Withdrawal impossible. They are making new and new excuses why they won’t give you your winnings. In my case it came down to the fact they revoked all my winnings due to excuse that I used my husbands credit card to deposit money and not my own. I do not recommend to play here. I recommend to use other casinos with bigger reviews.

Stay away from this casino!!! In order to validate you – they invent documents that don t exist in Canada! I had thousands of dollars in winnings, all 200, 220… withdrawals were all declined but i didn t notice, thinking all winnings are on the way to me. No! They are gone and only 200$ left!!!Now they will not give me that either?! I found this one better than others. It is of the same company which owns Bob Casino and sister casinos. 3 stars, one each for 1 – verification (took 1-2 hrs)2 – First withdrawal – processed in few hours3 – choice of games and layouttook two stars off, one each for 1- Deposit needs to be wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn. I found that very unfair. 2- RTP – I have not hit a bonus more than 100x. Base games may not be in good mood most of the time. But overall fun if you know when to stop playing.
