Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Joined about 5 months ago, they asked about my opinion so there you go honest opion.Very poor casino offer deposit 20£ play 1£ per bet Didnt even win once lost about 200£ Just to try never won more than 20£ after bonus which is very rare scored it 2 Times. Site is very laggy welcome offer is rip off. Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300£ which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Customer service never helps aswell you need to proove how much you earn and send a bank Statement which is bizzare. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

Firstly they charge you 0.25% to make a deposit. Secondly the website/app/mobile site doesn't work, constantly buffering and you are unable to place a bet. And lastly the customer service is shocking. Please do not make a deposit with this bookmaker Worst I have used my a long way.

I cannot recommend this bookie at all.

They charge a commission on deposits and they charge a fee on withdrawals! A few bookies will charge one or the other but I have never known one to do both.

Their sports betting page takes ages to load, if ever. It is as if they want you to lose patience and go to the Casino instead.

The free bet offer includes an obscure clause saying that if you have had a free bet with one of their affiliates in the past then you are ineligible! As if a regular punter is going to know what bookie is affiliated with what! What a miserable and wretched way to catch punters out.

Luckily I only deposited twenty pounds. If you deposit any money with Mrplay after reading this then you are a fool.

Run a mile from this site huge headache all round. Terrible slow dysfunctional website. They choose when you can play at Mr Play buffering the website so you cant place a bet the majority of the time, strangely the deposit function works amazingly fast. The slots have the lowest win percentage i have ever experienced at a casino apparently £20 is a big win after you spend hundreds. No chances to claim your losses back at all. Outright fraudsters. Omg appalling site every deposit I have made and I had 1 laggy bonus on fishing frenzy megaways all the other games was complete dead spins and to add insult to injury Rick and morty bonus blitz gave me only 2 bonuses on the reels not 3 so didn't even get to play the bonus round. If you ever receive a SMS from this company I'd recommend deleting and blocking the number, the offer is simply fraudulent. You qualify to the strict terms and they still so not give you the promised free bet.

If you make the mistake of signing up and placing a bet to take advantage of their sign up offer, do not use any other method than card. They refuse any free bets if you use PayPal for instance.

They also charge you 2.5% for all deposist and charge you for withdrawals.

The site is incredibly slow, painful to use. After my experience with their customer service agent Nikolai whom was incredibly rude, I'm not sure what's worse… the appalling customer service, the false advertising, or the speed of the website.

I can only assume the positive reviews left here are fake, this is by far the worst betting website I've ever used and it's not even close.

No this negative is not because I lost as thats standard with most casinos. Its because the welcome bonus is a pain to recieve. You have to go on live chat which has extremely poor English not only to get the 100% match but 100 free spins over 4 days I only recieved 20 spins and live chat cannot understand. I will be reporting this but please avoid using this one its not worth all the hassle and terms they don't follow. I can only imagine what you have to go through if you actually won. Also games are not original they are foreign providers so pays are very different on your favourite games.
