in my account well it was 5 minutes ago.I am glad everything is ok now,as it has stressed me to the limit,hopefully now I can be normal again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made a single bet with this so called betting site and after a day was sent an email to say they were closing my account as they found it to be suspicious! I thought to myself ‘their loss’ and tried to take back my deposit only to receive a message saying I couldn’t. Contacted live chat (which kept knocking off..it’s obviously done on the cheap like everything else about them) to be told by the very rude agent they were keeping MY OWN MONEY because they thought I was a fraud! Unbelievable. When I told the agent how annoyed I was that I now have to go through the palaver of sending documents to withdraw my own cash, I was told I was making a big deal out of it – so unprofessional. I can see from other reviews they are doing this all the time and I would expect a large proportion write it off as they can’t be bothered to jump through all the hoops. They are robbing thieves!

Do not send a penny to this company.They are dangerous.. I Have deposited and withdrawn a few times. Usual withdrawal time was around 4-8 hours But on this one occasion it was over 24 hours. They then phoned me and explained the hold up was because they needed to do some checks. Lance who was the advisor was very helpful and after 3 or 4 mins on the phone he had all he needed from me and issued the payment which was received within 10 mins. One of the better customer services i have dealed with.

Opened an account yesterday and I was allowed to deposit straight away. Have tried to withdraw a small amount and woke up to an email saying I needed to send a picture in with me holding ID. Never had this before and can’t even deposit now. Spoke to Elon on live chat but am patiently waiting now. Will update review once resolved as website is ok and easy to use. Hoping it’s legitimate as they advertise with my football team. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet.What a pathetic embarrassing company. Do not open. Live chat was horrendous….agent basically confirmed they restrict accounts when someone wins a few quid. £80 quid….and they restrict accounts. Even if you do withdraw they want selfies and take days. Please stick with credible accounts like skybet and Paddy.

I only used them once. I signed up a couple of weeks ago as they were promoting a £10 free bet if I signed up and made a bet of £10. So I did that, and then was promptly informed that they were revoking my eligibility to participate in further promotions/bonuses/free bets with no explanation as to why. Wont use them again!

I seen the 100% welcome bonus. It said “Wager 40x before withdrawing” which I thought was good. Little did I know it meant wager 40x YOUR BONUS!!!! I spent £30 for a £30 bonus but to withdraw, I have to wager 40 x £30 which is £1200!!! This is insane! The wager 40x is misleading as it doesn’t even state 40x promotion bonus. I won a fair bit but I had no choice but to keep gambling as I couldn’t withdraw. You can win 500, lose 500 and still not be able to withdraw! Such sneaky tactics, do not trust. Only generic “check our terms” responses. No actual help. Even so misleading even in their T&C.Update: as shown by their response below, they mention T&C which I’ve already stated IS MISLEADING as I’d already explained how and why. This is how little they care about actually fixing the issue.

I’ve always found Mansion Bet support to be excellent not sure about live chat but they reply to emails almost straight away & are very helpful. Their agent Lance kindly resolved an issue for me which was actually my error but unlike other gambling sites I’ve dealt with Mansion Bet were happy to help me.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I don’t and every time I contact them they’re saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel they’re taking the P..s especially when I’m a VIP customer but they don’t treat me like one far from that. Couldn’t give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later I’m still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren’t given a game as much as you do with this site. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!
