I just wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before I opened an account with Monster Casino. Having made a very small profit I decided to withdraw my balance. After doing this the freebet that I used (which was a winner) was then cancelled!. This practice was not made clear at the time I placed the freebet. Also, this company charged a 1% commission for withdrawing your own money!!!!! It appears that this company operates out of Curaçao and I urge everybody NOT to open an account with this joke of a company.

So my far experience has been good so I am being hopeful! I uploaded my documents on Saturday for them to be approved last night. The online chat support have been very helpful very time I have messaged them. I signed up and deposited £10 and placed a bet to receive my £30 free bet. My initial bet won. I placed my Free £30 get which also won. Because I withdrew my original £10 bet after winning my free £30 was cancelled and I received nothing. After messaging with Daniel on monster, who was rather cocky towards the end of our messaging, claiming it is very clear if you win and take back your winnings,you lose your free bet. Sound right?

Anybody reading this, I cannot stress enough that this site is a scam! How on earth it gets away with it I don’t know! I used a £30 free bet and won £120 however the bet status still keeps saying ‘pending’. I have contacted them via chat and email and I keep getting the same BS response – lying to say the free bet expired which it didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to use it in the first place! Unfortunately for them they have scammed the wrong person as my girlfriend is a solicitor and legal action will be taken! I have used many less well-known betting sites which have been great, this is the first one to ever do this.

1 Star only because they do pay out pretty quick. For the rest of the experience I advise to stay well clear. I know they say it’s all random generated but not here. Every single game takes ages to bonus and when you get the bonus don’t hold your breath! I’ve had 48p and £1.20 bonus wins after waging at least £50. I know this happens on most sites but not every bonus. Don’t know how they screw these games down but they do. Avoid this site at all costs

Won £1625 with bonus funds after getting 25% each deposit I put £80 on 4x£20. And it wiped my £1600 and replaced with £15!! Recently registered with this site so i was new to it. Have to say after reading reviews I was a little doubtful playing on this site, but I thought I would make my own mind up. Total scam. A complete investigation of this company’s fraudulent verification method is needed. It uses it as an excuse to withhold paying out. From reading other reviews, my experience is not a one off. You shouldn’t have to take legal action to get access to your funds

Where do I start with them!First off it took 3 weeks to get withdrawals processed with them, kept turning round saying that the documents sent wasn’t right (Driving Licence and Bank Statements was sent to them round 15 times and kept failing).Had to replace my bank card due to payments being taken from the account with my consent (not Monster) but told them that the card was frozen and that the money from the winnings should be send to the bank account but they didn’t do that.Then today they closed the account because they didn’t want to keep up with the business partnership, so I cannot add my new card to make the withdrawals again. The most terrible casino. Keep yourself and money away from this awful casino. I lost over £2500 yesterday. I’m not complaining of lossing my money. It is gambling. You gamble to loss or win. Think I have been scammed out of £4200 had a big win and like most people had to be approved .I got 3 out of 4 documents approved and 1 was declined as it was not in a pdf format .Well it was in a pdf and the 11 times I checked both statements where fine it’s them at it .Not impressed to be honest quick enough to take your money but not pay out stay away from this site disgusting absolutely disgusting name and shame .
