Midnite casino have closed my account after being verified level all documents sent even a pic of myself holding my id! I’ve made a withdrawal which 5 days later I haven’t received and now my account is closed! I received an email saying after checks a deposit limit would be applied then hour later my account is closed! I can’t seem to get hold of anyone and I’m waiting on £6500! I’ve done nothing wrong joined site got verified but still haven’t received my money! I will be taking this further if my money isn’t in bank account today! I have all the proof that the withdrawal is on the way and I’m verified! I’m very angry and upset.

I’m posting this again with 1 star instead of 2. This is because they replied and claimed they would try to contact me if I gave my account details but they didn’t. If they do, I’ll give them another review. Many companies reply to make it look like they make an effort to give good customer service but in reality they don’t give a damn. You WILL get awful customer service from most online casinos and betting firms. So here is the review again, with a more fitting rating. I joined earlier this week and closed my account in disgust following the customer service I received.Their welcome offer forces one to place a minimum 4 leg accumulator bet in order to receive 4 free bets and 50 spins. I did this, my bet lost and the free bets were credited. As soon as I tried to use the free bets for some multiples, the gift box icon disappeared after adding to one selection. I assumed this meant one can only bet singles with the free bets. Apparently, this wasn’t the case and I would have been able to place accumulator bets but not doubles or trebles! Why?I explained the situation and asked for the free bets to be replaced. Refused. I was told there was a loyalty scheme, I had already placed enough in bets to get a free bet for that but I hadn’t opted in.They just aren’t interested. They go on about valuing custom but a simple fix they’ve refused to apply and I just don’t tolerate awful customer service so I told them to close the account. They would rather lose customers than keep them happy.I actually thought it was quite a good site with good promotions but customer service is essential and they just don’t seem to want to keep customers!

HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE! This is a thoroughly disreputable company who prevented me withdrawing money, and even refused to return my funds when I closed my account. I told them I would both take legal action and inform the Gaming Commission. They then, surprisingly enough, did not hesitate to return the money! Conclusion – an underhand business who withhold money from clients as policy, fully aware that this is unacceptable but not expecting people to stand up to them.

Very happy with Midnite. There’s loads of different sports and markets, and the odds are very competitive. There’s also a big Casino section if that’s more your thing. Midnite also has lots of Safer Gambling tools and support if anyone ever needs it which is really great. I’d definitely recommend Midnite!

Sorry, but this site is no go. I had fully verified my account – level 3 (fully verified)… 3 days after – certain restrictions applied, requested more and even same documents I had uploaded.. But after a week, there was no email confirming a final restrictions, lifted or changed… Email that followed after 3 days I have decided to sent an email saying I am looking forward for an update.. email reply which I received: continue as normal if we will need anything else we will contact you, see for any restrictions on your account… And you know what? They just applied £ 550 loss limits which I just noticed during playing slots – message that said – you reached gaming limits.. no more bets can’t be placed. What a joke! Imagine that, zero tolerance for you as a client, just because they do not care. Sending such a sensitive papers – reply tells you zero outcome. Applying £ 550 loss limits – means you can bet 110 spins for £ 5 (a fiver) and that is all for a whole month. Scam, I truthfully agree with anyone else who says their verification process is a neglect and you just send them what they ask, but do not expect an answer. At the end of the day – they will just do this loss limits to make sure you’ll never win. So please, do a favor – stay away. They are beggars, they just need all your money, and they will treat you as you are nothing.

I thought I would give this site ago! I place my £10 pre match acca only becasue I cashed out I was unable to claim my sign up offer! I kindly went onto chat explained my case they litteraly told me to deposit anouther £10 and do it correctly 😂 instead of saying look we can add it as a gesture going forward please read terms. they were very poor in handling my situation and to be fair the site is not bad but if am going to have issues and there unwilling to sort it then am scared to lose big money with this site

I just won a big amount, I had an email saying congratulations and then this site restrictied my account . Saying verification under review. Don’t worry my money is safe. . But it’s OK.for me to deposit 100s. And In the middle of another big win they blocked my account..absolute rotten. I can’t even log in to see what they require, I’ve sent bank statement in pdf a council letter, my driving licence. And still. This is very devious and I will be taking this further as I know they are playing my money and purposely doing this to people.

I can honestly say the reviews regards the casino/slots on this site are 100% correct. I have played on many sites but the payout on this site is disgraceful. Over 1000 spins on one game and didn’t get the feature sorry but that is unheard of. I’m with everyone else’s 1 star reviews. Absolute scammers. Opened an account literally 2 days ago, deposited over £200 with no real luck, and as soon as I hit a bonus round and had a win I had one more spin and a message flagged up saying your accounts been restricted. Spoke to the live chat (multiple times) for them to say ohh your accounts just under review nothing to worry about it should be up and running again soon. Nope, get an email saying they’re no longer offering me an account and they don’t have to give a reason. Honestly worst site I’ve ever used. Thought the multiple bad reviews were a joke but no, stay very clear. Might seem like a good site at first but do not be fooled. All those 1 star reviews are 1 star for a reason. Its a shame. Midnite is a good casino , good selction , good communication and fast payouts BUT the casino obviously operates with a low RTP.They will say they are regulated and operating within the guidelines of UK laws to which I agree AND they will also say that each game is authenticated by a random generated number which I also agree. HOWEVER :- whilst they are operating withing the parameters of the UKGC etc they do have an extremely low RTP to the customer. How they do this Is either they just run low RTP across all their games OR they target games. For example I sessioned played one game for 3 days. Spent around 12 hours and over 10,000 spins. When the game hits a bonus it can trigger 5000x down to 1x but usually you will get a good percentage of 100x or more. This game nevr paid more than 70x and was also paying about 10x. I noticed the sequencing of the game was odd too compared to other sites I have played this game on. Therefore this leaves me with the conclusion that the RTP software on this game is targeted to play low.It is really disappointing that a casino acts this way and I KNOW their respone will be we operate to gambling standards and all our games are withing guidleines.

I’m going to try and be as balanced as possible here.So signed up, really liked the site/games etc.. after a while they asked me to verify my account, which I did no problem. Carried on playing had some decent wins and had some losses, as you would expect on a casino/betting site. Again not a problem. One day I deposited went to go and play and I couldn’t. My account had been restricted (after a deposit obviously). So messaged the chat service which were pretty quick to get back to me (again not a problem) and they said my account has been closed. Anyways too busy to carry on chat so end the chat and then start up a chat later on. Asked another person why my account has been closed? They didn’t know. I asked well who does? They then said another team would know but unfortunately it’s irreversible and they don’t have to give a reason…. EH? I understand if there’s been wrong doing but to close an account for no reason, absolute cowboys. No wonder nobody trusts these sites. It’s a shame because it’s a decent site to navigate around.

Don’t make sports bets. Had a on going accumulator my team scored twice in extra time but they only count results up to 90 minutes. Bet is then void even though I had the winning team. That means if you are placing a bet on a cup final and goes to extra time and penalties, No1 can win as any result after 90min doesn’t count. Absolutely absurd
