I registered, deposited £20, had a good few hours play on the casino and ended up on £150. It was up to £180 at one point. Decided to withdraw the £150 that same day. I visited the site again the next day and discovered they have a free daily scratch card but I was unable to find it. I contacted support via live chat and also email to be informed there were restrictions placed on my account and that I wouldn’t be able to play the free daily scratch card or take part in any future Midnite promos. I now can’t trust the site and won’t be going back.

Account was closed with no reasoning within hours of opening with an unsettled bet. I received absolutely no communication about this through email, so I spoke to a representative on live chat who repeatedly said that they refuse to disclose any reasoning behind the closure. Eventually the representative offered to refund my £10 bet to my card, however had I not reached out and pushed for it I am certain they would have been perfectly happy to keep my funds. There is a reason so many reviews are negative, there are loads of far better bookies out there – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have to say was surprised, a random pop up on super tips and now I’m going to call midnite home,my main betting and casino app . Rigged. Played for hours on 10p spins must’ve span 2000 times one game I spun for 1 hour straight did not hit the feature /scatter couldn’t believe it never experienced anything like it, I got 1 feature from the entire 2-3 hours of straight spinning and won like 1.50 from it. Beware this company.Opened an account with Midnite.Deposited £250.Had a few winners,my balance currently stands at £1,016.44.Midnite blocked my account,requesting verification of my address and identity.Midnite failed the verification.Did 2 different ID’s.Failed again.Now say’s “To many attempts” at verification.Nobody answers Emails.Nobody answers online chat.They are holding my money.Avoid this company.

❌❌❌ Avoid this betting site/app it is a complete SCAM, I deposited £2000 over 3 weeks ago after submitting documents and my account being verified. I didn’t place a bet as something wasn’t right and withdrew my money, 3 weeks down the line my account is suspended & been told it’s going to take a further 8 weeks as I requested a formal complaint for holding my money back and the way my case has been dealt with. Signed up and all seemed great, starting doing their signup offer and got restricted in the middle of doing this, then got asked to provide documents to just keep my account open and the restrictions would stay in place! Absolutely shocking to restrict someone in middle of a signup with absolutely no reasoning at all but expect you to still bet with them! Think I’ll take my business elsewhere

I am glad I did not read the reviews, before using them. (I normally do). I NEVER EVER go out of my way to do reviews but after (incredibly – he and his friends will never use it again!) a recommendation I tried this account out and the ONLY reason why it appealed was the immediate nature of withdrawals BUT they are the WORST business I have ever dealt with and have harassed me continuously asking me for a mass of data and I lost approx £500 and they said to me yesterday that there would be no more hassle and the ‘matter was closed’ but today on Easter Monday when I sit here at Chepstow racecourse they have mailed me to say that they have been ringing me and my account is only ‘withdrawal only’ as I picked a 14-1 winner.They are a disgrace and I usually do KYC on betting companies and should have come here – more fool me!!AVOID – PLEASE TRUST ME!

Didn’t read the reviews till AFTER I signed up, deposited £200 and withdrew £500. Thought oh no…. going to have to do the verification dance….Wasn’t until I read another review saying his withdrawal was through within 30mins…. checked my bank… and had already received it. Steer clear of this Midnite casino! They pride themselves on bringing you the next generation of entertainment, stating they bring their fans together to enhance their rush of winning money! They only accept passports or driving licences. Bit silly you either have to drive or fork out for a passport to be able to play. There is a lot of ways to verify your account, get with the times!

Only signed up last week, had no issues seeing i always verify before making a deposit, one would of thought that was common sense! had to put 5 stars, to try and cancel some of the haters! would however give 4 stars anyway.Just would like to see a search button and a few more providers. Deposited 1k to place bet. Instantly a/c restricted so couldn’t place a specific bet. Not in a position to verify a/c in time so tried to withdraw my money. Do not give your money to this company!!! It started out fine, I’ve been with them for about a year. Placing small bets and occasional blackjack. Throughout my time with them, they’ve every so often requested documents from me, asking for income/wageslips etc. I’ve always provided these, and my account has been unlocked. Now, two weeks ago, then blocked my account when I had a live bet (so I still have no idea of the outcome.) they asked for my bank statements and ID, I provided this. Nothing to hide! Now they’ve closed my account stating ‘Thanks for your patience whilst we reviewed your source of funds, unfortunately based on the provided information we have made the decision to keep your account closed’. I think they basically haven’t reviewed my bank statements yet and because I raised a formal complaint, they’ve decided to close my account just to get me off their back, as I’ve been chasing them for two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone, loads of better sites out there, the bigger ones, who don’t request bank statements and even if they did, it wouldn’t take them 2 weeks to review. Jokers of a company * addition to their reply – no point going to their website chat or emailing, never respond. Just say ‘we’re reviewing this’. Took them two weeks before and only got a response because I kept chasing and raised a formal complaint, which hasn’t even been acknowledged.

Simply tried to sign up and I’m being turned away because they don’t accept my identification and in the same breath saying GOV.UK does not recognize the Citizencard? when it’s clearly approved by the Home Office (GOV.UK) which I stated and this is the response I received “We understand it” basically that means no matter what I said right or wrong they were not willing to help me and that’s terrible customer service referring me to the terms and conditions on which I accepted when I signed up? implying I should of known beforehand? Citizencard is legitimate identification for the UK! nit everyone drives or goes abroad! the Citizencard is perfectly acceptable day to day identification! So thought I’d give them a try all good until they suspended my account and asked for verification. Sent them my driving licence and a shot of a statement showing my address and it was the dated for Feb 2024. They then ask for a PDF copy. I don’t think so as that would show financial stuff. Very dodgy, avoid at all costs.

They take your money and then ask you to verify your account but then refuse your government approved identification although that is what is required! As a matched better I’ve taken advantage of Midnite often. I took so-so value from a matched betting point of view for almost a year to keep them giving me free bets. It was very rare I had to contact customer service to get a free bet credited to my account. Once they sent the gubbing email I smashed some BIG arbs and was quickly blocked from any real bet. Fair enough. Thanks for the free money for almost zero effort Zero issues with withdrawals. Minimal issues with the decent weekly free bet offers. Customer service was always quite positive No real complaints. If Midnite want to hire a bum to freeze bets on their site when the odds switch and will cost them a lot of money with people arbing them, let me know

Reading through the reviews was very hesitant making an account, had slight issues getting verified but once I did no issues with the company so far. Deposits and withdrawals fine, mostly receive payment within a couple of hours. Website is good and easy to use and loads of promos

Do not use this company!!! They are scammers!!! Joined, I was verified, won £700 then my account was suspended! I was never even informed by email or any other correspondence from this company that my account had been suspended or the reason why. I only found out when I tried to login. Went on the live chat several times and it was a complete waste of time they just fob you off saying the responsible team are looking into it – I have still never been told why the account was suspended. Have also sent numerous emails to support@midnite – total waste of time! I also have not had my money sent to my bank account. This has dragged on for nearly a week and nobody from Midnite has contacted me regarding this matter! They seem to think they can keep a hold of my money without a reason! I have made a complaint to the gambling commission but this will take weeks/months to sort out but I hope in the end they shut these rats down! Deposited £50 won a couple bets withdrew the money and woke up to an email to verify my account so I thought okay fine sent in passport, driving licence and me holding my passport they wanted a picture of my card now I deposited via revolut which in my case is a virtual card through the app they were happy taking my money through this but sending it back seems to be a massive issue they’ve currently got £50 of my money that they say they’re holding even though I’ve sent in the documents they require I am contacting my bank instead for the money back as midnite customer service are rude this company deserves no business and hopefully will go bust one day when the authorities find out how they work

Joined today, 4 bets 3 winners. Up a few quid nothing major and account suspended and had to send bank statements for full month of February. WARNING!!!!!Do not use this company, You will spend all of your time chasing them to get your documents verified and your funds sent back. I deposited and won a small amount of money, they locked my account and said they needed to speak to me, I waited and waited for the call which never happened. I went on their live chat for 2 hours and an operator called John left me waiting for ages, before telling me they are busy and could not give me any timescale for a call back, despite being informed 4 hours earlier that they would call me this evening. With disappointment I asked for the account to be closed and my balance sent back. Signup was easy, voluntarily uploaded documents to get verified. I was verified within 30mins. Easy to use interface. Withdrawals are instant which is a big bonus. Now for the but. From time to time they lock you out from betting for 5mins. I mean what is that all about? Encourage you to bet more by emailing offers and having weekly reward clubs. Then when you take part regularly as they have encouraged you, they send an email saying you’re banned from all future promotions. Only been singed up for about 6 weeks, what a poor way to treat a customer that you are making money from. Oh well, plenty of other bookies to take my business to but certainly leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
