I won 19 grand the other day was worried not having photo I’d but after may other alternatives sent they finally confirmed my account and the funds were released so I can’t complain understandably because of the winning amount and being a new customer but everything has worked out great very happy with them

I must say my experience has been great. I was worried as I had won £6000 last night, then came on here and instantly regretted and worried I wouldn’t get my money. Less than 12 hours later all the withdrawals into my account. They asked for verification documents and honestly as soon as I gave that, 20 mins later the money was in my account. This is a genuine review.

Allow addicts to gamble without KYC checks. When I questioned them as to why I was allowed to sign up and deposit thousands, despite being self-excluded from their sister site, they just banned my account. Don’t answer emails.Clearly guilty of going against their UKGC license in allowing self-excluded gamblers to gamble, currently going through IBAS and the UKGC regulator to make a formal complaint about them.Obviously, avoid.

DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO!! Like other reviews I wish I read before using this site, they do not pay out on winnings. I recently deposited £100 into this casino and won over £2000 on slots. But when I tried to withdraw winnings they said that bonus terms and conditions were breached. There was no warning that betting over £5 spins would “abuse” their bonus policy when the bets were placed. They are happy to take your money but as soon as you win this is a problem written at the bottom of page 9 on their terms and conditions. When contacting customer service you are responded with what I can only presume is a robotic system as for every different question asked you get word for word the same response.I have never written a review before in my life but just feel I had to put this out and hopefully people read this before using the site like i did. To top it off they have locked me out of the account so I can no longer contact them. Could not explain how illegitimate this online Casio is.

Won twice ,not large amounts but one was £900.Had all documents verified and approved ,was paid out the small about of £110 which was the most recent win.However the £900 is still pending from last week.Don’t bother to contact the robots at customer service because they reply with generic responses. The website clearly says …. Kindly note that withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days (weekend and bank / public holidays are not counted as business days) NOT TRUE .been over a week now and still no money paid out .Disgusting .They also charge for deposits ,mad in this day and age .DO NOT USE! I am a regular gambler! Last night I was playing on heyspin! Which is run by the same company as mr mega!!! Then whilst playing a pop up to download something on their site to play came up so I clicked on it! Woke up this morning my bank details email details everything had been hacked! I got a call from the bank and apple telling me that they my passwords had been leaked and heyspin were responsible they even tried to stop a pop up block many times beforehand! If I can upload proof I will to warn others! I’ve contacted gambling commission! Also went on to chat today to ask why this has happened to which they denied and when I told them I’m contacting gambling commission they’ve closed my account down ? so if that doesn’t scream guilt what does! If they had nothing to hide they would not feel the need to close my account I have everything saved even the cons denying it! Be very careful this site is dangerous!!

Can u give a half star.been gambling over 30 years definitely the worst site I’ve been on since online introduced.take a FEE for deposit then I started betting on horses and the prices were shocking for example 2/1 on this site and 7/2 on most other sites quickly realised not for me so I tried to take my balance out it took 4 weeks to get paid out as they stalled on documents I was to send never seemed happy what I sent although was exactly what they asked for.it actually felt I was being scammed until I finally got paid out then I closed account abruptly

I fancy myself a bit of a casino reviewer (though quite amateurish I have to admit) so here’s my 2 cents on this Mr Mega site: it has a very good choice of games as any casino nowadays should have, especially with the large amount of slots and whatnot. I would however suggest that they start getting more diverse games, like maybe scratch cards. Their promos are quite decent although they could definitely improve their sports bet. The loyalty programme is also quite ok. The live chat, as others have pointed out, should definitely be upgraded to 24/7. I think this is a good site to play at in general but it definitely needs a bit of work.

No problems for me at this casino, deposits and withdrawals have been very smooth so far, and I’ve been playing for quite a bit actually. Of course the withdrawals take a fair bit to be done, I assume its because of banks and their red tape or whatever.So if there’s anyone worried that this is a scam site or whatever, I can tell you from personall experience that it’s not.

There are hardly that many things to say about Mr Mega. I mean, it’s your run-of-the-mill gambling site with a sportsbook, casino, and live casino games. The bonus is quite standard too. Live chat times can be improved as they’re not 24/7. But it’s a decent site overall.

This is a good site that has a very good live casino selection. Only problem I see is that it’s not diverse enough as all of the games seem to be from Evolution. Would be very nice to see games from other suppliers.

Avoid this scamming webdite st all costs. I am currently doing research into legitimate gambling websites. This one is definitely the worst one that I have played on, I record all my play on each and every website that I play. This one is definitely not a legitimate website for giving its customers a fair chance of winning. More will be released once I have compiled my data.

I don’t have the words to describe how bad this site is, it should be barred and fined by whoever regulates these sites, customer service -50, fairness – 50, responsible gambling site -50, won 8.5 thousand after spending 1000 intially and are pretty much refusing to pay out trying to tell me to wait until management contact me no word after a month can’t speak to anyone management don’t have an email so don’t understand how they are going to contact me anyway, trying to wait as long as they can so they think I will forget about it, I would recommend taking your money and throwing it in the bin before I would recommend this site never again

Firstly, I use the sport betting side of this site, not the casino. Was a bit cautious at first to use Mr Mega, but thought I would try as I use over 40 other betting sites. Their offer of free bet after betting X amount was good. Nice welcome bonus as with others. However, not ideal you have to pay a fee on top of depositing. e.g. £15 deposit with an 38p fee. Not a lot I know, but it is annoying.Site is very good, quite clear, impressive odds compared to other betting sites.Their email support is ok, bit slow, but their Live Chat is very good. Dealt with my problems very quickly. Only negative is the timeframe for Withdrawals, wasnt as simple as others due to them being an overseas/international company. I did request withdrawal on a Friday and it didn’t hit my account until Wednesday.

I’ve been playing here for a while no problems with withdrawals whatsoever made a withdrawal last Sunday was asked for documents 2 days later I’ve emailed tried to get through to chat for a week and I’ve been totally ignored I’ve sent in everything they’ve asked for their chat doesn’t bother replying at all and now Im still waiting for £1000 but have nobody helping me at all with it so disappointed. MR Mega tried to process my 1st deposit. So once I agreed to an amount then the Terms and conditions pop up. I read these T&C immediately then go back to see if there is an alternative way to pay and I find they have tried to take payment already. This is backwards! Member for less than 24 hours then cancelled membership

Been depositing with Mr Mega and used sister sites. But cheeky they have a deposit fee but that’s my choice. Anyway deposited £500 and it’s left my bank, never got credited to my account and now in limbo waiting to get it back, waited 24 hours and annoying, this is just frustrating.Will update when I hear anything.

I only play on the live casino section so I can’t really tell you anything else about the rest of teh site. However I can tell you that the live casino on this site is actually vry good. My only complaint is that I wish they would get more live poker as its quite a small selection compared to the other gaems.
