opened an account recently and used my partners email as im locked out of my own which raised suspision i expect.
But i provided all the neccesary documents after being allowed to deposit several times and make a profit.
I was then asked to hold my ID up to my face which i did and even make a phone call to verify further security measures.
I havent heard anything back in 3 days now im thinking this is because i have money in my account that they dont want me to withdraw?
never had this problem with other sites so i would suggest AVOID!

The 5 star reviews must be made up, terrible company. Do not understand the concept of customer service at all, always unhelpful on the phone and email, have a policy where the mangers do not come to the phone, today couldn't deposit they said management decided to do it my account was told was to verify my details confirmed several times by email and called them still wasnt put back to normal so emailed the to close the account and they said was done – most companies try to retain customers by appeasing them.
Stay away poor service, do not honour offers, cashout rarely works, live chat never works not that they would help anyway

Restricted to one bet per race, wasn't even allowed to place two ten pound bets on same horse, they only allow you to bet if you're a loser

I really do question the good 5 star feed back.. asked for my verification in PDF I send that they then say no we cant accept pdf so send picture taken from my phone to be told they don't accept that either.. have used many gaming sites and NOT 1 has been so problematic. ( SO NOT NEW TO HAVING TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNTS). never had any issues verification of documents so now sitting wondering if I have been scammed

Hi,

I urge people NOT to sign up with this company. Held onto funds for several weeks despite my deposits doubling what im trying to withdraw, and uploading verification.

Asked for verification on withdrawal (against the rules of the equally inept and probably more corrupt gambling commission), yet still allow me to gamble and place bets. Passports, driving licence etc have been supplied and heard nothing.

Absolutely terrible company they send you an offer and they never work then you have to battle live chat and there service is the worst you will ever experience I got through to Savin M and he was useless and in the end what he said I had to do I didn’t have to do and it took 25 mins for the relevant dept to respond to him and get it sorted avoid at all costs.

Join mansionbet from an advert on instagram that had the promo bet 10 get 30 on freebets. Didn t receive my freebets. I've send one email with the link that I use to login and printscreens but they are not interested in my problem. I have accounts on almost every betting company in UK and never had this problem. Really weird and really bad experience.

Customer service staff telling me different things.
I asked if it was possible to self exclude from casino on live chat as this is possible with other bookmakers and 20 minutes later my account is restricted pending investigation. After I had said on numerous occasions I don’t have a gambling issue and if it isn’t possible, I want to keep my account open.

Before the closure I had placed football bets. Stakes £150 – Total get back 440, I was assured by customer services all placed bets would be settled and my I could make withdrawals. I was told I would be contacted over the weekend. Monday morning nothing. 2nd call to customer services, they tell me I can’t withdraw the balance on my account and I also can’t speak to a manger.

During the week and even on Friday when I lost money did I ring up moaning about saying I want my money back ……. No. Things should be fair.

Constantly having to send documentation to verify account ,am awaiting a £150 withdrawal ,wondered why money hadn't appeared in my pay Pal account after 3 days ,so contacted mansion bet and was told to photo my debit card and send to them ,I find this incredibly bizzar ,i have never had this with any other on line betting sites ,make me wonder if I ever get a big win will I get paid out all a bit worrying thinking of just giving up ,I mean what's the point in handing over all this money and getting nothing in return who's the mug here none other than me I think .

Tried to open an account only to be locked out before I could get into it. I had to contact them to find out what was wrong. Sent them required ID but was then told by another email that I would be excluded from bonuses and promotions – that's before I've even logged in never mind placed a bet! Next thing they want is a photo of me holding up my ID. Dread to think what it is like to make a withdrawal.

Total unprofessional team, my advice don't trust them.
Deposit £50-won 1200 , withdrawed money asked for verification ( when you deposit never asking for verification ) , send 10 times ID and they closed my account without any reasonable argument .

I have to say I was quite enjoying using this site until my recent experiences over the last few days. Firstly while playing blackjack on live casino I had a hand of 20 where I clear my clicked stand however I was dealt a card (clearly nobody would take a card on 20).
Then I had a balance in my account and without even placing a bet it disappeared.
When i raised this with them they advised me my balance was showing as a minus and there was a glitch that had occurred at their end.
3 days later and still not resolved. Scary you can have a balance which can turn to zero for no reason and they put it down to a glitch.
It's certainly made me think twice about how I use in future

Not a bad site with decent odds.
I will say the football betting needs some work as you have to manually go in to each fixture to do your bet. Would be so much easier if there were coupons for over 2.5 goals or over 0.5 first half goals. Makes it a bit of a chore at times putting a bet on
