I have winnings dating back to November 2024 along with 2 from this year…..I have come to the conclusion that I won’t get them I always use my card, in my name, to deposit and withdraw on sites without any problems. Netbet say I can’t deposit from a joint account. They said to open an account at another bank, solely in my name, deposit from that debit card and that would enable me to withdraw my winnings. I did as they asked. They now want a bank statement from my joint account showing all my deposits on their site. Absolute nightmare. I give up now. Sick of all the hassle. I now have an account at a bank that I don’t need to boot. I put a rating on here at end of February after being told it was finally sorted, wish I hadn’t been so kind.

Absolutely rubbish bookies, their system is obviously very dated and slow, they had a horse still running and able to be picked, even though it was classed a non runner. I didn’t realise this until I saw on a tracker the horse had been a non runner for quite some time, they still let me select it on a multi bet. Contacted customer service who told me it’s my responsibility to check bets and they would not void bet so I could at least add a different selection, this is scandalous as you control your system, it isn’t the customers fault if your still displaying non runner horses as live bets. I will be closing my account as soon as you approve some of my money back. Awful awful bookies.

i always check gambling sites by depositing 10 then withdrawing it to see how long a transaction that should be instant takes the deposit was instant after all 6 hours later no money am i being to unreasonable .

Although the site is pretty good for games and is kept up to date & you would genuinely expect that to be the case.I found the customer support okay and sort of polite unless you have a real “problem” then that goes down hill fast and you get the feeling that it’s all a joke to them? Personally I am self excluded so I asked for my recent deposits back as I shouldn’t have been able to even have an account and they didn’t do their checks and breached their licence agreement. I pointed this out to them and they turned on me? I expect that to be honest & from every single online casino too!So they sent me an email to say I could have a refund then I said that would be great news as I had spent all of my disability payment on the site? And the next day I had an email from them saying that they had made a mistake and I was not to expect the refund? Then I asked why and they then said I could infact have a refund! But then I was told that they had made yet another mistake!?So now I have filed multiple complaints with the gambling commission/ADR and the ombudsman service and upon checking with my bank it seems as though they have tried to manipulate the truth so they would not have to refund me..I also never managed to win anymore than what I had spent the whole time I played on the site and the bonuses and promotions are boring and there’s nothing worse than a points system that is endless and means squat!3 is a very generous score actually it should be 2 at most?Personal score: Meh.

felt compelled to write this review for a few reasons-firstly, customer service- useless- don’t even bother. all they do is copy and pastesecondly, withdrawal times are painfully slow compared to competitors – even to paypal it’s going to take you day. get with it netbet, every big bookie now pays instantthirdly- settlements are SO SLOW, even hours after football matches have finished they won’t bother to settle.and if a match is postponed they will wait 24 hours to void the bet even if you have proof from the official club’s social media account that the match was postpone with no date to be arranged.honestly, it’s terribly managed.way better bookies around

An update from my original review on 24/2/2024. They have refused to pay me my £1000 winnings as they’ve claimed they sent my winnings to me. Although on live chat they fully admitted they held no valid bank details for me. I provided them the evidence they asked for off my bank confirming I hadn’t received my winnings. The IBAS instructed them to pay me over a month ago. Now they’re saying as far as they’re concerned they’ve paid me and I need to get a letter off my bank confirming they haven’t. A bank wouldn’t provide such a letter and they’re well aware of this. Absolutely disgusting site. Live chat workers Micheal, max and Luke especially. Just tell lie after lie. Been a member for a few years- promos can be unreliable but I’ve often just left it as just a few spins. This week twice they haven’t credited 50 FS I should have had. Coincidentally I’ve been in profit when this has happened. First they tried to argue I hadn’t used a qualifying slot. Sent screenshot to show their link literally led to that slot. Great site I have played most gaming sites. Netbet is one of the best sites to play on great choice of games and a very quick withdrawl process after going through the usual verification processes. However totally frustrating site to play on with constant pop ups asking if your happy with the amount you play etc then block your play for an hour whilst your playing as a cool down period. If I wanted a cool down period I would stop playing myself. I withdrew money from this site now I have been blocked from playing until someone I don’t know phones me to verify that I can afford what I play. Totally rediculas as if I’m going to discuss finance to some random stranger over the phone. That’s not going to happen. I will simply continue to play on another gaming site thier loss. Have been on the casino for about a month had no problems with deposits. But recently tried to withdraw 3600 in 3 withdrawals 100 a 200 and a 3300 I have been asked to verify which they come back and said that this is all been checked and added to my file. Now still waiting for my pending withdrawals to be processed. Spoke to customer service said on the 4/5/25 that this would be all completed by the end of the day and my case is top priority. It’s not 5/5/25 and spoke to them again at around 12 now saying waiting to hear back from internal team. May take up to 12-24 hours don’t know what to believe at this point. Will update my review and update when I next get an update

Terrible Customer ExperienceWorst customer service team I have ever encountered. I sent the team in Netbet not one but TWO documents for review. The first document I sent was clearly a letter from the bank with my name and address included, they refused. I then sent them an insurance letter again with name and address included. Absolutely ridiculous excuses for not accepting the documents and as for Mikey or Mickey he may as well not have been there at all, every response was either an AI generated or copy and paste response, Hazel was also very unhelpful and made little or no effort to resolve any of my queries. Avoid avoid avoid.

Worst experience on any gambling sites i had, and this company is the reason i stopped gambling, i’ve never been scammed before but this site did. I dont remember exactly how much i did deposit but it was not more than i should have.. it was easy to deposit money no problems there.. but when i tried to withdraw money it was a Nightmare. NOTE that there was somehow no withdrawls method to visa or anything.. so i had to contact them directly for my request of withdrawal… 7 times i did this i sent them all information needed to send me my money. But they always came up with a unreasonable reason. Let me out it like this. If you can deposit money in 1 click you should be able to withdrawal.. so now years later i gave up. I will never see the 300 euros i lost. Yes i gave up. When i try to log in to their site. It says its under construction. So “apparently” the site been closed just for me i guess ?
