The customer service is bad. I was talking someone called Mandy and she just randomly stops responding in the middle of a conversation. It is so unprofessional and a bad look. They need better training. Judging by other reviews, they will probably screw you over if you have the audacity to win big.

Midnite has proven in every way how customer friendly (!!!) it is, so I ended my membership. The Max Bet option is right next to Start and I didn’t even realize I clicked on it. No one with 57 GBP in their casino account would bet 40 GBP! For this type of fault, a hatched area appears on the screen on the other site and other sites protect their members. So I joined at the start if this week, deposited £30 and won £200, I got the funds within 24 hours, I deposited a further £50 and won £400, this withdrawl was almost instant, I deposited 1 final time and won £900 and when I withdrew they asked for verification which required photo ID and proof of adress, not a problem, 30 mins after providing this as requested I got my final deposit, I’m currently -£1170 net deposits which is the best luck and experience I’ve had on a casino, ofc my review is based on my experience and I got very lucky, but there genuine and they cash out fast without issues so A+++

The typical bad casino. All is good until you increase the betting and are up. Then they will start asking statements from bank with all the transactions you made,etc. They will close your account citing some article from their own Terms and conditions. A joke of a place with very poor customer service. If you keep losing you will be fine

Excellent site with very very speedy payouts. OK, maybe there could be a few more slots on here but what there are, are pretty good. I’ve found that some Slingo games can stick a bit, but that might be me rather than the site. Account came up for financial checks after a couple of weeks playing but downloading the required documents/info was a piece of cake. Overall I’m really happy with Midnite – they are a little known site but overall they are a very good site to use.

Joined Midnight today as I thought let’s give them a chance!! OMG are they horrendous!! I placed a bet and it was offering my cashout, so I went to cashout and it kept saying error. So I went into chat for help. So I explained to customer service and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it. I would of double my money at point of cashout. The bet ended up losing. I will be closing my account when my other bet is settled.

Midnite bet site is run by con artist!! I used my mobile phone to make a tennis bet, Alcaraz on 19 February to win. Midnite shoved in a football game , Man City win VS Real Madrid to be included in the same bet, i.e combined . With my mobile I simply did not see this football game being added when I made the bet and no reason to look for anything else, I warned Midnite about this while the football game was in play but to no avail. The tennis game was won but as City lost Midnite said I lost all. Seen a nisleading response now. Midnite DOES slip an addition bet at random not in the bet slip but in the normal bet. They talk with a forked tongue

If i could give zero star i would. They have locked my account with no warning and I have over £300 locked in their account with zero access. I have messaged multiple times and had zero reply. I have sent multiple emails to which I keep getting a reply that they will get back to me. My money has been locked for 1 week now with no contact from anyone. I managed to win £169 on my first visit here on Double Bubble. Stupidly came back the next day to try again. Every game just took. Bonuses near impossible to achieve. They keep saying random generator but how come the luck factor is so low that even the base wins were terrible. I learned the hard way and ended up losing a fair bit which is clearly down to the fact I had already had a win.
