Joined, deposited 20£, placed a bet, got my free bets. The website doesn't prevent you from betting all 5£ free bets on one event, so I did AND WON. They said it's not okay to bet on one same event with the free bets and instead of returning me the free bets or at least paying out one of them, they revoked all rights I had on offers and promotions just like that. Stay away from these scammers.

Access denied Account opened, didn’t even use the bonus, just deposited £20 and won a bet. Since then I’ve been locked out the account after they asked for my DNA sample, shoe size, waist diameter and earlobe width. Which I sent nearly 2 weeks ago. They don’t reply to emails, you can’t use live chat unless you are logged in. Genuinely, I know these review sites get lots of angry losing gamblers, but honestly whatever you do, do not use this bunch of charlatans

Unbelievable company to deal with literally takes your deposit no questions asked and as soon as you withdraw a single penny then BANG they want your DNA a skin sample your dogs mothers maiden name your sisters middle name literally every damn excuse under the sun not to pay out as i withdrew £20 on the 29th off september its now the 14th off october and still waiting on verification status even though i have sent them multiple i mean multiple documemts to verify who i am and then you get if its not verified within a certain timeframe they will just close the account there and then and basically just steal your funds? Honestly people stay clear off these jokers they are farcical they are a joke and damn right conmen

Do not open an account with these con merchants. They will happily accept your deposit then they will not credit your free bets and if you want to withdraw any money you will have to jump through many loops that they put in front of you didn’t reach the final one but I think it is a DNA sample they require before you get your cash.Stick to the reputable names because mansionbet are on the way out of business

Have had an account with Mansionbet for about 3 years, just used them occasionally if they had some good odds on a race or football match. Decided to do their loyalty club last week of placing 5 bets in a week to get a £10 free bet the next. Never done it before, yet instantly gubbed. Why even bother with a Loyalty club to persued people to use you as opposed to the hundereds of other bookie, if they ban you the instant you use it. Clowns.

Username BeeAnchor7 Access denied, absolutely zero customer service. They allowed me to deposit and place a bet, when the bet won within 5 minutes the account was ‘access denied’ No replies to emails, call centre is absolutely useless they have no idea. The worst betting website I have ever used, they have my deposited money, I even said to them just refund the deposit and keep the winnings, still no reply 3 days later. Disgrace.

Should have read trustpilot 1st, again like so many others, needed to use the opening offer on 4 separate events - fell foul and lost half of my winnings. Yes the fine print does cover this, Yes i should have read it, but surely they should also block duplicate bids - oh wait of course they wouldn't, that way they get the keep your money and know they are not paying out! Shady - but very legal tactics - avoid like the plague.

I was stupidly drawn in by a welcome offer where when you deposit £10 you get £20 in (4x£5 free bets). I qualified for the free bets by betting and eventually losing £10 and thought "oh well, at least I have the free bets - maybe I will make my money back." I then proceeded to make 4 free bets on a Villa Liverpool game. To my delight Villa won an I was credited the full winnings in my account (£121) - very happy customer. When withdrawing my funds all seemed well until I checked my bank account I had only been credited £30 of winning. I logged on to my horror found that Mansion Bet has removed £97.50 of my winnings and banned me from any future promotions. As a new customer and someone new to betting I wasn't aware that these 4 free bets had to be made on different matches.. had I known obviously I would not have bet them all on a single game. Whilst I now know I should have checked every detail of the T&Cs at NO POINT was I prompted or was it made clear to me to make separate bets or stopped from making bets on the same match with the free bets. Mansion Bet was happy for me to place those bets knowing full well they had NO INTENTION of paying the winnings should I have won. A real win win for them. I tried to contact the support team but they did seem to care whatsoever about an honest mistake. What i believe to be worst of all about this is that Mansion Bet did not contact me to explain why my winnings had been reduced to £30 from £121.50 and had absolutely no intention of notifying me of this happening. It feels both shady and underhanded from Mansion bet as there was no "abusive behaviour" from my end and the winnings were being taken away as I was being paid. Extremely disappointing as a new customer experience and I would warn any potential users to exercise extreme caution and consideration if they plan to use this site. - I wish I had read the TrustPilot reviews before even considering signing up at Mansion Bet.

Absolute shambles, placed a few bets back in July for the horse racing. I'm not a regular better, but I do like to get involved here & there. I won £30 & well let's just say I still have not received it. I was told to upload verification documents to which I did. Then couple of days later told I need to take a photo of myself holding up ID so I did this too. Surprise surprise this was not good enough and I had to re-take photo of myself holding my ID so once again I did that too. Couple of days pass and I heard nothing, I've sent a few emails in regards to when I will be able to receive my winning but unfortunately I haven't received an email reply since the summer. I gave in and thought I'd message on the websites live chat to get an update as to what is going on and once again surprise surprise they need to do a telephone verification over the phone? Despite being spoken to bluntly over live chat that apparently I had an email sent to me back in August stating this, I did not receive no email at all. I just feel no matter how many times I follow and comply with these verifications as soon as I do there's another thing I need to do & I'm torn between just forgetting about this ordeal for the sake of £30 however I won this fairly so I don't know what to do I just feel like this could of been completely handled better if communication hadn't broken down on there behalf.

Started using this a few months ago and I’m impressed, only use for horse racing as you can view most if not all races, withdrawal time for me was less the 24hrs and randomly get £10 free bets now and again, app could be a bit faster but apart from that no complaints.

Extremely happy with my experience! Following up from my review yesterday regarding my experience with mansionbet, I cannot fault them at all. I made a withdraw of £3,500 with a total deposit of £210 After 1 working day I went into live chat and asked about my withdraw as it was still pending. I spoke to gentleman Martin B. He was very helpful! He asked me to upload proof of address, ID and picture of the debit card. I uploaded this swiftly after Live chat, once uploaded I went back to live chat to make sure they got my uploads. Martin B chased the finance department and I was told Money will be released tomorrow. To my surprise the money was in my bank account a few hours after uploading my documents! I hope this clears up any negative feedback as my experience was faultless. Look forward to using mansionbet again 😊 x

So far I’m happy.. for the moment! Hey everyone! I joined this site just over a week ago. I made two deposits 1 for £85 and another for £125 total (£210) I managed to get lucky hit on golden leprechaun megaways hitting 1,600x from £1 stake, I raised my stake and got good hits on primal megaways, book of dead and rainbow jackpots power lines. and my total balance when I withdrew was £3,500 I made this withdraw on Friday at 19:00 26/09 The status of the withdraw at the moment is pending! witch makes sense because today isMonday, the first working day since the withdraw. This is a genuine review so I will be following up if I have any issues giving a true rating for the site. This will also determine if I continue to play on this sites, I’m certainly not depositing anymore until I receive my winnings. For the moment I’m very happy !😊 Hopefully this will give people a true feedback and answer the questions of the reviews are real or not. 😊 x

Stay away. Ensure you read ALL the small print. As the at the very bottom it says you cannot use the free bets on the same event. (but will allow you to place them on the same event) very poor. They then deducted my whole balance without even leaving a message in the inbox. Very clever from them, but also crafty and seems a bit of a trick. All seems a bit suspect. I'd stay away.

MansionBet seems like an appalling and incompetent operation. Firstly their website does not seem to work as intended, it was problematic in three different browsers. They also advertise an app on Google Play which does not seem to exist. However, I did eventually manage to sign up, open an account and take them up on their free bet offer. I should have realised that the earlier discrepancies were an indication of further possible dissatisfaction and why not to use MansionBet. Having accepted the free bets I placed them all on the same selection, which went on to win. When I attempted to withdraw the winnings, only a quarter of them were paid out and the remaining three quarters were deducted. Presumably this was because as I later discovered, the free bets can't all be placed on the same selection. If this is the case, then why do they allow you to do this? From reading the reviews on this website and the fact that MansionBet have responded to them, I am left wondering why they allow it to continue? It seems like further evidence of a shoddy operation. To make matters worse, everytime I attempt to contact their customer service helpline, it puts you on hold and then cuts out after about three minutes. Overall, a frustratingly poor and incompetent company and I would advise everyone to steer clear. If I can ever get in contact with them, I will be closing my account.

Mansionbet made a half assed attempt to contact me based on review here , " cant locate my account " , worst customer service I've experienced. They have no interest in resolving customer issues / complaint. Beyond me how they can do this and get away with it . How does an account just disappear? Would not happen with a respectable company.

Worst bookies ever, slow site that looks like it was created by a two year old, the reality check logs you out after five minutes, not that hour set, frustrating when you in middle of a race and the site is too slow to log back in to see rest the race and I've deleted all the cookies but still don't work, prices are awful, maybe only two selections and both 1/2, also had been a member well over a year, I asked to close my account, they said I need to send them in both sides my bank account, same with driving licence and a bank statement showing transactions, bit funny I'd not been asked in the previous year plus but as soon as I want close my account they come up with this, yes you guessed it all images were rejected for not being clear which they were, I checked. Now they saying they need a photo of my old bank card from a year ago which nobody keeps, they don't need see my new one though, bunch of crooks I'm going gaming commission Monday, my best guess is they are going broke

MansionBet is the worst bookie I have ever used. Awful experience and customer service. Used three free bets on the same selection, as it allowed me to place them with no prompt that it wasn't allowed (as I later found out). My bet that I placed had won and upon trying to withdraw the money an amount was deducted and I received a third of the winnings. MansionBet uses a sly term stated in their terms and conditions for the use of the free bet which states that they cannot be used on the same selection, but allows users to place anyway, so if their selection wins, they can take most of it and hit them with a ban of future promotions. I even admitted my innocent error and asked if I could have the promotions ban lifted as I had enjoyed my experience until this occurred, in which I was told I couldn't. Overall poor customer service and a very sly company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

PEPPY0220. I have just been reading through the reviews on here about MansionBet and cannot believe that the negative,(and nasty,) reviews are about the same betting firm that I am dealing with. I found MansionBet to be the best company I have ever bet with, seriously. Only signed up with them last Friday, I was lucky enough to have a few winning bets, and requested 4 or 5 withdrawals, totalling about €1600, couldn’t believe it...the cash was in my account overnight,! And this at weekend..never been paid out so quickly before with ANY betting company. 5 stars from me, and I am NOT ass licking..just speak as I find. MansionBet is fine by me, thanks. C.McC

Took it to they customer service to be told that a manager took that decision and it's irreversible and then cut me off the chat. Absolutely appalling customer service and way to treat your customers. If for £90 you doing that i would definitely avoid this company for big bets. Scammers!!!

I decided to go for their weekly free bet club that says 'PLACE 5 £10 free bets per week to receive a £10 free bet'. I did. They didn't credit it. When I spent 30 minutes on live chat to ask why, they said the bets must also be settled the same week. This is NOT ANYWHERE in the terms and conditions of the promotion. I will be contacting the UK gambling commission and trading standards and escalating this further. Not to mention I won't be giving them my money again.

I received various promotions from MansionBet via email etc. After opting in and attempting these promotions I received an email stating I was no longer eligible for promos and that it was not up for discussion or review and gave no reason as to why! Contacted Live Chat and they clearly stuck to a prewritten script and kept repeating that it was not up for review. Terrible company and appalled at this decision because I did nothing wrong, avoid betting with them as they will exploit and tempt you with promotions and then claim you are not eligible.

Misleading customers - deposited £10 and never received the £20 free bets as advertised like other betting sites will provide after the bet is settled. I know a lot of reviews about this company are in relation to gaming and bonuses but allow me to tell you how deceitful they are in the art of ripping off customer on regular bets. This morning I placed a bet on a match which was shown to be 7 minutes old, my bet was specific to goals in the first half. Almost immediately after my bet was placed and accepted, the market was suspended. I jumped across to bet365 only to see that the match was not 7 minutes old it was half time. Mansion bet was now showing my bet as a loser and they were busily correcting the market. I've taken snapshots which prove beyond doubt this was a Mansionbet error. It happens, no big deal, void bet? A quick chat would resolve this? You would think but no! I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivan, a man who had clearly been taught that the customer is always wrong. Without offering to look into the matter he told me it was my responsibility not theirs, that the match they were betting on, on their platform which showed the match as being only 7 minutes old and were taking bets that 'could only be losers for the customer'. Their traders corrected the markets, which means they knew it was wrong but still took my money and refuse to refund. This isn't hours after the event its within 5 minutes. I think most gamblers can accept when they get beaten bookies but when the bookie puts up fake markets and refused to refund when caught out. That is disgraceful. They have affiliations with English football clubs in the Premiership and Championship, I will be making the clubs, their supporter fan groups and Premiership and Championship FAs for comment and views on a company that acts this way. I am yet to make enquiries as to whether this activity is illegal but I will be reporting Mansionbet to the Gambling Commission. Once my complaint with Mansionbet is complete, I will do what you good people have done and share my experiences across all social media to cause as much damage as possible. You can't have an honest bet with Mansionbet so at all costs avoid! You would think making up markets to trap customers was a thing of the past. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I opened an account with Mansion to bet on HorseRacing; I don’t think I ever used the casino or bet on other sports I had an account for 5-6 weeks and found them Ok; I only closed the account (self excluded) because they prevented me depositing until affordability checks were completed which were not worth my effort (ie. Getting Directors renumeration docs etc) I probably punted about £100k; made 5 or 6 deposits totalling £10k; and 6 or 7 withdrawals totalling £14k (ie. £4k profit). The main negative is that each withdrawal is reviewed, taking 2 to 3 days, before being sent to the bank – but all my withdrawals were processed and, once reviewed, in my bank the next day. The site lets you back to win about £1500 on UK racing on the show market (I don’t bet early prices/antepost); bigger bets get sent for manual authorisation – some get through, others don’t; which can be irritating. I had absolutely no problem with free bets so I’m unsure where some of the grievances in other reviews come from. You get a loyalty bonus each Monday. Having emptied my account I got my £50 loyalty and a £25 free bet. I could not make deposits at this point but I played the £75 and won about £1300 and was paid – no problems. I then asked why I couldn’t make deposits and was told affordability checks had to be performed but was given a £500 free bet while I got my docs together (I didn’t even ask for the free bet). I played this £500 up to £9000+, lost £5k and withdraw the other £4k+. Again, was paid no problem. So overall, site is good for horseracing; I never got knocked back at upto £1500; Odds are a bit below the exchanges (but not the worse); not BOG on all races; Free bets and weekly loyalty bonus are good; Withdrawals take 2-3 days to be reviewed (I guess it’s an internal business process) – shame about affordability being so intrusive (but that shows responsible gambling is adhered to by Mansion) otherwise I’d still be using them
