THEY DO THIS TO MISLEAD PEOPLE AND COMPLAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WILL RESOLVE IT BUT NEVER DO. THEIR AGENTS DONT KNOW A THING… THEY REALLY DONT, EVEN THOUGH YU COMPLAIN AND YOUR ASKED TO REACHH OUT TO LIVE CHAT. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC

i signed up with mansionbet a week ago for a bit fun on the euros football, i placed 4 bets then they kindly sent me an email telling me i couldnt participate in any of there offers and got no reason when i asked them why on live chat!
the only offer i have taken from them is the free bet when i signed up, i find this very hard to swallow….goodbye

It's not a coincidence that there 'happens' to be an issue with withdrawals for so many customers.

They would not allow me to withdraw my balance (£10 stake and £30 winnings) until I provided an image of my debit card.
Even then they still wouldn't permit me to withdraw the funds, using the same method I used for depositing.

The verification team fail to respond to my emails, aside from automated messages.

The live chat avoided answering my questions and instead recycled copy and paste scripts.
Tried to palm me off on another department that 'would be in contact' but never did.
One live chat personnel 'George' closed the chat on me twice after refusing to answer when I would hear back about my verification. (It had been 6 days by then)

Mansionbet are such dodgy scammers!!
Do not waste your time or money.
There are plenty of bookies out there that are genuine.

What are the odds that they'll copy and paste a response below saying that they cannot find my account and that I can contact the support team via email? (It doesn't matter, they won't payout).

I joined at the same time as a friend, placed a £10 bet on the football as the offer was for a further 2 free £10 bets. I thought it would be a bit of fun while watching the Euros but it's turned into a bit of a pain!
After my first bet, I was emailed asking to upload my id documents before I could deposit further funds (or receive my free bets presumably)
I uploaded all my documentation more than a week ago and it is still not verified. I had an email yesterday reminding me to upload docs so I replied that I have done it and they are there in my account. I also emailed after uploading last week and the automated reply said I would get a response within 24 hours. Nothing! No response! No message to let me know if there is any problems with the documents and still no free bets! I think the offer was bogus to get people to join and I bet most people give up before they get their free bets!
Load of rubbish! AVOID!

I find this app really good although sometimes a bit laggy/glitchy! Have never had a problem with placing bets and quickly receiving my money back. The only thing I would potentially add is odds for a team to win the second half, as I looked for that once and I could not find it! Other than that, I’ve enjoyed my time here

I’ve been with Mansionbet a good few years now. Very good customer service and I have my own VIP Manger Shay who always looks after me with gifts and free bets. All the guys in customer services are great and a special mention to Dan who is a top guy. All in all would recommend for sports betting and casino etc.

I have had my account a while. made a deposit of £5k on my Santander debit card – played Blackjack and then wanted to w/d £14k. No bonuses were asked for. This is where the problems start. My account is fully verified and I have sent photos of my debit card front and back and and driving licence front and back and bank stmt for address. (I have been around a while and know why they do this) They process £5k as a refund to card and then say they cannot process the £9k as in quotes – my bank (Santander) will not allow it. I have in writing from webchat that my Santander 123 select account will not limit payments into my account! (I used to work for a bank and know this is not true!!) Then speak to another customer services agent and they suggest to add another card and then w/d and send them photos. Oh but they have not reversed the w/d so my live balance is zero and my w/d for £9k is still pending. Plus you wait for 30 min to get to an adviser. I have been trying this firm for a few weeks. Forget playing slots please, anyone knows your up against it when the games playing fairly, but after too many hours and false optimism I can clearly tell you their payout percentage is minuscule, after over a thousand spins on one game, I finally triggered the bonus and won 96 pence. And after playing the same games with other bookies for along time I can say with conviction there games are a goldmine for them, a headache for us! Not writing this for a pre- scripted explanation from them but just to stop others who expect fair play.
As for there sports book, when John Rahm had to withdraw from the memorial golf tournament 6 shots clear after 72 holes with a positive covid test most other bookies payed out as a winning bet, mansionbet did not even return stakes. My friend had Christian Ericsson to score anytime, we know what a awful thing happened to him. They declared his bet as a loss. As punter friendly as a hungry crocodile. I have now closed account as that is the only way we can hurt greedy bookies, give them no dosh. Please don’t reply mansion bet!!! Save it and count your money..

I opened an account with mansion bet while on holiday I withdrew 1500 from my winnings 5 days ago I rung them today to be told they need quite a few documents before they can pay me all the while they were accepting my bets with a lot of hastle I have sent them what I could they are now saying it Will take 48 hours to even look at what I have sent them and they will come back to me if they were not happy because they hadn't received the documents they required Surely they should not accept my bets I would not reccomend using this company they are only interested in your money not paying you back I have now had to instruct lawyers to get my money at great expense this is meant to be fun I will keep you updated with my experience

I signed up for a new account as I was promised free bonus bets. I deposited via Paypal that was listed with debit cards. Nothing wrong with that you might say. But buried away in the small print that nobody reads anyway. A Paypal debit into account means no bonus. A simple warning and I would have used my debit card but as I had money just sitting in my Paypal account I thought would use it. So as far as I am concerned this is not a way to attract new business. I will not be using Mansion bet. So be warned.

Dodgy site. Even hahe to download there app via and apk on there website. But the worst bit is theyre system, servers are outdated and slow. Takes an age to uplaod and freezes and pauses! Pathetic! They take your money straight away, take forever to upload the screen and take up to 5 days to pay out! Now thats is unfair and shouldnt be aloud! Was only a new customer for a few hours and it made me sick to be on the site!

The worst gaming website there is. Most of their slot machines run into errors, some are even so outdated they shouldn't even be used on their website. Because some of the features just do not work. But don't worry, their customer service is also on par with their games, terrible. What a joke of a site, as many others have said. New account took weeks to get free bets and email replied too. Keeps logging me out not there fault must be my connection, so why so many other customers complaining. Couple win bets only small £100 and account restricted. Went on live chat to say account no good with restrictions on so they closed my account and cut off chat, cheeky. If you want somewhere for £5 on the National or Derby these may well be your site, easy deposit and withdrawals but not for serious punters.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOT!! very poor customer service. My withdrawal is still missing despite me providing my bank statements to prove that it did not arrive into my bank account they are still refusing to investigate or trace the payment from there side and keep telling me to contact my bank. After speaking me to my bank I been told that it's the responsibility of the beneficiary bank to trace the payment however they are refusing to trace this payment. I feel like i have been robbed they keep telling me it's processed from there side but I haven't received my money. It's not even about the amount it's about the principals. Been vip with the majority of online bookmakers and mansion bet is by far the best!!!!! Direct whats app communication with pablo(vip account manager) and nothing is ever too much trouble for him to sort out. He’s Quick and Thorough with everything i have asked of him. During co id obviously been no hospitality events to attend but that hasn’t stopped mansion bets generosity from luxury hampers to free just eat vouchers. I have now requested multiple four figure withdrawals at Mansionbet and never run into an issue. The money always hit my bank account one day after the withdrawal request was processed. The processing time itself usually takes a day or two. Anyone complaining about verifying their account – the first thing I do when opening an account at a bookmaker, is to upload my documents and only once fully verified, I deposit money. I was searching for a new bookmaker (SbTech) who you can trust for over 2 years as I was playing at ComeOn! for over 7 years – they had closed down for the UK market in 2019 – and Im glad I have registered an account with Mansionbet. Great customer service and an excellent loyalty bonus every week.

I am astonished so much people have went through the same thing as I have just shows the site is a complete scam , the site and all the little muppet hosts that think there the boy need sorted out,

Many times I have placed bets some large and some small and the bets have been beat before I even place them wrong scores showed , wrong person winning showed but when I query it they say sorry unless you can show prof we can’t pay you out so every time I placed a bet I take a screen shot of everything, next time I show prof and get told oh sorry all bets stand , regrettably I keep going back until the time I get a winning bet £1076 returns from table tennis to not be paid out , only this time I’m told sorry this bet was showed the wrong score so it’s been void !!!!!!! So when I lose the score stand but when I win it doesn’t,
I showed screen shots at the time the bet showed the correct score,

I felt so ashamed and embarrassed I let them treat me this way that I thought about taking my own life I have now seeked help to stop betting

I spoke to someone called Dan who everyone seems to think is amazing but he was horrible he almost pushed me over the edge , he thinks he’s big sitting behind a computer ripping ladies off him and his Little pusi cat meow ur a sad little boy who rips people off and it won’t be forgotten unless things change word of advice I would reconsider paying my bet out,

So joined up a while back but actually played casino games recently.
I won on there and a football bet so withdrew winnings on wed 19th. Overall my whole experience has been really good and easy. I am still waiting for my withdrawal however and have sent documents over which seem to take a long time to verify. I will keep this open to make people aware of how long it actually takes me to receive my funds. At the moment it’s still just showing as pending. I have spoken to them as really worried after reading the reviews and have been told there take 3 business days to review so let’s see what happens next.

Disappointing Experience!

Although winning £800 from MansionBet since joining 2 1/2 weeks ago overall it's been a disappointing experience.

1) Racing UK stream doesn't work on any platform in that time so can't watch most races. (Joined another bookmaker and worked straight away!)

2) The markets for Golf are limited and poor. Not to offer 3 ball betting in standard tournaments sums it up.

3) E mailed customer services 2 weeks ago and still no reply.

4) No response on Live Chat numerous times to the point of giving up.

5) No bonus offered on Lucky 15 / 31 like every other bookmaker.

6) App is no where to be seen on Google play, apparently just goes missing….

7) Website is dull and not free flowing like other leading sites, Bet365, William Hill, Ladbroke etc.

8) Best odds doesn't apply on selections the night / day before.

9) Constantly logs out even when depositing and set at 60 minutes.

10) Withdrawing although at first was the next day is now 3 / 4 days to receive.

Eventually lost patience and closed the account today!
