Requested a withdrawal on January 17th. Withdrawal ‘processed’ on January 18th. Money still not in my account and apparently it’s my banks fault. Never had this issue with any other casino. Support staff useless and unable to give a straight answer. Where is my money ?

Honestly dan literally one of the best agents I have seen on any casino . I wouldn’t let this agent go . Unfortunately I did see a few colleagues on mansionbet who did not provide good sutoner service I would of got better at my local Tesco with some but with him I’m grateful for to have and is what keeps me coming legit if he was not working I actually don’t deposit

Awful betting service!! As long ago as December 20th I tried to withdraw money from my account but to no avail, I contacted them via chat, email, Facebook and Twitter over the last few weeks but not a single reply!!! Worst case of customer service I've ever encountered!!! They owe me a lot of money and I cannot withdraw it!! Next step solicitors. STAY AWAY!! Betting should be fun not stressful like these clowns!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst betting site – terrible user interface, doesn't run properly on Chrome and you need to deposit via a certain method before you can withdraw any winnings. I'm laughing at how bad it is. Embarrassing.

They twice offered me free bets if I placed a qualifying bet. Twice I placed the bets and twice they failed to award the bets. They never responded to the emails I sent them. Not to be trusted at all.

I signed up with Mansion Bet last week, and today I received an email saying "Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets."

I got no reason why, and when I asked the live chat online, they said management said it's permanent, and they do not know why.

Signed up to this bookmaker, joined them, took advantage of the joining promotion, downloaded the application. Won some bets, lost some others. Joined their loyalty club, did some more bets, won some lost some, got a free bet, found a really good odds horse, betted the free bet on it. Then received a "Routine check of your account email… taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to particpate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets". Followed the "rules" but perhaps I didn't lose enough money for them to want me as a customer? Perhaps I wasn't addicted enough, or I was too much in control to give them a steady income and make sure that "the house won". Perhaps you will do better than me, but for this account to only last a week was a shame.. I wish you the best for the future MansionBet.

Fantastic site. Brilliant live casino, Blackjack is my game, with over 70 5-bet minimum tables for the casual player. The horseracing format and race viewer is one of the best around, you dont have any min bet to watch races. Also custoner service is efficient and effective. Give them a go and play safe.

Signed up. Won some cash, withdrew it, quick turnaround (less than 12 hours) … Make 2 further withdrawals totalling £280 but these are pending days later, account under a review that allows you to deposit but not withdraw. No one will give me answers, repeatedly ignored or disconnected from live chat and email.

Decent enough, but very slow app…..
AND VERY INCONSISTENT WITHDRAWAL TIMES…. and no withdrawals at weekends…. unlike other sites.
Also don’t waste time on Twitter, as they never reply.

Don’t even waste your time, go for a better betting website. I received 4x£5 free bets when losing my £10 stake and they refused to pay out 2 of the 4 bets (that I won) and then proceeded to ban me. They couldn’t resolve a pre school thumbwar and can’t resolve this

So I’m writing another review they let you open a account you. Win they then block your account saying you need to send documents to verify your account hence 6 days later nothing this bookie needs to have it’s licence taken away robbers scam bookies

I joined because I saw a promotion online. Most of my bets lost and then I very quickly received an email saying they were banning me from any future promotions!!
No apology or anything. Just that they were allowed to do this because of their terms and conditions.

Is this anyway to treat new customers?

Their website is also clunky when compared to other gambling websites.

Clunky slow website. Poor customer service (short 2 or 3 word responses on live chat.)

They have a weekly bet club promotion, which I took part in one week, then was immediately banned from taking part in all promotions.

Avoid completely. I could name literal dozens of competitors who are better in every measurable way (Ladbrokes, Unibet, Paddypower, Boylesports, Bet365, Coral, Virgin Bet, Sky Bet, Betfred etc.)

You cant use there promotions without getting your account privileges removed.

I join MansionBet because of the bet club, in the world of online betting today your best offer is always going to be a promotion, so if you can place 5x£10 bets with a site and get a free £10 bet then why not use that offer unless there is a better one, different bet sites have tons of different offers so why not be able to choose the bet ones.

So anyway I join Mansion Bet with the intention of using there bet club offer and consistently place 5x£10 per week for the Free £10 bet which is played right can be a very good way to bet.

However it seems Mansion Bet dont want customers who know how to use this promotion to there advantage, so if you use there Bet Club offer and play your odds right so your probably going to win, MantionBet will pull you out from there offer and ban your account from getting this promotion. it seems they only want to give this offer to mug players who are probably going to loose.

Worse betting site I ever opened, I did the the bet club offer just once before the blocked me, they must of saw the odds I took on my qualifying bets and on my free bet added them up and see that I was probably going to win, so I guess your not allowed to use skilful bets against them, so why would you want to bet with a site that will restrict your account from promotions if they figure out you can turn the odds in your favour. If players are not allowed to do that then why have the offer.

If you want an alternative Paddy Power offers the same promotion with no issues. I would recommend Paddy Power as an alternate you get better odds and the same bet club offer, and you can use there promotions even if you can use them to turn an advantage.

Banned from promotions after I lost a couple of bets, not sure how that makes sense. Contacted customer services as advised to find out why, 4 Weeks later they reply but won’t tell me why. They reply to reviews on here to look good but won’t help. Avoid at all costs and use another company, loads about.

The one I know of which my youngest son makes use of is not a site but an instagram page,I have to force him tell me about that when I noticed he is already making a lot of money, investing and buying properties .the dudes name is EDDY_TIPS1 According to him he said he offers fixed odd on payment after winning, so all he does is to stake and pay after winning, thats just splendid😇😇

Don't even think it warrants 1 star, misread the T&C's for the free bet, asked for bet to be voided prior to it starting to redo to then be eligible, most bookmakers are capable of doing this, this one passed me around different agents until it was too late. Fair enough my fault for not reading properly.
Bets then disappear from open bets once first selection won, nothing
showing in settled bets, no access to the bet I placed

Be careful with their free bets terms and condition as Free Bets cannot be used on the same event or for duplicate selection.

There is a lot of feedback about this already on Trustpilot and I found this out when my winnings were reduced to the first bet.

This needs to be made a lot more clearer, or have their system to restrict the bet from happening as a lot of customers will fall foul of this.

In my opinion, please take your custom elsewhere and avoid this betting website. They should be reported for having such practices.

Everything, from customer service to website is shoddy

I did not receive the welcome bonus, so I used Mansionbet's 'LiveChat'.

Where I was told not to worry about it!!!

It took a few days and a number or emails and LiveChat conversations to resolve, and when they did resolve it it was only £15 freebet instead of the £20 that was advertised.

Also, the website is not very good and keeps reloading for no reason

Worst gambling experience ever! Any slot game with red tiger means crashing every 1 to 5 go’s & loosing everything! Never even got the bonus rounds in these games & spent a lot trying too. . . I did however decide that enough was enough, so I began to record gameplay to prove to people that this MansionBet is basically a thief. I will forward my recordings to whoever wants them. I have 5 recordings. . . Then there’s the fact that I asked for my account to be closed a week ago! (Again – yes I have email evidence of this!) There is no safe gambling restrictions within the site to allow you to limit deposits, daily limits or anything else!!! This site needs to be shut down because they’re worse than scumbag thieves!!!

Took up the new customer offer and because I used the free bets I got my account restricted from any offers….. Don't offer a promotion if you don't actually want customers to use it. Maybe if I had lost the money and not turned a profit they would have been happier. What a stupid company. Lost business, good job!

They like to abuse the fact that they reserve the right to withdraw their offers at any point for any reason just look at the other reviews on here and you'll see what I mean. If you are looking for a bookie that actually values you as a customer I would look elsewhere to the likes of Paddypower, WilliamHill & Skybet as they will shower you with boosts, bonuses and free bets as well as often better odds.

Awful company. They use offers to entice you in then a couple of days later send you an email withdrawing your right to any offers, bonuses etc "after a review of your account." So-called customer support completely ignore your emails asking for an explanation, like it's acceptable to defame someone's character by implying they're dodgy when they've done NOTHING wrong! Will stick to Ladbrokes in future where I always get great service. And don't bother replying to this with the same scripted robotic response that everyone else is getting. It's just a show for the public, if you genuinely cared you'd respond to the emails people send to you rather than ignoring them!

I play a few different online companies using slots etc and this is by far the worst one I've ever used in my life, half the games are inaccessible and when you're on them you don't win a thing ever its like they are actually rigged, I had an account for 2 days and that was enough, if you play slots then avoid using MANSION worst online betting facility around
