The other day I simply asked one question which was is it possible to block one part of your site if you think your spending to much . And the result is my account was suspended indefinitely because they took from that question please block my account . If this is what happens when you ask for something and you get bad customer service then I would advise people to stay away . They are not even worth contacting as they say 24hrs and 72hrs you are still waiting. Plus these “experts ” seem to think they can make decisions for you . PatheticOne more thing is that the same response is also copied and pasted to every review which is speak to live chat .this is how much they care . They can’t even be bothered to reply with an actual answer . also WHEN YOU SAY A TYPICAL RESPONSE IN LIVE CHAT IS A FEW HOURS THEN ITS NOT LIVE CHAT ITS ANOTHER WAY OF SAYING EMAILS DUHHHH

Refused to payout on a winning leg. No reason given just that they can’t change it now it’s settled. Absolute crooks. Leg was a draw in the marlins mets game on 29/09/23 which is clearly a 0-0 draw.

App is so poor There Constantly having issues with there app with not accepting bets Or not letting u add selections .. seems to be happening a lot recently . And also half there new casino games don’t load on the app so pointless at the min … Not even impressed and still no horse racing but tbh probs a good thing as there app is deffo not ready

joined yesterday played casino won 3 times from small deposits, and hadn’t even finished asking for the withdrawal and its paid in to my pay pal. This is the fastest i have ever been paid out from any casino. games all played well apart from one slot and customer service were helpful in resetting my password not sure about sports side of it as dont use that

Not had a problem. Maybe If I win thousands they might stall, I don’t know but I withdrew £300 and it hit bank within half an hour. Same when I withdrew £150 a few days ago. Odds are a bit poor and markets not all available hence 4 stars and I saw one price ..1529/100. I mean what in the name of gambling is that price lol!!!

Max bet restrictions placed on account within 1 week. Can only bet maximum of around £3 on most markets and not even allowing me to bet 1p on certain markets. Another loser company with pussy traders. They then voided my bets that I placed before they restricted my account claiming there had been an obvious error. No, the reality is your traders have no clue how to price up rugby markets. If you don’t know how to price up rugby don’t create markets on the Rugby World Cup.

Wanted to leave a review after seeing so many bad. But I wanted to leave a fair review.With the football betting, the markets are not that wide (bet building SoT or fouls, assists etc.) but you are able to accumulate bet builders which is great. Horse racing markets are basically non existent. So only really good if you like football betting. App can be a bit buggy but overall no real issues. Depositing and withdrawing money is very good, i think my withdrawal was instant. Big plus.Very good for free bets. I usually place a few accas/bet builders a week and get a few different free £5 and £10 bets per week so its top notch for that!However, I had a bet yesterday which I wanted to question (lost by one corner eng v scot) as there was a blatant corner not given by the ref and the customer service has been very slow. I sent a message around 10pm, got a reply 3/4 hours later, then when I replied I have still had nothing back 10 hours later. Does not fill me with confidence if a real issue ever arose.Overall, small markets, but very good for free bets and withdrawals (very important) and customer service could be so much better!

Signed up for the welcome bonus, placed my bets and went to sleep.Woke up in the morning to a closed account, they said it was for a business decision so I asked for my money back, they said no.Lost out on my deposits and didn’t get my welcome bonus, no refund offered and account closed, just straight up theft.

Not had a problem . Even with the 3 stage verification if I sent the wrong document straight away I was advised if it was wrong and what would be accepted . Got accepted within a couple of hours . I have deposited and lost but also won a bit . The withdrawal process is the quickest I’ve ever had and its done within seconds . Withdrawal process done as you wait .

15 days to reply to a complaint has passed…And still no explanation as to why you are holding on to the money I deposited for no reason and wont let me withdraw my own money after a month of no explanation.

I’ve been playing on midnite for a while and I have to say that is actually a good site with good free bets offers..plus the withdrawal times are super fast..usually when you withdraw..the next morning you have your money..I would have put 5 stars if only they had a bigger market..especially in tennis there are not many matches available to play..just atp and atp challengers and few other..if they were able to upgrade their range it would be esy 5 stars.Overall I reccomend it.P.sI usually never write a review , but I read some bad reviews with no reason..so to make it fair this is my onest and humble one.

Don’t honestly sign up. They will let you sign up, deposit money into your account and place a bet BUT they will they suspend your account demanding documents. They never acknowledge the documents and keep replying with an automated email with no one actually replying in the email. They won’t answer any questions or provide no help. They will probably give an automated message to this complaint on trust pilot saying to contact via the live chat etc. DONT SIGN UP JUST GO WITH WILLIAM HILL PADDY POWER ETC (Midnite will just take your money and not reply- check all the review)

Excellent bookmakers for football, offer a wide range of selections on premier league and championship. They have instant pay outs, un like some bookies! I have had no issues with them and every penny I’ve won they’ve aloud me to withdraw it straight away. Will continue betting with them!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Been a customer for a few months. Accepted a £100 deposit at 1am, but then when I wanted to bet, requested my passport and proof of address. My passport is expired. Unwilling to help and insist my £100 will remain in their possession until I get a new passport, despite me simply asking them to return my deposit and close my account. Absolute cowboy company and honestly, avoid at all costs. Odds, promos and rewards are all better elsewhere anyway. Worst online betting site I’ve ever used and zero customer serviceUPDATE! After contacted their live chat as requested below, they still refused to help me. It’s simply a way to make it look like they deal with their negative reviews. This bookmaker has terrible odds and does not even have a horse racing market. It wants you to keep placing bets with your own money and never win. If you start doing any of their promotions get free bets using your own money to qualify. They will ban and restrict you after a week! Then lie and excuse you for abusing their bonus funds! Even though you spent more than you received in bonus funds. They are a bunch of crooks. They are allowed to do this because the gambling licence in the UK is a disgrace!

I had to write this review because my experience of using midnite has been completely different. I have had no problems whatsoever from signing up to withdrawals etc. The bonuses are regular and are better than many other bookmakers. As midnite grows I am sure they will be deserving of 5 stars.

SCAMMERS, don’t even consider opening an account. They suspend your account even though you’ve supplied ample ID and also refuse to let you withdraw which is just theft!!They clearly have a bot to send the same reply everytime, you go to live chat and get nowhere, wish I had of read these reviews before going near them!

Quite happy with site very fast withdrawals not as much in play as other sites but big sporting events are available would like horse racing available but 🤷‍♂️Overall a lot better than other smaller sites

Just an update on Midnite.com.Is getting better there is more boosts,promotions,free bet chances.Still less markets then on Skybet but there is lots of improvements.Withdrawing money is very easy and are credited in seconds to your bank account.Still cash outs are suspended when there is one down to win a bets lip but I really started enjoying it.Maybe it is time to introduce free bet club.I originally posted bad review but now I can easily give 4 stars.
