I just won a big amount, I had an email saying congratulations and then this site restrictied my account . Saying verification under review. Don’t worry my money is safe. . But it’s OK.for me to deposit 100s. And In the middle of another big win they blocked my account..absolute rotten. I can’t even log in to see what they require, I’ve sent bank statement in pdf a council letter, my driving licence. And still. This is very devious and I will be taking this further as I know they are playing my money and purposely doing this to people.

I can honestly say the reviews regards the casino/slots on this site are 100% correct. I have played on many sites but the payout on this site is disgraceful. Over 1000 spins on one game and didn’t get the feature sorry but that is unheard of. Positives are fast payouts but in short keep well away from the casino unless that is you just want to give your money away.

I’m with everyone else’s 1 star reviews. Absolute scammers. Opened an account literally 2 days ago, deposited over £200 with no real luck, and as soon as I hit a bonus round and had a win I had one more spin and a message flagged up saying your accounts been restricted. Spoke to the live chat (multiple times) for them to say ohh your accounts just under review nothing to worry about it should be up and running again soon. Nope, get an email saying they’re no longer offering me an account and they don’t have to give a reason. Honestly worst site I’ve ever used. Thought the multiple bad reviews were a joke but no, stay very clear. Might seem like a good site at first but do not be fooled. All those 1 star reviews are 1 star for a reason. Edit** Don’t know why you’re telling me to go on live chat in the response. Its a shame. Midnite is a good casino , good selction , good communication and fast payouts BUT the casino obviously operates with a low RTP.They will say they are regulated and operating within the guidelines of UK laws to which I agree AND they will also say that each game is authenticated by a random generated number which I also agree. HOWEVER :- whilst they are operating withing the parameters of the UKGC etc they do have an extremely low RTP to the customer. How they do this Is either they just run low RTP across all their games OR they target games. For example I sessioned played one game for 3 days. Spent around 12 hours and over 10,000 spins. When the game hits a bonus it can trigger 5000x down to 1x but usually you will get a good percentage of 100x or more. This game nevr paid more than 70x and was also paying about 10x. I noticed the sequencing of the game was odd too compared to other sites I have played this game on. Therefore this leaves me with the conclusion that the RTP software on this game is targeted to play low.It is really disappointing that a casino acts this way and I KNOW their respone will be we operate to gambling standards and all our games are withing guidleines.

I read all the negative views and also the good ones ! All I can say is they been fair to me ! I don’t do slots or casino but the sports book is one of the best I’ve come across! I’m going to try and be as balanced as possible here.So signed up, really liked the site/games etc.. after a while they asked me to verify my account, which I did no problem. Carried on playing had some decent wins and had some losses, as you would expect on a casino/betting site. Again not a problem. One day I deposited went to go and play and I couldn’t. My account had been restricted (after a deposit obviously). So messaged the chat service which were pretty quick to get back to me (again not a problem) and they said my account has been closed. Anyways too busy to carry on chat so end the chat and then start up a chat later on. Asked another person why my account has been closed? They didn’t know. I asked well who does? They then said another team would know but unfortunately it’s irreversible and they don’t have to give a reason…. EH? I understand if there’s been wrong doing but to close an account for no reason, absolute cowboys. No wonder nobody trusts these sites. It’s a shame because it’s a decent site to navigate around.

Don’t make sports bets. Had a on going accumulator my team scored twice in extra time but they only count results up to 90 minutes. Bet is then void even though I had the winning team. That means if you are placing a bet on a cup final and goes to extra time and penalties, No1 can win as any result after 90min doesn’t count. Absolutely absurd

Scamming behavior! I opened a new account and placed my bets. But all of a sudden they put in restrictions. I tried to chat with them, but they just said they’ve made this decision and won’t tell me why. Absolutely frustrating behavior. I bet on various other sites (big and small) and they all know how to treat their customers right. Got to say that I disagree with most of the comments below. Very fair in my opinion and I won on the games on multiple occasions. Only slight problem I had was an issue with my withdrawal as I was using a mastercard debit but I contacted the support team who were always quick to reply and solved the problem within a day or so. So top marks from me and I will continue to use them going forward.

I see I got a standard reply from the Midnite Team. Stating that all games are verified by 3rd party regulation monitoring. Yes to a point they are….but you as a casino will adjust games to suit your profits. If you see a User/Game regularly pay and you are being targeted then you will adjust the software RTP accordingly. There is no way a Random Generated app would spin 10,000 times and only pay out 40x.

Deposited £2000 over the course of 4 hours. Played the same game as i know on other sites the bonus can pay. Probably had 10,000 spins at £0.75 to £3. Only bonus’d 5 times and only paid a max of 40x. Probably had the tease of the bonus over 250 times. So thats 5 bonus in 10,000 spins and paying 40x. WOW….they called me to ask why I am depositing so much, to which I replied to try and get a decent bonus round which I know this game does do. RTP on game was 94% when I checked afterwards… They must target games and turn off the ablility to hit good bonus wins. I deposited around £100-£150 and was having a go on a few horses until an automatic 15-minute cooldown was placed on my account. Of course, my selection for the next race won and I just let it go. 1 hour later I went to deposit again and the 15-minute cooldown was still there, so my selection then won again. Midnite says it’s a security feature to protect customers, but it costs me £230. When I contacted live chat support and said I wouldn’t be using their services again they immediately withdrew the “security feature” to get me to continue with their website, which I said I will never use again because this will happen again. It seems very suspicious and unfair betting enforcing limits on accounts that haven’t selected limits.
