In response to my "Beware the Free Bet Offer" Mansion Bet stated stated "We would like to review the case further, however we are unable to locate your account and therefore would suggest you contact us via customer support"

I contacted support and received an automated message giving me the reference number SR00629950 and stating they hoped to respond within 24 hours. Despite a reminder no response a week later.

I'll be emailing CEO Karel Manasco to put him on notice of how his firm operates.

BTW this review was deleted after mansionbet complained about it. They will work hard to get bad reviews down and work harder to screw you over…but want a reply to your email? Yeah wait two weeks for that. 1 person on staff for live support most of the time. Absolute clown show.

I opened a new account with Mansionbet bet on Tuesday 3rd August, initially I was asked for proof of ID and address this I provided by way of passport and utility bill .
I made an initial deposit of £40 which was matched with a 100% bonus offer .
After losing my initial stake of £40 I proceeded to use bonus funds which had to be reused 20 times of £40 bonus (£800) I managed to win and made 3 withdrawals of £200 , £40 and £40 on Wednesday 4th August and funds were in my account on the morning of Thursday 5th August .
Around lunchtime on the 5th August I deposited £108 back into account and had a bet of £13 leaving a balance of £95.01 I then tried to access my account and it came up “ access denied contact customer service “
This I’ve done and was told account had gone for a review this I find ludicrous as account was only opened 2 days previous.
I managed to get through to customer service in Gibraltar which was a complete waste of time ! This was on Thursday and Friday and was told awaiting decision on review.
I’ve told customer service I’m not interested in review and I just want my balance £95.01 transferred back to my card they say there’s nothing they can do until review and that review team has gone home for the weekend.
This is an absolute joke I most definitely won’t be using Mansionbet again and would strongly advise anyone looking to open an account with them to look elsewhere.
I await my funds !

So Mansion bet in their own words are admitting to all these lost accounts???!
I shall stay clear from now on.

Putting blame in the pandemic due to short staff when anyone from this company can work from home. That’s how ridiculous they excuses go to verify documents that have been sent over a month ago and are still to be verified.

I have played and registered with a number of gaming sites however, I must admit that my experience with Mansion bet up to now has been 1st class.

The bonus scheme seems to reward regular users and seem to value your custom.

Only slight complaint is that it's taken over a week to go through a verification process which has been a bit frustrating.

I opened an account During the Euro's and deposit £20. I made a £10 bet on Croatia to beat Czech that lost. However, I was given a free £10 as part of the promotion offer. This meant I had a balance of £20 again (half of which was the free bet money).
I put £20 on England v Czech under 2.5 goals at 10/11 which won.
I received an email from Mansion Bet saying that following a routine review of my account they had revoked my eligibility to participate in promotions. They then took away half of my winning on the under 2.5 goals bet. The bets outline above were the only bets I had made at the time.

This is extraordinary behaviour, corrupt at worst – incompetence at best. I am currently in correspondence with my local MP about the Gambling Act review.
Luring in punters with offers of free bets which are then not honoured is an example of behaviour that I will be outlining. My view is that this sort of behaviour should result in firms losing their license.

This site has treated me like scum!!! I liked placing some fun small bets. They just closed my account and treated me with the worse response ever. Made me feel so uncomfortable with their emails. Don’t open an account. Go with betfair or betfred.
Plus I’ve heard this site is going into liquidation soon.

Sent my documents to verify my account. Was given a time frame of 72 hours to review them. It’s been 3 weeks and only received emails with excuses as apparently they are overloaded with work??

If you accept that you are really a mug punter and you further accept that you have not got any chance of making money through gambling then this is surely the site for you! They will treat you well, answer your questions pleasantly and give you good service and promotions.
However, if you are hoping to win even small amounts from them over a period of time then go and have a bet with one of the betting exchanges. These guys will look at even the smallest amount of winning streaks (which is all I managed!) as a direct insult to them and immediately either restrict your amounts are tell you to get lost altogether.

I make a lot of negative reviews on casino sites, I don't seek out to but I feel I should share my negative experience so others can be aware of any issues they may face if they were to open an account with the perticular company I'm reviewing.
MansionBet is the exception.

They have a very good range of options for sports betting. I mainly bet on football and MMA and this site is the only one that I have found that has the most betting options for MMA.
The withdrawal times are fast, often within 24 hours but if not, never more than 48 hours.
There are no fees that you need to pay when depositing or withdrawing which is fantastic as it seems more and more sites requite you to pay these fees yourself.

There are a few reasons why my rating isn't 5 stars.
They only have a mid-range amount of slots, if you are looking to play new releases from your favourite providers you likely won't find them here.
A dark mode would be welcome for the night owl gamblers out there.
And there seems to be an issue with the email contact system. I've tried multiple times to email them during their work hours and I get an email back with delivery status notification failure but if I email them out of their office hours it seems to be fine.
One other thing I could recommend is allowing users to limit their access to specific areas of the site if they wish.
I know many players who cash in a nice sports bet and instead of withdrawing it start away they might take it to roulette or blackjack and before they know it the balance is gone. It doesn't necessarily mean they have a gambling problem but an option to black sports/casino/slots/live casino individually would be welcome amongst some players I'm sure.

Normally these gripes would be enough to give a negative review but my experience with them has been smooth sailing and enjoyable and ultimately hassle-free which is what you want from a casino.
You're putting your money on the line, things can get frustrating, you don't want to having to do this and that.
Very happy with this site.

As a user of many sites, Mansion is an interesting one for me. I’ve been a member for a long time but am somewhat baffled that I’ve seen little to no improvement in their servers or general look of the site. I think the sport side is good however the casino side is weak. The amount of times you get an unexpected error has occurred mid slot is unreal. There are so many quick wins that mansion bet could do that would instantly improve the site. Does anyone know if they have focus groups with their customers or have real life customer ‘testers’. I even approached someone on LinkedIn that worked there asking them to please listen to the improvements I had in mind that would bring them up to speed with the big boys.

Anyway, good site but let’s see some improvements! Dixeyy

Abysmal experience. Come across as cheats. Won on jackpot giant then server crashed. Game did not resume so lost my winnings as game did not reset. Couldn't get hold of any one on chat, just a stupid bot. By the time I did manage to reach live chat, they all gone home.

Seems like this company has fake positive reviews and complains to trustpilot to get negative reviews taken down. Not surprised given my experiences with them.

What this company does is legit…
What this company does is legit criminal. In future years this will simply not be legal or allowed and hopefully companies that have acted this way in the past can be sued for what they purposely do to people.

I can not emphasize enough to people to avoid this company and anything to do with this company. Honestly, do not EVER waste your time or energy with them.

Tried to close my account and make withdrawal of funds. I'm a problem gambler so sent a email no response. End up cancelling my withdrawal and losing my withdrawal. MansionBet does not care about problem gamblers or else they would make it that problem gamblers can close or self exclude automatically on their website.
All they care about is profits.

This company allows people to bet with other peoples cards. They do not at all verify properly to deposit but I'm sure they make it difficult as hell to withdraw.

To this day they have done everything possible to avoid taking any responsbility or refund the money. There is over £800 of money taken from a card still sitting in the account that they just ignore emails and calls for in the hope they'll just be able to keep the money.

It's actually criminal that really awful companies that are not setup correctly can be regulated outside of the UK and then have UK customers that they screw over. Government really needs to fix up and stop allowing these badly run companies to exist in the UK. They are essentially stealing money from UK citizens. Their staff might be ok lower down but the higher up people are absolutely terrible and the whole company therefore will be run poorly.

All I can do is advise everybody to stay as far away from them as possible.

I have been so loyal to this company over the years to be treated like a fool. They asked for my bank statements and payslips, which i kindly agreed to and sent them asap. My complaint is simple everyday they tell me to wait another 24Hrs. Well its been over 5 weeks and they still haven't even looked at my ID. I feel so upset and let down with this site and company. I really wouldn't advice anyone to open an account with them.

They also turned off my free bets and my loyalty every Monday promo. Its just a wrong way to treat a customer who uses the account very well for fun.

Super slow withdrawals.

Deposited a relatively large sum and returned x6 that amount a week later.

Now advised it will take 4-5 days not to arrive into my bank but for the withdrawal to be authorised at there end, then no doubt another 3-5 working days.

Site is ok with decent enough markets but I can use Bet365 or Sky with next day withdrawals so why would I use this site again?

One of the best 2 firms I have used over the last few years (up there with Novibet) based on Sports betting. I have opened and used over 20 in that time.

Even when they restricted me on a particular sport for winning consistently on it, I was still allowed to bet on every other sport and on live in running events.

You can blame one firm for restricting you for winning as they all do it unfortunately. Your only allowed to win consistently on any sport on the exchanges as you pay them in commission. It rubbish but that's the way this industry is.

In terms of positivity about Mansionbet however, I used to receive a £50 for free. (added to my account, not as a free bet. £50 that I could withdraw straight away if I wanted to) This happened a good 5-6 times every Monday lunchtime, even whilst I was winning.

What stood out for me the most however, I placed a bet at an incorrect price. The price should not have been greater than 2/1 but the odds I got was around 10/1. I only had £10 on it. But 99% of firms would wait for that bet to win and then void it or void it straightaway. Mansionbet let me have the bet at that price and I respect that a lot as they accepted they made a mistake and for a small stake they would let it stand.

When I return to betting in the new football season there's only 2 betting firms I will use in terms of Fixed odds. Mansionbet and Novibet.

The moment you start winning, you'll be put on naughty list. Promotions will be taken away.

I signed up about couple of months back and gave them a try. The website wasn't anything remarkable. So, beyond doing the initial promotion I didn't find any motivation to continue given other websites run much better promotions for your bets. Then they send me an email with subject "No deposit? No problem. Here’s a Free Bet", offering a 5 free bet. I didn't even use it, for their website or offers aren't anything remarkable.

Around a week back I thought I'd give them a shot and try their bet-club since I bet a lot with other bookies. A 10 free bet for 5×10 bet looked like a good deal. As luck would have it, I won 5 out of 5. Today I get an email with message

"Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet."

Yeah right! They want you as long as you lose. If you get any lucky, you are out. Try Coral, Ladbrokes, or even Party Poker .. their customer service is fantastic, and if you win, as you sometimes do, you are not shown the door.

The sign up offer borders on the outrageous. Up to £100 matched first deposit…ok that's good. 10X wagering on the bonus…ok understandable, tad high but still ok.

If you win any money with your real cash (no bonus involved) you can't withdraw it and keep your bonus…not ok

Furthermore you can't bet with just your bonus money, you have to. Bet away your real money first to then access the bonus funds…again really not ok

When you combine the 2 you realise they've created a trap. Shameful.

Companies that do this are moronic, the aim of a good sign up offer is to get people on your site betting and enjoying the experience you have created…if you take a steaming s**t on them whilst this is going on, guess what? They'll do what I did, take their money close their accounts and go somewhere else! My advice : 888 sport. Though there are many out there better than MansionBet and they've achieved it by not mugging their customers off.

If there is a problem like most people I go straight to live chat. Don't ever expect to get on live chat with Mansionbet. I did once but only once, Ongoing problem is not getting my loyalty bonus. Overall I would advise to not bet with them if you want the weekly bonus as it is hit and miss, well for me anyway. I haven't received my loyalty bonus yet again. I have 10 accounts and have now paired it down to only five that I will actually use because they pay your withdrawals properly and pay your weekly bonus on time. Paddy Power, Skybet, Ladbrokes, VBet and BetVictor. Just advice from and old boy.

False and misleading advertising. Offered to give bonus if a bet was placed on Euro game on England. It turns out that bet only works if odds are 2.0 or higher and guess where there currents odds are 1.4. Outright scam

Opened an account last month. Been bit skint so just did the promos.they restricted and Taken promos from me as I guess I havnt lost enough quickly enough for there liking. Some good free bets on offer but I guess these are for the biggest losers on the site to keep punters happy. Will not be playing with them if there quickly going to restrict me when I've only deposited once to test the software

I'm really interested to know what logical reasoning skills mansionbet were using when they decided to revoke my eligibility to participate in offers due to me participating in their loyalty club promotion. There is something really quite ironic about receiving an email thanking me for my loyalty followed by another 2 hours later telling me I'm now exempt from promotions. Here's an idea, don't have a loyalty club if you don't actually want people to use it. If this is how you treat your customers, you've just lost one. I would encourage people to place their bets elsewhere. There are other companies who actually do reward customer loyalty.
