Netbet are a very corrupt company and I would warn anyone against putting any money with them. I sadly did I had a couple of bets with them and then the site crashed and I've not been able to log in since. I have had numerous emails from them all just trying to fob me off and eventually they told me that my account was empty which it most definitely wasn't!!!! they have stolen my money. Don't touch this company!!!

Had an account with them for about 6 months now. Not a bad site really, has a poker option too but it's the Playtech version so basically a lottery at the lower stakes levels and the attached casino is a definite NO NO as it's completely rigged IMO. Sports prices aren't very competitive and the number of markets can be limited. Not the quickest on paying out withdrawals either but do tend to pay within 3 days. Promotions and the odd free bets are ok too. 6/10 overall.

Do not trust this site!!! I was playing one of the games, have won £300 and the game crashed. After refreshing all of the winnings were gone. After contacting customer support all I was told is that I cancelled the winnings my self… Service was appalling, rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe that their excuse was that I cancelled the winnings my self!

Downloaded the app a while back & have been using it for a for a good couple of months.
The app is very quick and responsive with a good range of sports as well as the casino range with good selection of games.
The prices are good & competitive also offers cash out which is good.
Customer service was very good straight forward I had a query regarding how to withdraw & they told me how to do it no messing round very good they knew what they were doing.
Downside after using the app there could be a few tweaks maybe a colour change, video playback for live races, daily lucky spins or faster transitions for data etc.
Overall its growing on me & I think it's good so far and can only get better.

I was honestly surprised… Been looking for a new bookie and decided to give Netbet a go, which was a brilliant idea. Just recently I had a bet for Tyson Fury to win, which he did, so then I withdrew, and my money were right there in my bank account, 3 days later. No it is not lightning speed. Yes, I am happy with the service!

I have played online for as long as I can remember and this is the worst site I have ever come across. Live chat is offline and only operates until 11pm as it is compared to other sites with 24 hour support. I play a lot and have high wagered bets my bets have been very low on this site compared to other sites. The free spins have been very poor and the wins overall have been much lower compared to other sites my advice would be not to play at all I wish I had never joined.

I was very reluctant in the beggining to try this website, but I thought I should give it a shot. I placed a 10 pound bet on a PL game for their welcome offer, but I didn't receive my freebet. Contacted them and apparently I wasn't eligible, however they made an exception, so maybe I was actually eligible. It was really nice and since then I've started to play more and more here, really love it.

I like to have a gamble online regularly and I would say other sites have been my go to places to do that for a long time, However NetBet is really growing on me lately. It's easy to deposit on, quick withdrawals via PayPal, it's reliable and offers bonuses from time to time, plus it has a large range of games, some different to my usual sites I visit which adds to the appeal.

They make verifying your account an onerous process probably to encourage you to not make withdrawals. I fell into this trap but decided to finally verify my account and withdraw my £50 winnings from a bet over a year ago. I logged on to my account to find out all my winnings have been withdrawn as fees. They charge £5 a month in fees after an account has been inactive for a year. Appalling company-avoid!

After depositing money and placing a few bets, Netbet stopped me accessing my account and stole my money. When I spoke to customer support they say they did this because they couldn't verify my account. I sent them copies of my passport and debit card used to make the deposit and was told this should resolve the situation, I tried this a few times but I still cannot access my account. I had around £40 in the account.

I would like to start off by thanking the customer support team, as they took it to the next level and sent my withdrawal faster than advertised. Getting your money in 24-48 hours instead of 2-4 business days is really appreciated.

I can see a lot of bad reviews, most of them not making any sense to me, since my experience with Netbet was brilliant so far.

Since I am a foreigner in the UK, one of my office mates recommended Netbet, as I wanted to get a ''taste'' of the English Gambling Experience and Netbet surely did not disappoint.

I got a bonus 10 £ couple of days after I deposited about 50£ and I lost on electronic roulette. I had to wager 40 times witch I did, then I played for couple of hours different slots and roulette winning in couple of hours about 500£. At the end I did a whidraw of 300£ in my bank account witch I get it in about 3 days. Quotes on futbol are bit lower than 365bet but overall looks good. I hope big wins to be also easy to whidraw.

Signed up for the welcome bonus, deposited £10 never received the bonus. Talked with live chat and was told my account was restricted for all bonuses and promotions, I asked why as I had literally just signed up and hadn’t even placed a bet yet? No reason apparently. Cons to get people in and deposit money and get your information, then make you jump through hoops to try and withdraw with the hope you’ll give up and there up whatever you’ve deposited. Went to chat and told the bonus department have decided I can not have bonuses… No reason at all other then they pick and chose whether to honour the promised bonus. Can not recommend netbet because their customer service is ridiculous and very slow. I now wait since 2 weeks for my documents to be approved but they always find the same excuses. they claim my bank statement is from Belgium? even I m from germany and I don t have a belgium bank account. so ridiculous.
they have no problem with deposits but if you want to withdrawal they don t let you.

Please guys stay away from them they don t like winners.

We went to the boxing on the 16th November so over 2 weeks ago, I won £50 and a few others we were with won between £5 and £10. I was told I would get an email to claim my winnings, no email. I sent a message via messenger and was told to set up an account and give them the username which I did, the winnings would be in the account within 48 hours but yet again nothing. Send them another message where the guy on messenger basically confirmed we have no chance in getting our winnings! Wonder what the 02 would think if they knew the truth about the customers being scammed in their Venue

I have deposited several times on netbet using skrill without problems. When trying to make a withdrawal, they only allow me to do it by international bank transfer. They disabled skrill and neteller in my account so I can't withdraw money.

It is incredible that you cannot withdraw to the same payment method you use to deposit. There are people who have been with this problem for two months and you continue with the excuse of the "technical problem". This is a fraud.

Can never win on their slots. And to insult you further their games are incredibly slow at loading and getting the result of your spin. If by the luck of the gods you get a bonus feature it will pay peanuts. Just another scam casino section with games that will miss by 1 every other spin to keep you playing. And their bonuses come with huge wagering requirements. Don't trust the RTP % for a second. And how they can get away with showing that many near misses for a feature is bound to be bending a few laws.

Stay away from this scam… When you want to deposit everything is ok and ready but when you make money and want to withdraw they pull out neteller which you previously use as deposit methid and excuse ids technical problem. Which technical problem cant be fixed on 10 days and even how is it technical problem and works still when you want to deposit. And now you can only withdraw through bank and then there is much more fees and charge then your bank get his charge then even maybe some tax goes and where is here you winning…

So I opened up an account on Netbet poker because I live in iraq and there is not much online poker sites available here but netbet was avaiable. I started playing there for like two months, Yesterday, I logged in and I saw there is only 1.5$ which was shocking. This isn't like I was hacked by someone or someone knew my password. I'm an IT guy so I know If I made a mistake and got hacked. Furthermore, my passport was 16 digits and it was not my name or my phone number or my date of birth which is very common in passwords, What I believe is that someone from there who has access to the database had stolen my password and played with my money. I looked at the history of my gameplay, so the stealer played on Twister which is like Jackpot in ACR or Spin in Pokerstars, He played with rubbish hands like K8 off going all in, so he drained out my money. If you think that I have been hacked no because if so, the hacker would hack my email account and then would access to all my info there, and also the password was not changed so if you are a hack someone, you will change their password for sure. SO DON'T TRUST NETBET AND NEVER PLAY THERE, AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE, WITHDRAW ALL YOUR MONEY ASAP!!!

This is MY FIRST REVIEW so please let me HIGHLIGHT how serious I am.

Scam, please avoid Money loss! Unhelpful customer service.

My partner setup an account with them through the signup page (enticed by the nice looking offer £30 free for new customers). We are based in the UK, signed up through the .co.uk website and yet the account was created in euros!!!

In addition because the deposit took 30 euros instead of £30 it exchanged to £27 in the bank and yet NetBet claimed it was only £26. This meant she didn't even qualify for the sign up offers at the end of everything!

We first realised the issue when noticing bank charges for deposits. We spoke to support and they blamed the issue on us saying we selected it during sign up. When checking the sign up page however this is all defaulted as GBP and isn't something that we changed. When I asked if they would reimburse use if we could we prove it to them they said yes but…

"It must be seen clearly in a video". Ok we get a video going to create me an account and guess what… they have blocked our home address / IP from allowing new sign ups, despite using all of my details (instead of my partners account). – I am convinced to stop us from proving it to them.

They also claimed with regard to it being in Euros "It might have been put there by the system, you had to change it to GBP". Again .co.uk site, UK address, UK IP + Geolocation (also defaults to GBP).

And to top it off the customer service agent closed the chat after 3 minutes when I was looking at the sign up form again when the clock said 8 minutes to respond!

Please don't be enticed by their offer and avoid the hassle and money loss!

Don't be enticed with the decent sign up bonus, they lure you to sign up an account, deposit and bet, for them just to immediately remove any promotions from your account.

Just spent 10 minutes talking to Hazel on live support, who is absolutely useless. Just for her to tell me that it's an internal decision not to reward the welcome offer, that's misadvertisment and borderline fraud.

Disgraceful company I will never be using them again.

Shocking, I signed up for the welcome bonus, and threw down 100 euro on a bet, thinking it's not so bad if I lose, i will get a free bet after. Guess what, apparently there was a 5 euro free bet on the game I bet on, so they refused to give me the 100 euro bet because I had used two bonuses at once (it never told me there was a 5 euro promotion as well). I asked if they could cancel the 5 euro free bet and give me the 100 and they refused. Steer clear these guys are a scam!

My partner who is a gambler addict took money from account top place bets without my knowledge and lost all my savings + the money we were supposed to use to buy a house (years of hard work and savings) but also our baby boy's money.

I contacted their customer service and provided all the information they asked for (even bank statements) to prove that I was really who I said I am. It's a total of 25,000 euros all gone.

Of course as a gambler addict he said nothing to me and I discovered it by myself.

After all the contacts with NetBet the only explanation I got is that there is nothing they can do because the money has been used.

Honestly they should be ashamed. Of course the money is gone you morons!!!!

A superb website is what they have, one that is very easy to navigate and the interface on the website is one that appeals to the eye and fast so that you can bet on as many markets as possible. And all that is just piece of cake compared to their customer service delivery – quick responses are what you need to expect.

Very poor site. Slow to pay out. Worst is the fact that they settle bets incorrectly and customer service is very poor. Have had to raise disputes with ibas to get simple errors corrected. Avoid at all costs.

Been reading the reviews for net bet after I made a big withdrawal of over a thousand pounds and i got really worried about the fact they don't pay out and their long verification process. I'm pleased to say I had no issues at all with them. Asked for my documents and I sent them over and I was verified within about 4 hours, and then an hour after that my withdrawal was processed and sent to my bank. I believe that all the people leaving bad reviews must be doing something wrong and it was so easy to complete the process. Thanks net bet it's my biggest withdrawal yet. Brilliant

Absolutely disgusting site that should be avoided like the plague.
I opened an account with them some time ago, never played much and to be honest I had actually forgotten about them.
Recently I received an email saying that I needed to verify my account and I would be given 50 free spins for doing so.
Well I thought it can't hurt and seemed worth it as I already got an account with them. Anyway today I get an email saying my account has been verified so logged on to take my spins, guess what? That's right no spins.
Anyway I contacted live chat to be told that my account is restricted from opting into any promotion, or bonuses. After reading reviews on here and today's experience with them I am now under the impression that they have deliberately tricked me into sending personal information under false pretences. Ive told them to close my account, I will not deal with dishonest companies like this. Do not deal with these cowboys or you will find yourself writing a review similar to this one.

I dont usually write reviews but felt compelled to. Like most of the reviewers here, my problems came when i tried to withdraw my money. OH MY GOD. Literally it was laughable. It seemed normal at first, when they asked to verify myself through drivers license ID and a bank statement. Once i did this, they then wanted a selfie of me holding them. At each stage i asked the person on live chat if this would be enough and they re assured my it would. NO, it wasnt, so i would keep going back on chat, asking why my money hadnt been withdrawn yet. Then they said i needed a telephone verification.They told me I would be awaiting this phone call but after a few days of no phone call I soon realised they werent bothered with doing this to again draw out this process and hope i dont bother. I had to ring them so i rang them up and did that. I went back on, nope hadnt been withdrawn yet. Spoke to a live chat person again and they said I needed my passport picture and a statement copy. Then they wanted the one i originally sent them which was 6 months old, (the new one i sent them was only 3 months old, but to drag it out and hope i get bored and give up, they wanted this exact statement again for me to send). Then they said my ID picture was too blurry, and literally we went back and forth at least 20 times. I spoke to two different people, one was Michael. And I would ask these two different people at different times what I required to withdraw, and on several occassions they would both tell me different things, and several times they said I would get my money and had finished the withdrawal process. When i brought it up to them that i had been reassured the process had been done they just said they needed more information. They hope you get bored so they can keep your money. The people on chat are probably just a couple of young people abroad running this site. Very unprofessional, and very obvious what they were trying to do. When i told them i had read these reviews and knew what they were doing, and mentioned the gambling commission I eventually got my money a couple of months after my win. scam artists.

There is plenty of other better bookies to use than these cowboys. Stay well away from these, they will hold onto your winnings for as long as possible and make you jump through loops to get your funds back. 4 weeks i've been waiting on just £23.00 win…Imagine if you've won a large sum, could only imagine what they would want you to do. There customer support is none existent, with there generic automated response to each of your emails. Supposedly they require a phone call to validate your account. After the 3rd bet that is..
