I did self excluded myself from MrPlay and few months later i was able to open an account with Betiton and few months later with Luckster.I found out that Betiton and Luckster are sister company and i had £1000 limit with Betiton and Luckster was allowing me gamble £3/4K while my limit was exhausted at Betiton.I did complain about it and they closed my account and i went to Gambling Commissions and they asked for the SAR.When i received my SAR i found out that MrPlay is under the same company too.I raised this issue with Gambling Commission but also i do legal way too.You guys are not allow people to open an account in their sister companies if they self excluded themselves agains ur licence and rules on TC.As you mentioned that i self excluded myself from whole network of the Aspire Global owns 3 companies i mentioned i shouldnt be able to open an account at Betiton nor Luckster.I was asking refund of only Luckster but now i am coming for whole my loss and that you guys broke the licence rules.Gambling Commission asked me to file complain first about this matter.I already have 2 files about you guys and also legal case is getting ready.

well seems im in the minority! Ive never had any problems and withdrawals are fast! Found Mr Play when I was abroad, as most UK games cant be played abroad, so gave it a try and found it to be fair! Ys it does charge small amount to deposit and withdraw but it didnt put me off! Though take note MR Play, if you gave replies to players who leave reviews, there would be a lot more trust in your site!

Really really bad site , do not play . First deposit ya get a bonus and second deposit and third deposit. I play lightning roulette not the live one . I won lightnings throughout my initial 3 deposits but with the wagering on bonus I had to keep playing to try to convert my bonus into cash , from 300 pounds picking 6 numbers only had a hit 3 times and none where lightnings so my funds dwindled to zero. Since after my first 3 bonus deposits I tried with real cash , can’t hit a light or a number , played 19 and 15 only 40p on both , 120 spins later no sign of 19 or 15 , and if I pick 6 numbers I won’t get a hit , that was my last deposit . The site isn’t fun there’s no excitement . It’s just all take take take. I tried this site but I’m afraid I would stick to the ones you already know are decent .STAY AWAY FROM MRCASINO

I have deleted my original review because i think this may have been my error – I won £368 and removed the bonus i didnt know was attached and saw i could only withdraw £11 – i was so upset , spoke to an adviser etc but was pretty mad (oops) and withdrew £10 thinking that’s all i could withdraw! i do not know how i managed to read it so wrong but obviously i did – I went back on to the site and saw the 350 was still sitting so i withdrew with no problem and it was in my account 5 minutes later – – i have played Mr play since being on holiday 2 weeks ago (couldnt access UK Sites and found Mr Play) and always received my winnings so was so upset – however it must have entirely been my fault! Up until this today I have had no problem with Mr Play and they pay out fast – approved my ID in a couple of hours so I cant fault it – Yeah so there is a charge for deposit and withdrawing but it didnt stop me playing, and i play most sites – i did read some of the reviews beforehand but thought id give it a try and its worked out well.

Absolute scammers, I’m 100% sure I placed a bet on Tigres they won and then I checked my bets in the morning and ‘apparently’ I bet on San Jose (the team they played), I’ve never been more confident that I DIDN’T bet on them as I double checked before, I’m a TIGRES FAN! And I found the bet through a website which shows you best odds hence why used MrPlay for the first and last time (also £5 deposit fee)

Awful. Withdrawal and deposit fees, how archaic. Terrible basically unusably laggy website with a rubbish interface. Welcome offer is an absolute scam. Excuses from customer service as to why I’m not able to use my bonus funds that qualifying bet needs to be settled. Qualifying bet settled and funds still aren’t usable. Yes they do charge for deposits and withdrawals and yes your first withdrawal does take a bit longer as they want to check your documents however I joined around 2 weeks ago I withdrew about £200 took maybe 4 days. 2 days ago I won a whopping £9500 and it’s just been paid into my account. Customer services are helpful too

I opened my account and made my first deposit for the free bet promise, but the free bet never worked. I contacted their adviser a month ago on how to activate it and it was never activated, it used to say I have a free bet but when trying to apply it it never worked, when contacting them again today they said it was never claimed and they can’t re-add it.. This place is a clear scam and if it happens on a a simple thing like a free bet welcome bonus God knows what will happen on bigger wagers.

Played £50 and withdraw £100 that’s enough for me. Just took time to payout, but I got it… I use another site with the same set up with deposits and withdrawals and I mean exactly the same, but both ownd by a different company.. the other company pays out is less then 15 mins this payout from mr play took 8 hours.. just worry if I win big I won’t get paid after seeing the reviews.

Deposited 2 days ago withdrew £160 in total it took 2 days to pay out. Then won another £60 today and that got paid out instantly. I do however feel that it is harder to hit bonuses on this site than others. But so far I am yet to find any issues with depositing and withdrawing funds.

Decided to break this down into pro’s and con’s as I had mixed dealings, this is to help anyone in future deciding whether to sign up or not!Pros:Good customer service, respond with a couple of mins via web chat, and everyone I chatted to was brilliant.Good sport betting options (note: I didn’t play the casino)Honoured sign up bonus, I won £60 off a three fold accumulator on the football.Have paid out within 56 hours.Cons:Website is a bit clunky, there are better options out there.Was slow paying out, however this is as per their t&c’s, fair play they paid out within 56 hours of me making the withdrawal request – they do require bank statement / bill payment with address on it but this was approved quickly as far as I could tell – in fairness I made the withdrawal request on Good Friday (UK bank holiday) around 8pm and I had the money enter my account (Chase Bank) Easter Monday morning at 9am.They charge for deposits and withdrawals whereas other online betting companies do not.I have had an okay experience with Mr Play, I would use them again when there is a good offer on, to be honest reading all the reviews I was a little unsure whether to trust them and was never expecting to get my winnings from them, but they have delivered – I would probably suggest start with a small deposit and give them a go.

Appalling casino, constant losses NO wins. Mr Play is a waste of your money, I urge you to read these reviews before you play. Yes gambling is a chance game, sometimes you win, sometimes hog loose. However, it seems Mr Play is a casino where there is a slim chance if any of a win and zero fair play, despite what the casino states. Cannot believe aspire global casinos are still in operation. However, s few of them have closed. I have used many casinos Iberia time, but something is not right when over 350 spins and not a zero win, that does not coincide with RTP. Worst company i’ve ever experiencedHad deposited £50, it did not show up in my balance. I questionned this, they told me it was a technical issue. Another shady casino run by crooks. Was able to deposit in excess of £2000 without any checks. This is against UK gambling law. I had a deposit limit set within the business which failed to restrict my deposits. This is against UK gambling law. I had a loss limit set within the business arranged by telephone which failed to restrict my deposits. This is against UK gambling law. I made a complaint over a week ago and they haven’t bothered to reply.

Mrplay does not honor promotional offers, despite the many attempts at contacting customer support and sending multiple emails. This is now the second time, they have done this! I received a promo offer to bet £10 on the Cheltenham races, to receive a £10 free bet. Have still not received the free bet. Mrplay is aware of what they are doing, but they don’t really care about honesty!

I opened an account, but after reading reviews about customers being double charged and waiting months for withdrawals. This is the only UK online casino I’ve visited that charges you to deposit funds and withdraw. So you’ve realistically lost about 5% before you even start.

Avoid at all costs. They charge you when making a deposit and also when you want to withdraw money when closing your account. I had issues using the website trying to place bet. There are much better alternatives.

I wanted to give a review, because I got a fright when I saw all the negative reviews here when I was waiting for my payouts! I played twice here this week where I had two very good evenings.On the first evening, I had 3 relatively high cash outs from Live Casino games. I did also send in my ac verification while impatiently waiting, even though it wasnt requested! I spoke to live support who were very helpful and quick to respond, with their information on process times etc.The money was in my bank ac the following morning. I had left a small amount in my ac to play with & that evening, I won a decent amount again. This was in my ac again the following morning by 10amOnly downside is that they charge a small fee when depositing / withdrawing. Luckily my winnings voided the fee for me. Note that if you’re cashing out over the weekend, it won’t get processed til Monday!

I’ve played alot and put alot of money on this site usually 50 to 100 at a time especially when I drink I blow cash 10 depos a night and this was happening alot I’m a roofer and a degen and I make good money so anyways I needed up hitting big max cash out and it’s dam never impossible to ever get them the documents they want and it’s always something and stalling well me being a degen will keep playing … But listen as my balance kept going down I managed to hit even bigger now a have a max cash out waiting plus another 3 grand this is all off a 50 depo. I feel this casino has been reviewed quite harshly, however I cannot and won’t try to put down anyone else’s experience with the site. I made an account last night, deposited £10 and placed a football bet builder on the Lens vs PSG Ligue 1 match with came back at 9.5/1. I received my free £15 bet roughly 30 minutes later, before the bet had even settled. Unfortunately the free bet failed so I went to withdraw £80 of my winnings. Many reviews saying they had great difficulty getting their withdrawal approved, however if you upload documents (proof of ID and proof of address) in the cashout account menu before they ask, then I see no reason why it would be refused. The cashout request was sent at 10:05pm and it is in my bank account now at 5:00pm, so it is quite a decently speedy withdrawal service. I contacted support after uploading my documents to ensure no other verification would be necessary – was able to get through to a human assistant (yes, they have a bot to greet you but unlike many other sites it isn’t annoyingly difficult to request a real person to assist you, even giving you this option right off the bat when accessing the support page) in a couple of minutes. They were quick in answering my questions and confirmed no other idenification requests would be made for my withdrawal request. Support system is top notch in comparison to many other online casinos. The reason this is only a 4/5 star review comes down to the UI of the site which is quite poor with screens overlaying each other and constant freezing which requires refreshing of the site, something that can become quite annoying if you’re in the middle of creating a multiple or acca. If some improvements were made to the structuring of the site and advertising was pushed out more, I can’t see how this site won’t grow in popularity.Overall a fairly decent, small online casino.
