Verification requires abit of attention … payouts could be speeded up … noticed popular games like ted or goonies are not in the slots menu … other than that its your bog standard betting site with the added extra of poker which can be enjoyable plus freerolls are quit often. 4 srars cos of the 1st couple points i made.

I joined Netbet a few months ago via a cashback app and they approved my cash award very quickly, when many other similar sites don’t even honour this.
They have plenty of choice of games etc and are good fun.

Scam..
I've got a bonus code and it didn't work, so I wrote to them about it.
And I got the bonus.
But it was for book of death, but the game aren't on the website. They sent me a link that apperently should work, but it doesn't

And the person i wrote to in the live chat, *harry" left me on read when i told him that I can't find the game…

Deposited over £1000 yesterday had 2 bonus features (£2 spins) and won £98 and £27. Not great. Deposited £50 this morning and won £350 so withdrew it straight away. Was processed almost immediately but does anyone no how long it takes to reach your bank??

Net bet have a spinny wheel, I did other bets with them but landed 2 free five pound bets, on the spinny wheel, well what a surprise I am kicked of for getting the 2 free £5 spinny wheels, so here we go again, the company offers the prizes and when you use them BAM YOUR KICKED OFF. Why offer the bonuses if you are worse than a bad gambling addicted addict. Another scum bag company who only want loosers on there site. I closed my NetBet account after receiving an email advising me to update my payment card details, only to find that the functionality to do so did not work. Using live chat I encountered one of the rudest people I have ever come across, was repeatedly cut off without solving the problem, and my account was then immediately closed without even an acknolwedgement when I asked for it, indeed with a non-zero balance. This particular live chat agent behaved as if he was being paid to lose as many customers as possible – he was so impolite that it was as if there was something the matter with him, such that he was consciously trying to annoy anyone who chatted with him as much as he could. Needless to say I am pleased to say that I will never go anywhere near NetBet.co.uk again.

Scam site avoid all positive reviews are they're own staff and affiliates the site is glitchy and slow. It also suddenly crashes when you spin probably so it scams you out of a win. Avoid at all costs you'll never withdraw nothing from this site. Also get on gamstop and avoid these sites altogether since covid there is no return to player when gambling you will lose your money 100% and then more.

Netbet are a total joke, I wish I never joined. Hard to navigate, been stung with a loss limit that I never asked for even though I can still deposit I can’t play (and I am waiting for my deposit withdrawals that I can’t use to process so I can just forget this joke of a company). Have had emails about free spins but they don’t know anything about it so now have to speak to marketing and come back to me, really don’t bother I’ll waste my money elsewhere.

A generous website that is let down by being very very slow and difficult to navigate. On top of that, whenever you try to exit a game you're prompted every single time to reconsider and carry on playing. I don't think this is responsible at all and flies in the face of what all gambling websites purport to do. That is to say act responsible and know your limits.

Still I think there's hope for the website and I hope they make changes to improve its design, speed and certain choices.

Netbet could easily have got 5 stars instead of 3 off of me.
I clicked through off an ad on Facebook which offered me a £30 free bet if there was a goal in the France v Portugal match if I staked £1. This duly obliged but before I received my free bet I received a message saying that I was not eligible for any more promotions.
I got in touch with customer service and they told me that although I wasn't entitled to the free bet they would give it to me as a goodwill gesture (even though I was entitled to it).
Fair enough I thought, at least I got my bet which I put on a horse at 9/4 which duly won. Great I thought, now for the acid test of making a withdrawal. No problems here though, although not the quickest I received my money. Great I thought until I next placed a bet on a horse, they'd only gone and made my maximum bet £1, what good is that? (although I did manage to find a 40/1 winner with obviously £1 on it). A good website and great offers, if only I could use them.

Disgusting trash bookmaker.. a disgrace to every betting company around.
I joined up after I decided to not bet any longer with another bookmaker.. immediately my account was blocked as they couldn't verify me.. after hours of dealing with the utter incompetent company and after providing my passport they have now said my promotional offers have been removed.. BEFORE PLACING MY FIRST BET OR EVEN MAKING A DEPOSIT

I praise you to look at all the reviews and stay well clear.. they won't last long in this industry.. I have never ever seen anything like this in the last 15 years of betting and I am appalled

I know many sportsbooks are risk averse when it comes to winning accounts, but NetBet must be the only one which withdraws promotional offers to a customer who has yet to place his first bet, make his first deposit or even pass security ID clearance!

My interest was aroused by a promo being offered by NetBet through a Facebook ad which, frankly, seemed too good to be true. There was no mention of it on the website and livechat didn't seem to know anything about it either. However upon investigation they managed to locate their own promotion and I was offered it. At this time however my ID was still to receive clearance.

This morning I chased up by ID docs and an hour or so later visted the website, only to discover that "after careful review" the company had decided it would no longer offer me promotions or bonus offers!

I haven't deposited anything yet, and now needless to say I won't be doing so. Seems like I had a lucky escape.

I registered and deposited and placed a bet of £30 which qualified for the sign up offer. The free bets were credited but they didn't credit the casino/vegas and sent me a message saying my account is restricted and no more bonuses would be paid out.

I sent a message to them about it but they have not responded.
I'm currently trying to find their complaints procedure (not expecting to get anywhere) and then progress this to the gambling commission.

You shouldn’t play in this casino. It is a scam! After submitting my documents I was able to play and make withdrawals. Since my passport is currently in the home office because I applied for renewal they accepted that and told me to submit the new document once I got it. Then because I won, I played more and losses more. They then block me from Depositing in my account until it has been reviewed. So after loosing more than £1000 I can’t make any deposit and play. Then they emailed me to send my documents once again which I already did a week before even before I started playing. In the end I asked the customer rep to close my account and she got back to me in an instant it has been done!

I won £350 and they wont release my money to my bank account .im really down over this as i am about to become homeless and i need the money but net bet will not pay out and this would of gone towards a deposit on a new house .net bet is not a legal company they are stealing cash from its customers ,it amounts up to day light robbery .ive read reviews about this kind of thing happening but never thought id be stung . Avoid this bookmaker at all costs. Find another bookmaker and save yourself the hassle. They were quite happy to take deposit after deposit but soon as a withdrawal is made they want documents to prove identity, which then took them 3 days to verify as they are that slow at responding. Then emailed to say they had processed the withdrawal but I've still not received this after 10 working days. They are claiming this is processed to bank details I’ve never seen before and not heard anything back from this for 5 days since raising the issue. I’m starting to question the legitimacy of the company and it may be a scam site. I processed the withdrawal on 4/4/21 and still waiting.

Hilarious business model. Offer welcome bonus. I join and place one bet. The next day I am unable to use the free bets on anything. I would never have joined had I known they would not let me use the free bets obviously! Such a scam and people please don't fall for it. It must be illegal to not fulfil the terms of the welcome offer. Baffling and disappointing and definitely a company to avoid like the plague!
