Made a mistake with a bet doing 3 doubles instead of 1 treble – called them to ask if they could kindly cancel it but told NO and I should be more careful next time.
Found the customer service team rude and abrupt.
Then the suspend my account and I have emailed in all my documents and still not heard back.
I have deposited around £200 and had a balance of £100 and open bets so I will not be letting this go at all.
I hope they can turn this around as I quite like the site and understand there will be some issues with service from time to time.

Used for about 2 weeks , no problem first of all then asked me to validate identity etc, did that then Had an email to say that all was received and ok , to then get an email asking to see how much I earn a year and month which I found a little strange so decided to not use anymore , also site is very hard to use especially placing football bets it’s very difficult as they don’t have coupons

Website can be a little hard to navigate and I sometimes have to chase free bets. They do have good offers though and the live chat operators have always been helpful.

Really strange rule regarding the free bet saying it must be paid via bank card and not PayPal. Not a fan of how you select you stake for each bet. Other thank that it's ok but not the best website I've ever used

I cant fault Mansion Bet. There bonus was as described the deposit and withdrawl both smooth and quick transactions.

Within three months I’ve gone from recommending Mansion Bet and praising their fast withdrawal period to writing a one star review. Today I deposited an amount, no problem but to withdraw I’m required to provide this, that and tother. Surely the principle should be enforced if necessary before a transaction is made. Also customer service was appalling, even closed my account without permission. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?

Overall the website seems fine however they take ages to withdraw to money. Still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed and it's been 3 days. Not good

Good site. Small issue with withdrawing but it was for my own protection as I'd switched payment methods so good to see that the security dept is on the ball. An explanation from my end and I'm sure some checks at their end and it was processed after 48hrs so all good.

Managed to sign up and bet even though I used details that registered with Gamstop.

They ask for proof via screen shots. I've sent these 4 times now and they just sent robotic responses asking for proof again.

Probably shouldn't be saying this but if your registered with Gamstop and you want to play… This site is for you.

I cannot sign up to any of the other companies such as SkyBet, Coral, Bet365, Ladbrokes, William Hill and even the smaller ones.

Have put in a complaint with the Gambling Commission.

Also, the casino/Vegas is baaad. I was spinning at 1£ per spin and highest bonus win was £38.. I'd won way more than that on other sites using 40p a spin before my ban.

It took nearly a fortnight to get paid £200 winnings and then £60 paid into pay Pal without consulting me ,when I asked why ,I was told it was to stop money laundering ,so bizarre ,never experienced anything like this before .
Made me feel like some kind of gangster very very strange indeed .just in process of withdrawing another amount will see how long this takes ,never had any trouble with other sites .update just checked Pay Pal account and £250 out of £400 winnings have been paid into Pay Pal ,this is bonkers.
