Absolute awful casino. No customer support service. Responses to emails extremely delayed and with copy paste information. It is not clear the timeframe for withdrawals, for instance.The agent was present on the live chat after one hour 40 minutes. Yes, I waited because I was curious. Ridiculous company, no way to get a hold of them other than messages. Let me deposit with an old card somehow was only when I went to withdraw it was coming up error. Tried to get them to remove the card and it wouldn’t let them so said been escalated to higher team which I’ve been waiting 3 days on a reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TO SAVE HEADACHE

I contacted customer support to be told ” My bank is refusing payment” Imagine a bank refusing a payment? Played out my remaining balance and closed the account. Website is set up nice lots of variety on games but the algorithms on them are aimed towards taking as much as possible as quickly as possible the features are few and far between and very little comes out of them. I’ve never had a run this bad on other sites. I have had multiple features at good rates of wins but this site seems to be take take take. The only reason it got a two star is the way the site is setup otherwise it would be a 1star from myself

Midnite did not inform me about any restrictions on promotions after I opened my account. After signing up, I tried to opt-in into their promotions just to find out that I’m banned from all future offers without any explanation. Customer support had no idea why and couldn’t provide any clarity.If restrictions apply, they should be clearly stated upfront. Banning users without reason or transparency is unacceptable. Hoping Midnite reviews this unfair decision.

Let me deposit 5-6 times while I was losing. Then when I turned a profit suspended my account and told me to send documents not to get my winnings back but my net deposit rather than winnings. They said a third party was using my account but was taking money while I was losing.

ive been online betting for some years and ive never come across a site like this. 1. to get your free bet joining fee you have to to a 4 fold at 3/1 and above which we all know this is very difficult to get in. 2. they dont offer best odds which is a disgrace . i once got a winner in at 11/1 and it won at 16/1, and guess what, i never got best odds and 3 ive notice the odds are so much lower than other bookies when you waiting for the odds to show. avoid this site and look elsewhere for bookies that pay best odds this site only want your money and give you nothing in return. its a disgrace not to offer best odds PERIOD , shame on you. + you cannot cash a dbl in if the 1st horse wins. and u carnt do a straight forecast. this site is bad. Awful company with no protocol protection for gambling , No checks for people on Gamstop no email needed for verification , No photo ID needed to deposit or withdraw. Tricking banks using a different name (Mystore ) so banks don’t try a stop the payment. Terrible, I couldn’t place my bet due to the slow ever changing website. I would of won. So placed on different bet and lost. Nfl promotion i never get my bet and have to contact for over a hour. And then there are no decent selections to choose from. Also got both touchdown scorers but didn’t make the 200 yards passing. The odds was 1/5 for this selection. Joined last week spen £200 in that time playing the different Big Bass games. Features are very rare and when they do come the payouts are pretty poor.
