This is the wrong place to win! They will make u regret it waiting for your withdrawal, keep promising it will be accepted directly, but when they say directly they mean 4 days, since i won Thursday and according to the 4th employee in their support chat, they do not view it during the weekend. So 4 days (if they accept it on Monday) and then 1-2 days from the bank, since they do not use Swish! Congratulations, worst betting experience by far in Sweden the past 10 years!

It’s one of the better casinos. They have a great variety of slots and tables. Customer service more often than not is slow and sometimes I had to wait for withdrawals days. When you get hold of a support agent, they are usually kind and understanding but that doesn’t make the experience much better if you just want a withdrawal. Deposits work fast, though 🙂 in genereal I think they have a good win rate and I recommend betting at there Roulette tables, they seem to be generous and giving.

I attempted to withdraw. I then received an email asking me to login to change my withdrawal method to bank account. I then tried to login but was prompted with the following message: ‘your account has been blocked.’ So this company has stolen my money, breaking many UK gambling regulations in the process. I do enjoy the layout of the site. It isn’t particularly glitchy and it has a good range of slots. The issue I have is being charged to make a withdrawal. I don’t know how they justify that. It doesn’t cost anything at all to make a bank transfer. Just seems greedy.

Honestly I’ve never had as much trouble as I have with MrGreen. For every single promotion I have to write to the customer service in order to receive my bonus, otherwise I would not receive it. Dont waste your money!!! You will get burned!!!! I got ripped off twice from mr.green. i was playing good girl bad girl. I wont the bonus at $2.00, once it switched from the main games to the bonus it gave me an error message. I contacted customer service and they said ir was on my end and to clear my cache and try other devices. Well 25 different devices and 10 customer service inquiries and my issues expidited to the slot technical dept. I am being told the same thing over and over. Open account in January 2021 and all was going smoothly tell I won 29k in may 2021 and tried to withdraw it. The same night I got a email asking me to verify my account.I then upload the information they asked me to upload. The next day I get a email asking for a up to date ID. I replied to this saying it will take me 3 week to get this and got no reply.14day after my withdrawal request Mr green returned my found to my account say they haven’t received the requested documentation in time. Signed up and deposited money, placed a bet and account became blocked and was asked to verify – had to send in ID, bank statements, pictures of my card and a photo of me holding my ID. All documents been accepted however after sending 4 photos of my holding my ID they keep sending emails saying they have not received it. Customer service are terrible and no one knows what is going on. Unable to withdraw and close my account until this is resolved. Avoid this company and stick to bet365.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new.
