Charge me to deposit and withdraw.Bombard me with offers daily that they then don’t give after qualifying bet. Absolute scam and clearly noone does anything about it. Put me off online gambling that’s for sure . Same with their sister sites as well not delivering on free bets They also don’t reply on the live chat or when I send the email on the website . Avoid!

Signed up as a new customer and they failed to give me the sign up promotion bonus after I met all the criteria. Avoid them, as they are not trustworthy and a waste of time.

AVOID!! Just like the other reviews i deposited money, won and the next day they closed my account for NO reason and will not allow me to withdraw my money. Have made contact with them everyday and they just ignore me. I have now escalated to Resolva and the gambling commission. So deposited alot with this company as soon as I request a withdrawal they make things hard asking for every document known to man. Even with every document they asked for still making things hard. If they pay me my winnings ill change this review but until then avoid avoid avoid. They take our hard earned money off us easily enough but when you try claim back a tiny percentage of what you’ve actually put in they start to ask every question like being frisked by police! Won over £30k 5 days ago all identification document submitted and approved .submitted the withdrawl request and it still currently sitting at pending.received email confirmation of my winnings.and still no new update when they say 24-48 hours payout. Been on live chat everyday and being told it with the finance company and it will be reviewed shortly. As there is a long queue of withdrawl request .hopefully I won’t be waiting much more otherwise I will be taking this futher as it theft .I’ve screen shoted all communication aswell incase I need it .by all means I will be putting a positive feedback when I receive my winnings.

Shame 😳 I didn’t check the reviews before to open an account Recently, I have opened an Account with mr.mega , deposited a few time , with no luck 🍀 to win ,after my last bet was successful , i have won a small amount after i win my bet I have made a withdraw of 500 , and after 9 working days it is still pending , Luckily i didn’t not bet to much on this site , and i will definitely not use this site until my withdraw will be processed I will come back to change my review after my withdraw will be processed, but after all review here , i can see this will happen 😢 I will aslo make a complaint about this Company

I agree with all the low reviews unfortunately. I deposited £100, it wouldn’t let me pay any games so I withdraw my £100 straight away within minutes of it being deposited and now they won’t give it me back. They’ve closed down my account. Definitely a SCAM company. Please please please don’t give your hard earnt money to them like I have. So heartbreaking!!!!

Awful company! I did everything I could to get my account reopened! Letter a photo of me holding my bank card spoke to safer gambling! And when I got it opened and went to deposit they said my account had been disabled so now they have all my information and I have no site! Allow addicts to gamble without KYC checks. When I questioned them as to why I was allowed to sign up and deposit thousands, despite being self-excluded from their sister site, they just banned my account. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO!! Like other reviews I wish I read before using this site, they do not pay out on winnings. I recently deposited £100 into this casino and won over £2000 on slots. But when I tried to withdraw winnings they said that bonus terms and conditions were breached. There was no warning that betting over £5 spins would “abuse” their bonus policy when the bets were placed. They are happy to take your money but as soon as you win this is a problem written at the bottom of page 9 on their terms and conditions. When contacting customer service you are responded with what I can only presume is a robotic system as for every different question asked you get word for word the same response.I have never written a review before in my life but just feel I had to put this out and hopefully people read this before using the site like i did. To top it off they have locked me out of the account so I can no longer contact them. Could not explain how illegitimate this online Casio is.

Won twice ,not large amounts but one was £900.Had all documents verified and approved ,was paid out the small about of £110 which was the most recent win.However the £900 is still pending from last week.Don’t bother to contact the robots at customer service because they reply with generic responses. I am a regular gambler! Last night I was playing on heyspin! Which is run by the same company as mr mega!!! Then whilst playing a pop up to download something on their site to play came up so I clicked on it! Woke up this morning my bank details email details everything had been hacked! I got a call from the bank and apple telling me that they my passwords had been leaked and heyspin were responsible they even tried to stop a pop up block many times beforehand! If I can upload proof I will to warn others! I’ve contacted gambling commission! Also went on to chat today to ask why this has happened to which they denied and when I told them I’m contacting gambling commission they’ve closed my account down ? so if that doesn’t scream guilt what does! Can u give a half star.been gambling over 30 years definitely the worst site I’ve been on since online introduced.take a FEE for deposit then I started betting on horses and the prices were shocking for example 2/1 on this site and 7/2 on most other sites quickly realised not for me so I tried to take my balance out it took 4 weeks to get paid out as they stalled on documents I was to send never seemed happy what I sent although was exactly what they asked for.it actually felt I was being scammed until I finally got paid out then I closed account abruptly

I fancy myself a bit of a casino reviewer (though quite amateurish I have to admit) so here’s my 2 cents on this Mr Mega site: it has a very good choice of games as any casino nowadays should have, especially with the large amount of slots and whatnot. I would however suggest that they start getting more diverse games, like maybe scratch cards. Their promos are quite decent although they could definitely improve their sports bet. The loyalty programme is also quite ok. The live chat, as others have pointed out, should definitely be upgraded to 24/7. I think this is a good site to play at in general but it definitely needs a bit of work.

No problems for me at this casino, deposits and withdrawals have been very smooth so far, and I’ve been playing for quite a bit actually. Avoid this scamming webdite st all costs. I am currently doing research into legitimate gambling websites. I don’t have the words to describe how bad this site is, it should be barred and fined by whoever regulates these sites, customer service -50, fairness – 50, responsible gambling site -50, won 8.5 thousand after spending 1000 intially and are pretty much refusing to pay out trying to tell me to wait until management contact me no word after a month can’t speak to anyone management don’t have an email so don’t understand how they are going to contact me anyway, trying to wait as long as they can so they think I will forget about it, I would recommend taking your money and throwing it in the bin before I would recommend this site never again
