Awful, have taken my money and after a win have the withdrawal "pending". Have contacted live chat 3 times over 3 days, different excuse each time. Still waiting. I have strong suspicions they are trying to fob me off. Won't give up though,all chats screenshoted, and my next move will have to be Resover. But for anyone else seriously, A V O I D ! EDIT: All my Docs have been sent off for over 4 days now and holy wooooo have just read all the other reviews! As many others have commented. The 5 star reviews are worrying - Notice how all of them have no thumbs up (helpful) and rave about the fast payouts. The whole thing is D O D G Y !

Absolute joke of a company. Advertising all over internet for new customers deposit £10 get 4x free bets. I deposited £20 via Pay Pal . Later , another £20 by card. No free bets. When I contacted firm , they told because first deposit was by Pay Pal and not card, I was ineligible for free bets. Nothing they can do about it. Absolutely no reason why except in t's and C's. Why do they let new customers deposit via PP? Is this a scam ,? Avoid this firm at all costs.

Be very careful signing up with any offers. My experience was simply that I didn't go through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and therefore didn't qualify for the offer I thought I was getting. It's not illegal, but it doesn't make me want to do any more business with them. Buyer beware.

Only been with mansion for 10 days. And then I get an email saying no more promotions and no more free bets so dont opt in. I've hardly used any promos they had barring the opening offer. If this is the way they treat new customers then dont become one. Try better bookmakers out there. Mansion clearly dont care about their customers.

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews but it’s Trustpilot and even bet365 only has 1.6 rating. I’ve been with Mansionbet for a while but only started depositing decent amounts recently while I haven’t had much look they offer plenty of sports and in play market with good prices. The best thing about them is the free bets they offer for loyalty which is great since I only start depositing over a week ago. I would recommend

Signed up with this site because they offered paypal as a deposit method, wasn't interested in bonus's anyway. They accepted a small deposit and everything seemed fine until i attempted to withdrawl my winnings. Only a very small amount, 5 days later my withdrawl still hadn't been processed, so checked to see if i'd recieved any mail from them, nothing, so i contacted them via live chat and was told to complete the kyc check (something that in the sign up was said wouldn't be checked until i'd withdrawn 2k, now i have no issue in providing kyc information (a resonable level of) when requested, but it wasn't requested until i forced the issue by contacting them. It has now been 12 days since i sent my kyc info, they didn't even acknowledge this until 4 days after i submitted them. In which i recieved an email containing the following sentence. "Thank you for sending us your documents, your case is currently being reviewed by the relevant department." I object to the use of the word "case" for a start, the only case that needs investigating is why you don't pay out in a resonable amount of time. Truly shocking bookies. The worst I have been with. Saw an advert to sign up with their new customer offer, placing £10 bet to receive a number of free bets. Upon accidentally placing £9 at first, they refused to void the bet despite most bookies having no problem voiding. I acknowledge this was my fault anyway. After depositing more money, I realised you can only place bets of £1, £2, £3, £5, £10 etc. No In-betweens. You cannot place £4, £3.50, £4.95 etc as most bookies allow. You also cannot withdraw anything less than multiples of £5. Completely inferior to other bookies. You cannot get live match updates, you cannot stream any matches, you cannot see clearly any in play stats or results of your bet. The layout of this app regarding in plays is ridiculous and inferior to anything else. The nearly ten bets I placed, 0 of them offered a cash out at any point during the game. After hours of monitoring these games not one second could I cash out anything. The live chat team was rude and condescending and I look forward to wasting my money (haha) elsewhere. Worst betting app/company I have ever used.

I'm seriously impressed with the enhanced customer relations experience with MansionBet. There is no doubt that this company is starting to rival even the legendary customer service of Fitzdares, as the gold standard of online bookmakers. Shay, in charge of customer relations at MansionBet has obviously brought this huge improvement from what existed previously, and the result is quick pay out of winnings, the laying of a decent wager without fuss, and a wide range of sports markets. This is a high compliment when the general experience punters have of high street online operators is poor in the extreme. Bravo MansionBet!

I was verified a number of times over 6 months kept sending new documenents. Lately they went another step ahead and wanted me to confirm the source of income. Which I did I send them my payslips and as you can guess they wanted more...I have sent them my business statements and a proof of running a business and guess what..They say send us more..?! Now they want statements from all my bank accounts...Jokes..! Next time you know they’ll want to know your shoe size and social media accounts. I am not having this unless applying for a mortgage! That info can be shared, sold, everyting you can imagine. Avoid at all cost!

Always a very welcoming bookie. Always on the mark and very competitive on the odds front. My only drawback is the cash-out mechanic. It doesn’t work. Not even an hour ago I had an accumulator set to come in with one match left. I tried to cash out for a handsome return and was met with ‘REJECTED’ for the five minutes I spent trying. When the result stopped going my way it came back but wouldn’t even let me cash-out for some 8p. If cash-out is important to you it may be worth taking this sort of thing into account. This is the third and final time this has happened to me.

Interesting they don’t ask for these while your losing money... Part of the treble bet finished as WON, but for some reason they never got the information from the providers so have not settled the bet. Shared multiple sources of confirmation on result, but the refuse to settle or even speak to the providers to get the result of the match confirmed. One to avoid at all costs.

I opened an account with mansionbet yesterday and the account was automatically verified so I proceeded with depositing through my paypal account and played around with a few different bets. Luckily I won a couple of hundred pound but now mansionbet had restricted my access and are refusing to payout my winnings, stating that I need to call them to discuss my account over the phone. They are scam artists. They willingly take your deposits and when it comes to payout they restrict access and put obstacles in place to avoid paying out.

Bet365 allow you to pick out 4 build your bets and add different single markets in one whole acca this site doesnt plus theres not much markets to bet on when comes to sport even due to corona ye need to get with times and maybe compare between sites and what your doing wrong

I used the same info when up account. They let me play without any protection. I deposited and lost €950. I then contacted customer service to let them know of their error. They shut it down straight away. Will I get my money back ?

Clearly something serious has happened and I’m deeply concerned about my balance and withdrawing it should the site ever go live again. If a bank withheld your money for 4 days and stopped you taking your own money there’s be a huge outcry and even bigger negative publicity but as ever gambler aren’t seen as people just cash cows.

Sites been down 4 days I made a withdrawal Friday and still not received it, yet when I ring customer services they can’t even tell me if it’s been processed and state it could be days before the sites working....joke!!

I’ve been a Mansionbet customer for some time now and have my own account manager. I really feel let down by the company right now. The site went down just about the time I had a 4 fold winning bet meaning I couldn’t access my winnings. I’ve contacted my account manager and customer services on Twitter and by phone. I’ve been hung up on before I even got a chance to speak. I just want some clarity and truth about what’s going on. Have you gone into liquidation. Are you looking for a new 3rd party IT company ( I know I would ). 4+ days without service is only acceptable if we the loyal customers are being kept in the loop. Instead, like mushrooms we are being fed s*** and kept in the dark ! Cmon Mansionbet. Deliver please. Prove me wrong. Apart from that I would’ve said I’m happy with the site although the mobile app is pretty poor and the desktop site not much better. Suffers from lots of glitches and lag. The account manager is the the saving grace here. Fair with free bets etc.

I generally bet on horse racing and many bookmakers now restrict you totally within weeks some even just days. I've had my account with them for some time now and I've found they are ok and will take a bet of £25 each way with generally no problem-some restriction on bigger prices. They offer best odds guaranteed and have other daily offers. One of the better bookmakers out there these days and I would recommend.

i really enjoy using this site for some harmless betting. the odds are always good and when things go wrong the staff (Nick R) always on chat to help and resolve issues whee they can.

Shocking bookmaker. I Won on a lucky 15 and whilst they say they offer best odds guaranteed, Lucky 15's are a system bet and not included apparently. All 4 of my horses prices drifted meaning I should of had an extra £300 ish but because they buried this rule in there terms and conditions I got the original prices!! AVOID!!!!! Stick to the better known bookies who actually pay best odds guaranteed on most bets! Lucky 15 is a popular bet type for god sake!
