Well where do I start. I have been with mcbookie for probably just over a year. Never had problems. Payouts always good and quick until now. I won £400 ok Thursday evening and requested the withdrawal. I expected this just after 9am on Friday as that’s when it usually seems to be processed if you request overnight 9am came and saw it was processed so I thought it would ping into my bank as all the other withdrawals have, No, nothing at all came so got onto chat and was told 3-5 business days as stated. Questioned why as usually it’s immediate. Got the same answer 3-5 business days. This company have absolutely no ethical or moral compass. Even when provided with clear evidence of severe illness and vulnerability they turn a blind eye and victim blame. Mcbookie profited 15k from pyschosis, Incapacity and vulnerability. All medical evidence provided to Mcbookie and their CEO Paul petrie outlining the severe Vulnerability of the customer. Instead Mcbookie turned a blind eye, thinking that 5k trigger points were acceptable and not dangerous, this is during and after cvid and a cost of living crisis. They exposed, ignored and self-mitigated. Refused to respond to any emails yet within minutes replied to media when they become aware of this abhorrent real life story. Mcbookies CEO reached out to psychologist and GP of the incapacitated individual who was exposed to once again try and find ways to protect themselves.This company think it is somehow ethically acceptable to profit from the most vulnerable and exposed in Scotland and then pretend that nothing has happened. They are putting people’s lives at risk

Bit of a scam. A housemate told me about this new site and it’s sign up offer. So I deposited £5 and placed my bet. But no because we either stay in the same property or are family or use the same ip address I’m not eligible for the free bets! I certainly wouldn’t recommend this as who’s going to check if a family member etc has already signed up to a bookmakers online.. Customer service ain’t any better.

I found that this bookie did not do anything well – the selections are poor, plenty of bookies will also guarantee best odds. The text on the website makes it virtually illegible.
They also seem to have a very strict policy on family members and their sign-up offers, which seems really unwise, potentially pre-excluding a large number of would be customers due to having the address. The pool of potential customers is already small enough as is.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site.
