Please do not put any money into this site.

I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.

Each time you make a withdrawal they ask for your driving license, bank statements etc even after you have fully verified your account upon opening.

I opened a new account to try out the site..

After i deposited 10 €, won 50 €, and made a withdrawal test of 20€ to see how fast they are but guess what , it's almost 2 weeks gone and not any sign of the 20€ , i wrote them email but never got a reply ,.

How weird isn't it !?!

So what if there where a higher amount and they dont even reply or smth.

Stay away from this site , never had such problem with many different sites.

Stay away from this site absolutely disgusting customer service waiting 6 weeks to get my winning and still not recieved them they ask for security checks once you win they are quite happy to let you deposit but then bang when you want to withdraw it’s like they think. You’re robbing them don’t not use this site worst site ever to use 6 weeks later and still chasing my winnings all you get is it’s getting looked at 6 weeks on and still getting the same answer the winning is for my mam this site is what she used and still can’t get her winnings

Was happy at first with fast withdrawals and best odds. After a couple of weeks I wanted to withdraw £100 (not even in front with them). All of a sudden I was asked for a security check and was asked to provide two photo I'd and another proof of address. I sent my passport, birth certificate, a council tax bill and my photo Id of my support workers badge. I was told I needed another photo Id of either driving license, military id or national id card! As I am not a driver I don't have a driving license I've never been in the military and don't have a national Id card. I explained this when I phoned their head office but to no avail. I offered to take a selfie there and then or go on video chat to Proove it is Me, but to no avail! My only option now is I have applied for a provisional driving license at cost,and inconvenience to myself. My account has been limited to a maximum of 21p per bet on horse racing/football but im allowed to do up to £100 spins on slots and still deposit what I want?? I'm not even winning on this site? I am really upset and annoyed about this matter and will be taking this further to the relevant authorities. The slots on this site are terrible And if you are lucky enough to get free spins at 50p stake you average approx £4. Marathonbet is a good bookmaker and I will forever be grateful to the company. I don't why people are complaining of limited amount of money given to them by marathonbet. Try others useless and criminal bookies like parimatch then you will realise that marathonbet is friendly to customers

Interface is really outdated and no promotion for new clients (sports betting). They do have some of the best odds for some markets (they even advertise it), but you won't get to profit from it unless you are a loser overall. Like many reviews said, you will get limited to 0,35$ per market if you start winning even a little bit. I got limited after 11bets (10w-1L) on mostly main markets (NFL) and playing huge favourites. only won 200$.
My withdrawal went correctly and without fee.

If you were to play with them, I strongly advise to at least roll-over once your bankroll not too late (probably in their AML rules), because you might encounter problem trying to withdraw if they limit you before that, and it might take some time to do with a 0,35$ limit per market.

I don’t understand the bad reviews, Iv had no problems at all. I would like a few more international horse race meetings and dog racing but when it comes to the actual betting they pay out straight away, Iv had a min and max bet option every bet but never had a max bet of 20p!! Payed into my bank quickest Iv ever experienced and when I signed up I forgot to put the bonus code in. I had an online chat with them and as a gesture gave me the bonus anyway. Top marks from me so far!

restricted to a maximum stake of 21p. i had only placed 6 bets over 2 months and the funny thing is, the restriction came after a £2 each way bet on a horse. the rest of my bets were £10 or £20. these guys dont want winners. i cant believe manchester city are associated with a small time outfit like this.

Some reviewers write that Marathon confiscates their money.I think thats true but its also true that Marathonbet is the best bookmaker with great odds as i wrote above and thats the reason that a lot of players create more than one account.The reason for this is to increase the maximum bet Marathon allows for one account.

After a few days, your bets are limited to 0.21 euros. When you ask why, they tell you that the rules you have accepted allows them to block bets without explanation. You will also have many problems for withdrawal. Site to avoid absolutely…

Poor. Small time bookmaker with constant bet restrictions. I deposited big and they locked my account, they needed pay slips and proof of my revenue. Not had this with anybody else.

Yep, all bookies hates pro 😉 My accounts on different websites (rus/eng/by) was blocked several times 😉 Startegy was simple, find an arb and get profit! I love it ❤️, but bookies not.

Go any lower than top leagues and they don't take a bet
£80 max on a league 2 game at evens and £93 on 6/5 in L1. And they weren't even best odds. We hardly talking obscure games here

Can only imagine if you won with them how you'd be treated. Not much point going stand out on odds checker when won't take a bet.

I looked and you can't even place a mug acca to win more than a few hundred. There is a box saying VIP etc says £300 minimum but that just be for complete mugs. I tried to tick it and couldn't

Undoubtedly the worst / outdated betting platform on the market. I placed a bet (after an almost impossible task of navigating / finding today's football market) and then logged in some time later to see that my bet had cashed out. I have absolutely no idea how. No notifications were given and I didn't even look at the placed bet but saw I that I had a credit in my balance.

Upon asking for the bet to be restored (hours before the events started) I was told that was not possible due to T&Cs.

I have complained and since looked at all the reviews on this site. I will be closing my account this week with a platform that needs immediate regulatory review.

So poor. Withdrew money that went missing. Only when I finally logged a formal complaint did they even bother to locate the monies and send to me. Multiple failures for bets to accept via Oddschecker. Deposited £20 today to place a bet, same problem. Withdrew the £20 and got an email saying i'm not allowed to withdraw money unless I have placed a bet with it. All their money is obviously spent on marketing.

A poor annoying website
I placed a bet of £300 on a 13/8. I was somewhat confused when the "returns" were £281. I clicked on returns and much to my surprise had cashed out. I had registered years ago but had never used the website. I called up and was told cash out would stand and I had lost my £20. They had then cut the price of my bet and rejected the £300 bet and allowed £40 instead
Bad cashouts are part of gambling but usually the bookie let's you know that you are going to cash out. I believe most bookmakers would have sorted this (the bet did not start until Wednesday) and then rejecting exactly the same bet straight afterwards even though they had cut the price. WOW
Difficult to figure out site and not to be trusted.
