Absolutely awful, had a win and suddenly they need to verify me, so after sending 256 forms of I.d they said I was all clear. I has been a member with this delightful company 1 week and received an email stating they no longer want to carry on the business relationship, still to this day I've no idea why. Its all smokes and mirrors, be very careful if you haven't got the correct 3 forms of I.d you may never get access to YOUR money again you have been warned.

Like the vast majority my experience with this site have been poor, my fault for not reading reviews first. Certainly would not recommend “always a catch when you contact them” made a formal complaint still waiting on a reply. Advice simple, avoid this site !

Probably the worst Casino i've ever played.anything above a £2 bet is a no go.bonus is shocking in terms of payout with the very small chance you get one. stay away you've been warned

Easy to sign up but beware when attempting to withdraw even a tiny amount as they will make you go through the full ID/verification process (ID, debit card, proof address etc) before approving. Plus they take 1% as a withdrawal fee!

As long as you read the T&C's. It is pretty clear . I understand it . But it's a 30 pound free bet u wasent going to get right? So anything is a.plus win or lose its entertainment for me makes it more interesting placing a bet on football.I totally understand were people are coming from. Place a bet of 30 pound in free bets wins gets credited as bonus bets then x1 wager for it to be credited with real funds. But also capped at 200 pound. But again it's FREE and if u understand the logic and just back mad hot favourites. It's actually a win . For 10 pound .. u have Ur original bet u put on Wats real cash with a chance of winning. and 30 pound free bet to get an extra 200 pound. Iv had no problems so far

I would suggest that all people like myself who have been scammed out of winnings report these scumbags to the UK Gambling Commission. These parasites should not hold a gambling license.These people are happy taking your money, as soon as you win big they cry foul.

I deposited £20. Won £13 so tried to withdraw my £33. Every excuse in the world until blocked my account under safer gambling rules. I had done 1 bet and won. Safest gambling is paying what you owe. Welching bookies! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS I NOW HAVE TO MESS ABOUT TAKING LEGAL ACTION.It ain't the £33. It is the principle. Everyone should avoid as they just lie then block your IP address.This is not how we do business in the UK. A bet is a contract. I honoured my side by depositing the money and placing the bet. Had I lost, tough luck! I am so livid right now!

Withdrew £1640 after winning legitimateally and was banned days later after waiting on withdrawal apparently they listed multiple reasons such a cheating or multiple account ect Ben playing for years online never seen such obvious unfairness and scamming on there side as there no resolution process to Appel and the decision is final with no clear reason Ben though I know ther is none hav to take them to court now

After reading the reviews last night i was a bit worried about not receiving my winnings, I had no problem at all, I got an email and message saying they had gone thru, I checked and they where in my account, thanks. Good choice of games and good lay out.

Strangely easy to deposit money which is surely the more important part?? ya know to try and stop people depositing and playing with money that's not theirs.But of course when trying to withdraw you have to jump through hoops. Take pictures of passports, pictures of you holding it. Why the hell didn't you care about any of this for depositing. Morally bankrupt pieces of crap.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have been waiting weeks for a withdrawal and constant emails to customer support are met with a cookie cutter response which suggests they didn’t even read my message. They are unhelpful and unresponsive and it feels like they have stolen my money. Stay wel away from this company, they are not legit.

Terrible. Signed up to free bet offer with qualifying bet. Told I didn't qualify due to having a membership at one of their sister sites. This isn't clear at all and is tucked away in a small section of the Ts and C's, and I was only told of this AFTER I'd lost the qualifying bet. Surely if they know that you are registered on a sister site, they could tell you when you sign up? It isn't illegal or anything, and they'll argue I should have read the pages and pages of extensive terms and conditions, but it just felt very sneaky to me and left a bad taste in my mouth.I actually looked into further bets and there seems to be to a bonus scheme but you don't know what it is until you qualify, which seems pretty rubbish.Avoid.
