Go elsewhere. I signed up, sent them my documents, then they closed my account without any explanation. Very strange but now they have my ID and such. Customer service is pathetic, go somewhere else.

Firstly, I use the sport betting side of this site, not the casino. Was a bit cautious at first to use Mr Mega, but thought I would try as I use over 40 other betting sites. Their offer of free bet after betting X amount was good. Nice welcome bonus as with others. However, not ideal you have to pay a fee on top of depositing. e.g. £15 deposit with an 38p fee. Not a lot I know, but it is annoying.Site is very good, quite clear, impressive odds compared to other betting sites.Their email support is ok, bit slow, but their Live Chat is very good. Dealt with my problems very quickly. Only negative is the timeframe for Withdrawals, wasnt as simple as others due to them being an overseas/international company. I did request withdrawal on a Friday and it didn’t hit my account until Wednesday.

I’ve been playing here for a while no problems with withdrawals whatsoever made a withdrawal last Sunday was asked for documents 2 days later I’ve emailed tried to get through to chat for a week and I’ve been totally ignored I’ve sent in everything they’ve asked for their chat doesn’t bother replying at all and now Im still waiting for £1000 but have nobody helping me at all with it so disappointed. UPDATE . MANAGED GO get through to someone again who asked for documents and fully ignored me after I asked her to speak to her team as I’ve been waiting for the withdrawal for a long time.

MR Mega tried to process my 1st deposit. So once I agreed to an amount then the Terms and conditions pop up. I read these T&C immediately then go back to see if there is an alternative way to pay and I find they have tried to take payment already. This is backwards! Member for less than 24 hours then cancelled membership

I’d be lying if I said this is a bad operator but it’s not the best either. There are other reviews who’ve said the same as I’m about to say: great games but not enough table games and no scratch cards; customer support is good but not 24/7… you get the gist. There are a tonne of slots, which is always a very good thing on any casino! Only problem is that the other game selections pale in comparison to the slots library. ?they really need to consider updating their other games!

Been depositing with Mr Mega and used sister sites. But cheeky they have a deposit fee but that’s my choice. Anyway deposited £500 and it’s left my bank, never got credited to my account and now in limbo waiting to get it back, waited 24 hours and annoying, this is just frustrating.Will update when I hear anything.

I only play on the live casino section so I can’t really tell you anything else about the rest of teh site. However I can tell you that the live casino on this site is actually vry good. My only complaint is that I wish they would get more live poker as its quite a small selection compared to the other gaems.

The welcome bonus is quite ok. I mean, I doubt the average player would want more than €200 to play with! And 100 free spins is actually pretty decent. Remember to read the t&cs before accepting, of course. ? Anyway, had a blast playing on Mr Mega, I’d recommend it.

I honestly can’t say anything bad about this casino. Its bonus is really good and it was in my account in less than 24 hours. I obviously had to upload verification documents, but I was amazed at how fast the whole process was! My new favourite casino!

Deposited over £200 into account and balance not updated. When I queried it they said it can take upto 48 hours although it says instantly on their website. The money has left my bank account and is showing as settled but over a day later and the money still isn’t available. They’re now saying payment didn’t go through. Website is slow keeps logging out and lots of bets aren’t accepted. I would avoid using this platform.

Withdrawal at day 7 now and still pending.Claims 24 hours to approve. 7 days is not good enough.Live chat keep escalating, no reason for £200 to take so long to even be looked at. No reason for why.
