No idea where all these good reviews have come from. Never win a thing. £863 in spins (over 4000 spins) and didn’t hit a single bonus round. Never again will I deposit here.

I would absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. I made a deposit and tried staking a few bets , their system repeatedly refused to accept bets on certain horses. It actually guided me to strike a few bets that I did not want to do , which does not seem right ! I appreciate that I did not need to do that but anyway I chose to withdraw the remaining balance of my money and it is just stuck processing , I have contacted them with no resolution , they just say you will get it back asap. The whole process of working with them has given me an uneasy feel and I would go as far as to say do not trust them! How they have so many good reviews is beyond me , a lot must be fake.

Updated review Deposited £20 won £60 had some tooing and froing and unfortunately as I’d used someone else’s PayPal (my fault) they couldn’t honour the win in all fairness to them they are following correct procedure The customer service were a bit slow responding however I believe if you were to play and follow t and c and make sure deposit with correct method you’d have a great time using the site as I enjoyed playing Some sites you can play £30 and win 10p I found the RTP on netbet to be fantastic and enjoy able to play as the wins matches the bets rather than just playing and not winning at all My personal experience is unique and if I continue to play I’m sure I wouldn’t have these issues in the future Just waiting on a response from CS if account can be reopened

Shows how flawed trustpilot reviews are when a company like this can get rated so highly..obviously they try and get bad feedback removed. Have you noticed how all the 5 star reviews are invited and mention how great customer service is? They’re a Bookmaker, why they mention of the really uncompetitive odds?They made me wait 6 weeks and then I was limited to £10 per 30 days ~ hahaha what an absolute embarrassment of a company you are. Take all the 5 star reviews with a healthy pinch of salt

Personally I’ve had a great experience with this firm, I deposited £20 and won over £1000 and was able to successfully withdraw it. Took a bit of back and forth to get all my documents uploaded and verified but the CS reps were super helpful. As a first time user I can’t fault them at all.

Despicable… sign up and try and sign in, it says “there’s no account under this email”. I then try and sign up again and it says “there’s already an account under this email address.” Try and email them and it’s literally impossible because there site is so bad. Well, there goes my info to a 3rd party.

absolute joke. everyone knows only sites really win. Be away from these scammers, When you deposit that’s fine no problem and when you want to withdraw your money then forget about it. My account is verified with all documents and bank statements etc.. and I got email from them that my account is verified and ready to go. But when you want to withdraw they make a lot of excuses to do not give you your money. Scammers, and the reports has done with the evidence to the gambling commission and I’m not gonna leave it to take my money rigged scammers.

Even one star is a lot for that casino.Absolutely disgusting scam .After I deposited 20 pounds and playing with £11 the casino suddenly sent me notification that I reached my limit and blocked me from playing .I closed my account and wanted to withdraw that poor £9 ,but mission impossible..don’t recommend this casino even to my enemies! Over 95hrs and my withdrawals are still in a pending status, not even processed by the netbet team…. there site states 2-24hrs for processing when verified (This is clearly a lie / false advertising) and there lack of communication is ridiculous.I have contacted them multiple times and all thay say is there waiting on another department, no information and they refuse to provide any ETA…. This isnt even my first withdrawal, I’m fully verified so there should be no excuses or isses.Note: I have already emailed your team, all they do is say its still in processing and it will be escalated…. considering it was escaleted three days ago via chat and they still have not provided any information, or estimated time till completion they were not helpful at all.Case: 06162168

I don’t understand the method here at all. They put a deposit limit of £230 a week on my account which is fine. I deposited that amount and was playing. I was at £118 and a message came up saying ‘you’ve reached your loss limit for this month’. It didn’t even let me see the result of that game and still took the £8. What is the point of putting a £230 limit on the account then stopping my play when I haven’t even used it? I’ve withdrawn the £110 I had left (after it took the £8 and didn’t even complete the game) and I’ll be going elsewhere. The logic makes no sense
