Signed up to this site and took advantage of their sign up offer, "bet £10, get 4 x £5 freebets". I bet £10 and won £31. I then bet my 4 £5 freebets and they lost. I then cashed out my money and later received an email to say my account will not be receiving promotions and bonuses anymore. I literally won £21 and my bet back and they've thrown their dummy out the pram. Wow

Bad advertising, poor customer service. Unresponsive to emails. Long waiting times in chat rooms. Signed up for 100% match bonus, deposited through PayPal using Uk debit card, no bonus, contacted CS, answered repeatedly “should have read small print” then encouraged me to make another deposit to receive my bonus. Should write y to the football clubs they sponsor and send them a link to all these reviews, this many people can’t all be wrong. Disgusting

A very deceitful and horrible company.Ivan you need to grow some balls and go and work for a real copany.They offer to match your deposit with free bets and if you win it shows in your balance.But when you try and withdraw it your told you cant withdraw until youve wagered £2000.What a joke but its in the smallprint!!Avoid this company they just want to releive you of your money.Terrible customer service!!I spoke to ivan via live chat he then ignored me when i tried to contact again as i wanted to close my account.I then rang them and in was ivan the terrible again who eventually answered after 5 attempts.He eventually pretended he couldnt hear me to leave the call.Sad little man.

SCAM ALERT!!!! Do not use these scammers.. I REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT USE!!!
I had credit in my betting account and few days later to realise they had placed bets in my account that i hadn't even placed. How on earth they get away with this is beyond belief.
I immediately closed my account because they had access to my bank 🏦 details. Any advice is greatly appreciated to report these con artists.

Zero rate!!!!!!!!! They needed around 45 days to verify my account! Liars! I am going to report them to the Gambling Commission.
They banned me because after just a weeks of using their weekly club offer – bet 50 GBP for a 10 GBP free bet. I just placed my 10 free bet and received an e-mail that i am already excluded from promotions
When you do offer such club you would expect people to take care of it, right? NO MORE mansionbet….

Similar to plenty of others, a terrible experience with a bunch of crooks.
Placed 2 free bets on a football match (goalscorer and a booking, so in no way trying to play the system). Apparently, that's against their rules. Strange that I'm told this after winning and not at the point of placing the bets. Probably wouldn't have been told had the bets lost. Banned from future promotions as an added incentive! And the brass neck to remind me that I could bet on the cup final with them the day after,amongst other sporting events! Still sending me alerts after I've told them to close my account and stick it!
Stay well clear, there are plenty better.

Very easy to deposit and set up an account. NIGHTMARE thereafter, won with cash deposit, withdrew £60 winnings, (not from free bets). Waited almost a week, nothing in the bank, contacted on live chat to find out where it was, they then say they need pictures of ID, a utility bill, picture of my bank card AND A SELFIE OF ME HOLDING MY ID DOCUMENTS. Ridiculous. I also got an email the day after registering to say I was not entitled to any further promotions….WHY?

Cannot believe this company has a gambling license, bunch of crooks.opened an account last week deposited £100 no problem, won £86 so withdrew the £186, like other reviews I have since read, I was asked to send in docs which I did, got no response and no funds sent to me, after numerous phone calls and emails without any clear indication of what was going on I have been told by phone tonight that my account is closed and I will receive an email tomorrow. Just seen that they have returned my £100 but not my winnings, surely this can’t be legal, guess I should have read the reviews 1st!!

I would give a 0 star if i could.
Their website allowed me to place multiple free bets on the same selection, even though deep down hidden away in their terms and conditions this was not allowed, and they knew full well that they would not pay out on any winnings. They took away £75 worth of winnings and the free bets which I was credited. Stay well away from Mansion Bet, nothing but crooks.

Stay well clear .tried ti deposit £10 with debit card to get free bets.3 times tried 3 times failed.so instructed to use paypal do did using exact same debit card through paypal went through so thought happy days.received no free bets so asked why 5 days later received email saying no free bets if using PayPal.nowhere was I told or saw this on promotion.the same card used And wouldn't let me do using card.why would I use paypal really come on.so why no free bets.scamming company .never reply to emails until week or so . Signed up with MansionBet on monday. Got a 100% matched deposit up to £100. Lost that on 2 bets. Then luckily managed to turn £20 in to £1900 due to a lucky golden period on the horses and dogs 👍 was really worried that getting this money would be a struggle or long drawn out process after reading previous bad reviews. But I must say on dealing with the verification process and customer service on quite a few occasions. I honestly can't fault anything about them. The verification has all now passed. And the withdrawal of £1900 is no longer pending and now completed. All in less than 48hours. Will definitely carry on using this site. And from personal experience there are no complaints here!

Awful attitude towards customers.

I have not used any promotional bets, simply won a bet placed with my own money.

Was banned from all promotions and have to send all forms of ID imaginable to withdraw.

Maybe they make money from people who can't be bothered to deal with them and just leave their deposit…

Signed up and took part in their weekly bet club. placing 5 bets at £10 per bet as per the instructions on their website. 1 week later i was banned from all promotions including the weekly bet club. had to contact customer service to get the free bet. I would not use this company again.

Signed up to Mansionbet via their free bets offer and after qualifying was instantly informed that I would no longer be eligible for any future bet bonuses/promotions. I had planned to place several bets with this company but will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had to ask for the free bets to be honoured on live chat. Not a lot of sporting events on due to covid, so I put all of them down on one horse. Not allowed, even though I normally would put all the free bets on the same one. Didn't tell me until weeks later when I tried withdrawing, and after numerous contacts so they took the winnings down from 120 to 40. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! Read the rest of the reviews and the investigation into them to see it's common practice for these crooks.

Signed up to take advantage of the sign up offer. Went well and I was up £65 or so. Decided to withdraw it. Had to wait over 3 weeks sending numerous bits of ID back and forth (happy to take your money though aren’t they?…). Eventually they paid me what I was owed. Later the same day had an email from them saying I was excluded from all future promotions etc! Sour grapes or what? Avoid. There are so many bookies around these days why put up with customer service like this?

Day light robbery.

First they failed to honour there free bet promise. I emailed and a chat with advisor and finally it got sorted.

When I wanted to withdraw my £52 of win, nothing came to my bank account for 4 days. Finally I emailed and got a reply for verification. I send the verification doc and to my surprise I received on £27, the rest amount they have stolen under some stupid excuse. Masionbet should be banned from operating online.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE IN MANY YEARS OPERATING IN UK.

I m going to put a complaint and take it further eventhough it may cost me money and time.

This fraud pratices should be stop to protect people's money.

Emailed support @ mansionbet.com as the replies state on 29 June 2020. Auto-reply says will aim to respond within 48 hours. it is currently 9 July 2020 and no response. I appreciate things can take a little longer at present due to Covid, but not even an acknowledgement give me no faith I'll ever hear from them.

Then I wanted to bet on football my I got an error that Max win allowed is £1!!!!
I talked to support they say you can play in casino instead.
Very terrible site for betting.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any online site I have ever used, I won over £140 on 4 bets which I withdrew immediately and after 5 weeks, calling them on the phone twice and messaging their support team on 9 separate occasions I have only received £60 of my winnings. Avoid this betting site at all costs.

Have withdrew twice, 1st time around 3-4 days went by with the withdrawal saying pending so thought I would live chat, they said they need documents to confirm ID thats’s fine however would of been nice to know? Then waited another 2 days for that to be confirmed. Second withdrawal a week later, pending again after 5 days so live chat to them they said they need to see picture of the bank card, once again would of been nice to know? Sent that off still waiting now for that to be confirmed….

Opened an account and the promised free bets were not credited.Then it took 3WEEKS to get my money back from them.This involved countless emails and long waits for replies.Mansionbet will happily accept deposits but as soon as you attempt to withdraw it is a different matter.Plenty of other online bookies who honour free bets and promos will be getting my money from now on.Please do not open an account with these conmen.

Signed up for an offer for the races. Just a warning for anyone who lives in a flatshare who does this. If one of your flatmates is already signed up you do not get the offer . The first guy lied yesterday and said the offer hadn't come through due to site maintenance. Today's told me it was because someone in my household was already signed up. Glad I didnt put anymore money into my account after the initial bet waiting for the others to come through.oh and then they ask if you have a problem with gambling… erm no which is why I was complaining that I had to spend ten pounds to get the free races when ten pounds usually lasts me a full day if I'm having a day out at the races.

I’ve actually had an account with them for 2 years but I rarely use them. I remember when I opened the account they advised that no identification would need to be provided until £2000 has been deposited/withdrawn. The first withdrawal I did with them then I still had to provide ID and this was a long drawn out process.

Now, I used them for the first time in 2 months and I have attempted a withdrawal of just £20. This has been pending for 7 days now as they’re awaiting further ID. I’ve responded to them THREE times and they’re ignoring me every time. There’s absolutely not a chance they’re getting any further ID off me. Nothing has changed at all on my account since I was first verified so it’s clearly a stalling tactic. Also, other reviews on here advising they sometimes ask for ID two or three times, during separate occasions, which is completely ludicrous.

I have also noticed that they reply to some people’s comments below advising that this is “industry requirements” for ID. They need to have a look at their industry requirements again because they’re talking complete BS. They have to verify you nowadays, due to the GC guidelines, BEFORE you are allowed to deposit. GC even confirm this online and over the telephone.

Basically, if you want to ensure you get your money back and you want to use a fair and trustworthy bookmaker then just go elsewhere. They’re absolutely muppets.

Please don’t also reply and advise me to email you because you haven’t responded to my other emails so why would I expect a response now?

Absolutely disgraceful and very very bad service for customers. First no bonus if you deposit via paypal (New customer) and second is below –

I did £100 on 10 fold accumulator return was £10080 9 won and last game was 2-0 up from half-time (needed over 2.5goals) but they never once gave cash out option like other bookies do like bet365 or skybet. It was suspended from the point I placed bet to the end.

AVOID!!!!! I Heard they won’t pay out anyway, even though had I won, I wouldn’t have been able to withdraw by looking at the reviews overall.

Joined and placed a total of £25 in bets and did not receive the welcome bonus. I won money off my £25 bet and tried to withdraw. They said they needed security documents which i provided them with, they come back and said they needed additional documents and photo of me holding my ID. Again, i provided them with this, i placed further bets to be eligible for the £10 free bet promotion however on the morning i was due to receive my £10 i got an email stating:

Dear customer,

Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet.

It has now been a week and they still haven't processed with my withdrawal.

They are the worst site i have ever used, they wont be around much longer.

I bet on a treble (1 horse, 2 football teams) i was told that because i bet on a treble best odds guarenteed was not available. Then i got told it was but because i bet before 10am it didnt count. Didnt give me free bets from signing up and customer service staff are rude and havent a clue whats going on

Never use them! Won £60 as a new customer using a free bet, they decided to pay £20 and cancel £40 of the winnings without reason or communication. Instead they emailed saying they had cancelled any new promotions but with no explanation as to why they were refusing to allow the withdrawal. I've never used them before and have only used a single other bookies for the past year.

Steer well clear! Shocking company I did the welcome offer and won 187 pounds but they refused to pay the full amount, deducting 110 as I had 3 of the £5 free bets on the same horse at Ascot!! Buried deep in the t&c well out of view it says only 1 selection per free bet. Then restricted me from all future promos after challenging them re the issue. Untrustworthy do not use!
