Just got 0% commission as I’m a member of Outplayed. Will now use them a lot more for larger bets, which the 2% put me off. Love their Enhanced Specials, though sadly there’s usually £10 stake limits with the bookies on these…

Great exchange at the start but their KYC is terrible and they ask faaaar too many questions on SOW checks. These have had lots of fines and licence suspensions because of their dodgy practices so I wouldn’t send them too much info when other exchanges are available as they have also been fined by the ICO for mishandling of data.

Matchbook is my favourite place to place sports bets. They usually have good odds compared with other exchanges and bookies. And good liquidity, so I can place bets at the stake sizes I want.The record of transactions has all the information I need and is easy to use. Their record of previous bets also contains enough detail that I can look back and check things.I feel my funds are safe with them: they have two factor authentication available for log in and they have fund protection.Their search facility is very good and starts providing suggestions as soon as I start typing.I contacted Live Chat today to ask a question and it was answered quickly and helpfully.So, I find Matchbook a great place to bet on sports.

Much better than some of its counterparts, very easy to understand platform, easy to use, more and more markets are being added, would really love some more boxing options, but I enjoy the platform even without my preferred sport being represented more deeply. I would highly recommend.

Betting on Matchbook is incredibly easy. I use it for Lay Betting on horses, and finding the right meeting, the right horse and clicking the pink price box, makes it so simple to place my lay bets. I like that I can submit my maximum liability to control my potential loss. I like how my account balance updates automatically when bets have been settled. I like how I can easily review the results of all the best I have made in the last 24 hours, as I keep a record of my performance.

I’m using matchbook more than 2 years for matched betting. About a month ago I started to place back bets as well. I put back bets and on other events lay bets. Now I received an email, I been removed from 0%commission because my betting behaviour. I am very disappointed. Never mind, I found an other exchange with 0% commission.

I have been using Matchbook for around 5 years now. The Matchbook staff have always resolved any issue came up from time to time. The prices & liquidity on football, tennis and golf have been good for me to use on a regular basis.

The exchange has great odds with plenty of money there. Customer service is excellent and the “enhanced specials” section allows you to lay offers from bookmakers which is great when you’re “matched betting”.

SAFER GAMBLING TEAM – ENHANCED DUE DILLIGENCE TEAM. This sub department within Matchbook treat customers like criminals as if you have done something wrong. I would call it interrorgation the way these bullys behave and the contemp they are showing to loyal customers. I have no issue supplying source of weath evidence which I have done so. But its as if they are dissapointed when you provide what was requested and all is in good order. They always want more as if they are investigating you and trying to catch you out. For example I was asked for evidence of wages. I provided payslips and bank statements clearly showing affordability. (Same evidence I provided to Betfair whom thanked me and continued to allow a 8K loss monly loss limit – not that I have ever used it.) Not MATCH BOOK THOUGH, 6 weeks later still being asked for all sorts of extreme information that has no relevance to my deposits. EDD do not answer any emails. You send them what they wask for, couple weeks pass, then they finally reply, and want something else. Customer service do there best but been told off the record EDD even ignore them! I appreciate bookmakers must sastisfy the regulators but there is a correct way to do this – TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS IS NOT THE WAY!Small tip EDD – Try and conduct yourself’s like Betfairs or William Hill EDD teams – they clearly advise what is required, verify it within a day or two and answer queries!! They do not sit on things for two weeks then ask for something else, then take another week or two to reply, and ask for something unrelated of no relevance. I AM SURE MATCHBOOKS STAKEHOLDERS WOULD BE HORRIFIED HOW THESE BULLIES WITHIN MATCHBOOK ARE TREATING CUSTOMERS.

I can’t see how there are so many 5 star reviews for customer service. My experience has been shocking. I have a 0 deposit limit while they take weeks to go through numerous statements. One in particular I told them the account has nothing in it. Guess what? They wanted to see proof of having no money in the account. That doesn’t make sense. I’m still waiting since September 9th to be able to deposit in to my account. For some reason it’s all delaying tactics which makes no sense unless they are actually supplying the liquidity and not punters which means they don’t want people winning. I’m currently 1500 up on the site but they say I’m betting too much. Something doesn’t add up.

I have been a matched better for around 2 years and my experience with matchbook has been awful. My account was restricted because of a source of funds requests (understandable but very intrusive). They wanted numerous bank statements, net postions from bookie accounts which took weeks and once my account was reinstated, my 0% commission offer was removed. This was because I placed a few back bets because the odds were good, despite the majority of my bets being lay bets (what you would expect a matched better to do). This was not addressed in any t&cs, it was just decided one day. If this had been communicated prior I would probably not have done this. I now have no reason to use them again as other exchanges offer 0% deals for matched betters and betfair offer a 2% flat rate with more liquidity. Furthermore, when I challeneged this on live chat the agent was very unhelpful and blunt. Will not use again and I recommend you avoid also. Would not be surprised to see them go into liquidation in the near future.

All good until you have an issue and need to deal with their customer services. I am not sure where they are based but my guess would be outer space. They’re rude, incompetent and just close the chat when you don’t respond for like 2 minutes! Absolutely some of the worst customer services I have ever seen. I am trying to withdraw money from my account but it is trying to withdraw to an old bank card that is no longer valid, it was lost. Now most bookmakers understand this and will remove old cards from their system, not Matchbook. They asked me to send in a photo of the card in question, the one that was lost… literally asking the impossible. Apart from that they want to see bank statements from when I last used the card to upload funds into Matchbook… I asked them when that was and they told me they don’t know. I am at a complete loss and I guess I shall have to go through the courts to get my money out. Avoid at all costs.

“SERIOUS FAILINGS”Matchbook was fined £740k and suspended by the Gambling Commission. I find it hard to believe that they are now a reputable operator, considering their history which looked more like an organised crime operation. I certainly wouldn’t let them have access to sensitive, personal information.

Would be 5 star if they honoured the fact there exchange odds froze on me. Laid a £50 bet at a bookie saw a 100% lay match at same odds the odds froze rejected my lay then throughout the whole in play horse race every odd mived apart from the horse I needed it just froze.Lost £50 if Matchbook fix this I will change to 5 star
