This company is crap. I deposited £200 into my account and it didn’t show in my balance. I opened a case with PayPal. Apparently PayPal was down at the time. It took me a long time and various messages to get my money back eventually. They would not even compensate me for the stress. Customer service also not very helpful.

I deposited £30 and then decided I didn't want to play on anything. When I tried to withdraw my own money an error message popped up stating I have to spend 20% of my deposit due to anti money laundering rules they have in place…. I then spoke to a man via the online chat to request my money be withdrawn. He said he requested it but can take up to 6 days (which is fine) however, the £30 is just sat in the account. Usually a withdrawal will be taken from you account balance instantly even when you have to wait for 6 days to receive via your banking. When asking the customer service to clarify, the lad just responded. It takes up to 6 days. And actually didn't clarify anything, nor did he put my mind to rest that the withdrawal is even processing as the money is literally sat in my account still, not messages or emails stating that I have a withdrawal request either?!

I guess it is a waiting game now!

I made an account. All up and running.then I get emailed to send a whole list of pictures. They take my money no problem whatsoever but I'm not allowed to withdraw until I send photo I'd. A photo of the bank card used. A photo of utility bill and photo of my bank statements. People think they will only want 1 or the other but that's not the case.ive got a tick list what to send and it's all the above! Then I got questioned about my occupation, how much I earn and how I'm going to fund this game and then after the answers they want proof of it all! Its extreme to another level. Stick to 888 casino, I send my driving licence and was verified instantly, I've had zero problems with them, I deposit and withdraw and have absolute no issues

After signing up only a week ago and placing a few bets on football, I had my stakes restricted to a maximum of £1. I have been told by their customer services that I can't be given any reason why I have been restricted but that I have to "change my betting pattern" if I want to be unrestricted, saying that I can't bet only on football. Essentially seems like they to use their site I have to bet on what they want me to bet on. Complete joke of a company.

Rubbish. No one expects to win millions but what I dont understand is you don't win zilch and if you want your first time customers to come back then they need encouragement. I blew ten pounds in minutes and think I won around a quid. Not the best of sites.

I join and leave casinos all the time, I join to have fun and I leave if I feel I am being ripped off and the games are loaded against me. I have remained with Netbet for years because I lose, but I also win and they pay out quickly without having to jump through hoops to get your winnings. Don't get me wrong I lose but always get a run for my money and when I win it is in my bank within 48 hours. That's what I want from a casino.

Have taken £10 out of my account but won't let me into the site without the intrusive questions and photos that they need. They shouldn't be allowed to do this, as far as I can work out you really need to avoid this company. Where the hell do you get off asking for photos of my bank cards and God knows what else joke. Return my £10 or will take you to court its theft.

Insist on seeing your bank statement (in full) alongside proof of income etc.

Dodgy website take your money scam site. Just deposited via my PayPal which cleared.however not in my Paypal. Go to live chat who messages sorry out of hours and closes the box instantly. This is at 11:05pm I will get a refund tomorrow and close. Shady website stay clear!

Don`t waste your time people, I deposited £40 as a new customer and received 30 free spins to which i won £3.09p. I only played on slots that I knew from previous Casinos that were decent payouts etc, but on NetBet it felt very different. I only played for 10p – 20p a spin and my money vanished in no time. The worse company. I made a withdraw of 2400£ and never received my money. Before this I made several withdraws of 2-300£ and need had a problems. I gave them all the documents requested and never ever seen my money. Avoid at all costs. Rubbish people

I've noticed this company has stopped replying to people on here so anyway I deposit £400 to place a £200 tennis coupon the most it would accept was a £5 accumulator so I decided to withdraw my £400 as this isn't a real bookie or is a bookie with no balls so on withdrawal the now say they want a swift code an international bank account details I've provided all my identification this is truly a shambles of a site just trying to make quick money off addicts

Very poor payout system when winning over £200 !
Have complied with all requests for documents but something different every day for more evidence of ID etc.
I am starting to think this site has no intention of paying me. Pity cos I enjoyed playing.
Noticed others not happy too and one user went to an external body for help. Might do this if my winnings are not expedited.

Avoid this site at all costs! Signed up with this site this evening, they were happy to accept £500 plus deposits, I was then informed seconds before a big roulette win that I had exceeded my 'personal loss allowance', despite this setting being disabled in my preferences.

Well I have tried slots on here a few times and in all truth they are not fun and not for entertainment. I played 50 1pound spins several times and got 3 pounds biggest win. They really do need stopping. The RNGexcuse is no good anymore it is rigged for you to lose 100 percent rigged. Why do they employ phsycolagists to develop games if they are not rigged. Google it.
