As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

I will just basically say what everyone else did.Scamm and rigged games.6 different games deposit to play each not even a one bonus all games catching errors just to interfere with you getting bonus.They scumbags should be prosecuted.They deserve proper fee from gambling commission like some other sites.Hopefully soon it’s going to happen.Karma is always coming back and I’m sure those shameless thieves will pay.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.Shamless without any qualities or dignity.

Impossible to unsubscribe from daily spam on the phone. I never signed up for this and it tells me I have to log in to unsubscribe, but I don't have, and never made an account

worst service ever … 18 dec. I tried to deposit 500 one did not get money in the account but deducted from the bank. talked to their customer service who said i got the money back after a short time as this was a bug in their system therefore tried again and problem came again. I am now missing 1000. and mobilebet says they are on the case but after 4 months I still have not got my money. stay away from this company and their incompetent employee.

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don't have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. And yeah I didn't lose my moneys I took 700 euros out but that was just 200% luck. Go play other casinos until they change the bonus terms.

It seems deposits from cards transferring manually and it takes time. I read the comments below and the same problem seems for most of people. You deposit but it takes a couple of days to reach them. Didn't had a time to try the site but deposit system needs a bit work.

Tok out some money and verified my account.
Recieved the money i wanted to withdraw but they closed my account afterwards and it still had a balance of around 6600 kr that i had no access to.

I would not recommend mobilebet at all.

Very bad. Belong same company with ComeOn betting site. You gona waste a lot time listening their bull* chat comments. Always need to go there and ask your freebets they promised you and they make it some long and difficult. Just go and find another betting site, your life is much easier like that. Don't care whatever they promise you couse theres always some tricks you need to do before betting bonuses they say they give you.And don't believe them being so good and honest when they come here and comment these negative comments about their company. If they would really care their players these comments would not be here. It's like they come here to talk us while they ignore us when talking their page chat. Very low moral company!

i made deposite, money left my bank account but never arrived on my mobilebet account. I tried to communicate with support. They said me to send them screenshot of payment with my bank details and my name. I send them screenshot of payment in my bank app. There is not my name and its impossible for me to take recquired screenshot. I quess i never see my money again.

Buggy site but at least not a scam.

Finally gave up on this site. It was down for at least 4 days so I decided to withdraw my funds. I didn't expect to get my money back but I did within a couple hours. Impossible to play at the sport section of the site but they seem legit after all.

I deposited some money yesterday and quickly figured out the site is actually down. The sports betting section of the page isn't loading. I double checked and the entire site seems to be down and it hasn't been working for the last 24 hours. Pretty annoying. Hopefully it gets fixed but this site seems to have some serious bug issues.

Not happy so far. Very buggy site. Right now it wont load at all. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. Also had the same problem earlier on a different wifi. It is impossible to place bets. The support claims that they have a high number of queries right now. No wonder if the site isnt working at all. I will be back later. Hopefully it works again. I havent tried withdrawing my funds yet. I hope it goes without any further pain. I cant play on a site as buggy as this.

Edit: Mobilebet is actually down right now. It may only be temporarily but it is not the first time this happens and quite annoying. Hopefully it gets better when they are up and running again.

Buggy site and slow.
Didn’t get my first deposit bonus – didn’t work (also the link they send for that didn’t work). Very bad, I don’t recommend palying on that site.

I participated in the first deposit bonus promotion (100 euro plus 100 euro). Everything went well, I mean, I doubled the starting balance. Payout went very fast (within 2 days to credit card) and verification was just normal (ID, proof address, mobile number and bank card).

I had overall very good experience with the site.

Did write a simple review 6 days ago (se below) regarding a withdrawal I have not received. I did win NOK1500 and made a withdrawal 29th of September. I have still not received any funds, despite providing my bank statement several times. Customer service chat is just rubbish and gives me the same answer every time "we are still looking into it". Never using Mobilebet again.

I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too.
As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge.
They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would've at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that's after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it's my; last money to survive and I'm feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don't think their customer's wellbeing or even life matters.

The website is easy on the eye and the interface is a very basic one which on the plus side means that punter or bettors can easily find the sport they want to bet on. However as simple as the interface is, the website takes a lot of time to load. The in-play betting on the other hand provides an easy way to find a market to bet on.

Made a withdrawal, never got the funds. Customer support takes weeks to respond and keep asking for bank statement in pdf Even though my bank only gives me excel version. This was about 2 months ago. Stay away.

MobileBet does not have a say when we talk about customer service and support. The website does not state how one can access the customer service, it does not include an FAQ. I had to Google how to locate the support page on the website. Live Chat and email is included in the site but it’s operational only between 8-9am and 9-930pm. Making withdrawals from this bookie can be frustrating. Although, the website is pretty easy to use. There is a sign up bonus of 200%.

This betting company is hilarious… 5 weeks waiting for my withdrawal..and all information i get – "wait one more week, be patient"…every monday same story..provider canceled payment…? So where is my money?… Highly recomend stop and never try using mobilbet..they care just about deposits to their account and makes it in seconds.. when the things turns around – no money for more than month…amazing company..

I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!

So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!

Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

DO NOT use this betting site ! I won 50.000nok, made a withdrawal.. it says 2-7 banking weeks till money comes to the Bank account. 4 weeks passed, i am talking to many different assistants on live Chat and everything i get is ” we are sorry, please be patient, or You have to play only with the money You can afford to loose”…what?? Just telling Me about some problems with transfer provider, i asked for some contacts who is responsible for the transfer, answer – be patient… Same story was 3 years ago. I won on a bet worth 3600,- NOK.
Says in the log I won. But have not recived any money. Talked to live chat 6 times. They dont understand anything. And after a lot of explaning they said we fix this, sorry for problems. Still no money. Feels like a scam company. Play elsewhere is my advice.

I was watching live football and had a bet on the team to get the second corner which was a winning bet but came back as a losing bet

I tried to sort the situation out by trying live chat and told I was number "one" in the que but still had to wait 6 minutes to speak to someone. I'm glad I wasn't number 6 or 7 in the que or I'd be waiting hours to try and sort a mistake out on there part

I have been locked out of my account for over a week because of some "currency update". I did not receive a notice about this update, one day I was just locked out of my account.

I had active bets that i could not act upon.

Customer service has been very unhelpful and did not reply to my questions regarding why there was no notice before the update or when they think this will be resolved.

This is truly the worst experience I have had with any betting site.

Here is an update, I STILL haven't received my money! its been over 4 weeks and they make excuses after excuses.. first, they made up that Neteller couldn't receive money and they pretended they were talking with neteller that was just a lie. my neteller is open and has been in use all his time.. then they said, use bank transfer.. so i did, but i have not received money yet over 9 days ago, the page says up to 1-6.. and again they say its a tecnical problem… they just make excuses and want the money for themselves.

Dont expect to be able to withdraw any of your winnings from this company. Customer service is awful to deal with. They also ask for far too much card information. Pictures of the front and back or your card showing the first 6 and last 4 numbers. I have had to supply online casino/bookmakers information before but never that much card information. My documents have always been accepted with others but not with this company. Stay clear.

Absolutely fine, slick and easy to use and paid out my winnings within about 3 days. No problems here at all. I can’t comment on what their customer service is like as I haven’t required it, but when I came on here to check that the site was genuine I became nervous (after having already committed to a deposit) but I can safely say, it’s genuine.

This company is an absolute sham. Please AVOID at all cost if you cherish your money and time. When you deposit money. Any withdrawals you won't ever see them. They keep asking for proofs of identification but they make every excuse why they aren't acceptable. For example I sent them a council tax bill and they complained it was in black and white.
