The 5* reviews are laughable. I notice most of them are extremely short and end up praising the chat. Nothing about the oddsI have been limited to 10 a month, that’s after weeks of waiting after sending bank statements inI logged into my account and got a pop up asking if I wanted to deposit money hahaha The odds on sport are dreadful so I won’t be losing sleep, I wouldn’t believe any of the 5 star reviews though

I won £989 from netbet, I was told I needed to send a picture off my bank card plus relevant documents to receive the money, which I did, only to have my account banned without reason or explanation and the funds never released. I have made numerous attempts over the years to resolve the issue with them and have been unsuccessful from emailing to calling them all to no avail.

There is some persistent glitch in Netbet’s system that won’t let me access and use my rewards. Whenever I click on ‘Claim’ for any of them, I get asked to log in again. And round and round it goes in this same loop. I emailed them asking them to look into this, but haven’t heard back. It doesn’t give me a lot of confidence to keep playing with them, and therefore I’m closing my account.

I deposited £50 and closed my account on Monday due to constant issues i was having while playing games, i withdrew my money and closed my account – 72 hours later the website are being awkward and failing to pay out despite my method of withdrawl being the same as every previous withdrawl, I advise not to bet with them and take your issues to the regulator

I tried to cash out about 15 times over a 20 minute period with one team left and everytime it said it was suspended even though it wasn’t. Website is a bit confusing at first and occasionally slow. Past the initial verification step the first payout was processed within hours (not as fast as most of their competitors but not too slow either). Their promos are smokescreens. They can give you all the bonus in the world but when it comes with a 40x rollover you are almost guaranteed not to see any proceeds (my best performance at this time is 58% of the rollover requirement). I’m a little annoyed with the processing time of my second withdrawal, a whopping £17.40. It’s been over 20 hours and still shows as “processing”. With other places processing almost immediately, such unexplained delay on a minimal sum of money makes one wonder if they are really worth your money. Time will tell.

Netbet is the worst betting site I ever played!!! Do not make my mistake and do not open an account with them. I know you don’t win all the time playing casino but I spent £50 playing same game and didn’t get a feature even once!!! No winning at all. I tried many casinos in the past but netbet is a scam!!!
