Ignoring the bad reviews about how they are a scam company, I rate this 1 star because there is no liquidity here. It also gives you the impression if you were to win big you may wait some time to get paid out. Most sites now do bank transfers and you get your funds in about 2 hours. Very hard to get any type of bet matched

Guys dont make account on matchbook after making acount they will closed and ask u about ur passport and persoal data after taking all your documents they will closed ur account they are genuin fraud Without no reason they closed my account toook all my betfair betting history all profit loss statement my passport beaware thet are true fraud company no one plz matchbook is fraudbook thank you betfair long live is far good and safest

Guess all the rotten reviews are true,, and their only average ones , are made by staff members. . Trust me AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR BONUS,, IF FACT THE BEST THING FOR THESE COWBOYS IS ,, GO BUST .

Contacted customer services regarding a mistake I done whilst opening my account, the problem was resolve quickly. Very impressed.

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win! I will definitely recommend y’a to go check him out on Instagram.

Very disappointed. Let me bet and win. My account now has £100 on and then told me I needed id. No communication sent beforehand just blocked the account. I have now sent all documents in to unfreeze and the time taken is unacceptable. Still no open account

I have used Matchbook for years and they are my favorite betting site. They are perfect for my style of wagering.

dont bet wiht this company was locked out of my acount for 3 days due to there fault then once asked for conpenstion they closed my acount saying there worried about my betting utter joke dont trust them with your money hence why they was closed down for 6 months when asked for proof of there false allegations was ignored again .. they hate complaints try eveything to ignore you even there ceo ignore emails cant be trusted bet some where else bad company

Have been 2 week try to verify my account and normally they say two days but take several days. The most frustation its that i ask for help i have two different opinions thats make my life more difficult. But at end of day they are attencious.

Are they paying people to leave reviews? All the 5 star reviews from people with only 1 sentence? In guessing they've not actually placed a bet seeing as its an exchange and there is no liquidity!!!!! That's quite a big deal in my book!!!! But hey keep up with the 5 star reviews though jfc. How can you rate an exchange great when there's no liquidity??

Have always liked using the site as they are ahead of other exchanges for US sports especially. Customer service chat is instant and very helpful. Great to have Matchbook back in the UK market

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Terrible customer service and the verification process isn't possible if you bank online. As I couldn't be verified (due to not having a utility bill in my name/address or having a high street bank statement) my account was closed and the money I deposited was stolen. Never had this problem with Betfair Exchange and Smarkets.

I've never experienced such a pretend betting exchange. They don't offer prices. Right now ATP and WTA has resumed after 6 month layoff and former number 1 tennis players are playing currently and there's no prices offered. The NBA play offs are on too and prices are disappearing on site. The in play aspect is non existent. This product has gone down hill so much. I'll be closing my account and moving to a real betting exchange. Even smarkets operates better than matchbook.
