So I recently posted a review below. Just so all you new customers to midnite know it’s now the 14th of December, and nobody has verified my account after I’ve sent every document twice ! No ones on the live chat until like 5 in the morning ( uk time ) Never ever use this site fellow gamblers your better off burning it then playing with this site

Well midnite was up and down for me personally I won over £2,000 luckily. However when I was depositingand depositing they did not need to verify my account. The second I won they needed to verify my account coincidentally.This wasn’t an issue what was the issue is the fact midnite.com take about 5/6 hours to get a reply. Once you then send all of your documents off you’ll be waiting another 3/4 days for a response. They are the slowest gambling site I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care about your money and they don’t care if you message them either. I strongly suggest to use bet365 or any other established site. This is by far the worst gambling app/site I have ever used You don’t get the markets for sports betting that you do on another apps, and you cannot do multi sports betting either.They might reply to comment saying “ oh sorry please contact us “ don’t bother contacting them you’ll be waiting for a few days for them to repeat themselves

I joined this website 2 months ago, at first there was no problems.But then I made a deposit, which I was then told after my account was blocked that I had gone over there stage 2, why did they allow me to make a deposit if it took me over there stage 2 conditions.They have now asked me for ID. Either my driving license or passport, I don’t have these, so I sent them my voter ID certificate,and birth certificate this is a government card for people who don’t have the forms of ID they are asking for. Ibas resover and the gambling Commission, conform that my voter ID and my birth certificate is more than enough to withdraw my deposit.Ibas and resolver have ask me to ask them some questions.1. If I don’t have a driving license or passport what form of ID will they except, taking into consideration they will not except my voter ID.2. They took a number of payments from my account and when I went on to win quite a bit of money on the small range of inplay games they had available, I decided to withdraw. They then suspended my account and refunded me what I deposited. They’re only after your hard earned money and nothing else. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I opened an account on Saturday, deposited £30 placed a few bets and upon returning to check any cash outs, I found my account was suspended. I contacted support, I was then told my account was closed and they don't need to give reasons why as per their Terms and conditions. Obviously I asked for a refund of my £30 but was told that because bets were still ongoing that they would still continue with them. I couldn't access the account to check any potential cash out. Beware of this company, tread carefully with tour hard earned money. They're lucky to get a 1 star, don't be fooled. I have been asked to contact support because of the bad review, there is no need for me to do this because I have already been in contact yesterday to be told my fate with my account. I was told my account was being closed so I cannot access the support via live chat. Joke of a company. They're OK taking your money but won't refund it.

I did see a lot of bad comments on here but I joined and to be honest I tried to withdraw my money from them and I have to verify myself, which did annoy me because my licence and passport asr are out of date , but the site is brilliant and the customer service is excellent, so don't be put off by the comments. They are only looking out for you which is a good thing .

They sold 5000 NFTs to the community, at 0.01 ETH each (50 ETH Total - around £50,000 back then) Fast forward to now and they have closed everything, and are refusing to answer any questions on the project.A few of us from the project are currently in the process of hashing together a potential legal claim against this absoloute scam of a company.TLDR: FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. The other day I simply asked one question which was is it possible to block one part of your site if you think your spending to much . And the result is my account was suspended indefinitely because they took from that question please block my account . If this is what happens when you ask for something and you get bad customer service then I would advise people to stay away . They are not even worth contacting as they say 24hrs and 72hrs you are still waiting. Plus these "experts " seem to think they can make decisions for you . PatheticOne more thing is that the same response is also copied and pasted to every review which is speak to live chat .this is how much they care . They can't even be bothered to reply with an actual answer . also WHEN YOU SAY A TYPICAL RESPONSE IN LIVE CHAT IS A FEW HOURS THEN ITS NOT LIVE CHAT ITS ANOTHER WAY OF SAYING EMAILS DUHHHH

Refused to payout on a winning leg. No reason given just that they can’t change it now it’s settled. Absolute crooks. Leg was a draw in the marlins mets game on 29/09/23 which is clearly a 0-0 draw.

App is so poor There Constantly having issues with there app with not accepting bets Or not letting u add selections .. seems to be happening a lot recently . And also half there new casino games don't load on the app so pointless at the min ... Not even impressed and still no horse racing but tbh probs a good thing as there app is deffo not ready

joined yesterday played casino won 3 times from small deposits, and hadn't even finished asking for the withdrawal and its paid in to my pay pal. This is the fastest i have ever been paid out from any casino. games all played well apart from one slot and customer service were helpful in resetting my password not sure about sports side of it as dont use that

Avoid games you'll be scammed 75 pound on one game you don't see any bonus come out maybe the odd one and you'll always win 20p your another crap cheating site only out to con people I loved the site now I I'm disgusted which the absolute crap also all these bad reviews are right
